Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of reteplase(rPA)adminis-tration in treating acute deep venous thrombosis(ADVT)of lower extremity. Methods A total of 1 87 pa-tients with ADVT were randomly divided into two groups, with 85 patients in rapid intravenous dripping group and 1 02 patients in 24-hour venouspumping group.Their effects on limb swelling, thrombolysis, and complicationswere compared for analysis. Results The differences in the curative effectsof reducingswell-ingand thrombolysis effect between the two groups werenot significant(P >0.05).Thethrombolysis time in the 24-hour venouspumping group was shorter than that of the rapid intravenous dripping group [(4.76 ± 1 .56)days vs(6.56 ±0.83)days,P <0.05],indicating 24-hour venouspumping was more effective than rapid intravenous dripping.Complication incidence in the 24-hour venouspumping group was less than that of the rapid intravenous dripping group(3.90% vs 1 7.6%,P <0.05).Conclusion rPA is a goodvenous thrombolytic agentwith rapid effect in treating ADVT.The 24-hour venouspumping was more effective and safe than the rapid intravenous dripping.

Forensic entom otoxicology is a branch of forensic m edicine, w hich applies entom ology, toxicology and other related studies to solve the poisoning cases. It has an obvious advantage in the investigation on poisoning death. B ased on the expounding definition and research of entom otoxicology, this paper review s research progress and application value in som e aspects of forensic m edicine, such as the effects of drugs/toxins on the growth and developm ent of sarcosaphagous insects and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the drugs/toxins in the poisoned body tissue.

Objective:To observe the effect of Erfukang oral liquid on microcirculation disturbance in mice with acute blood stasis caused by adrenaline. Methods:The mice were randomly divided into the blank group,Naodesheng group(1.35 g·kg-1),Erfukang oral liquid group respectively at high(30 ml·kg-1),medium(15 ml·kg-1) and low(7.5 ml·kg-1) dose, and a microcirculation apparatus was used to observe the number of capillary opening in the normal mice at one hour after the administration. The microcircu-lation disturbance of auricle was induced by the injection of epinephrine into caudal vein. The number of capillary opening and blood flow in 2 min in the mice were observed. Results:Compared with the blank group,Ergukang oral liquid at high, medium and low dose showed effect on the number of opening capillaries without statistical significance (P>0.05);compared with the model group, Erfu-kang oral liquid at high and medium dose could significantly improve the microcirculation induced by epinephrine (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and significantly confront the decreased number of capillary network opening induced by adrenaline(P<0.05). Conclusion:Erfukang oral liquid can improve microcirculation disturbance.

The thyroid function test is universally used for the evaluation of thyroid function. However, there are factors other than endocrine diseases, such as special physiological conditions, interference in laboratory measurement, or disorders in other systems that should be taken into consideration. When encountering thyroid function test results that are not in line with clinical manifestation, a comprehensive evaluation is essential for a correct and timely diagnosis. We presented a case of a significant rise in serum total triiodothyronine(TT 3) secondary to multiple myeloma. Through case studies and literature review, we intended to provide clinicians with experience for better interpretation of abnormal thyroid function test results.
