OBJECTIVE:To determine the residues of 9 kinds of organochlorinated pesticides in Polygonum multiflorum.ME-THODS:Samples were extracted with ethyl acetate by ultrasonic wave assistant extraction and purified on Florisil solid-phase extraction column.The residues of organochlorinated pesticides were determined with capillary gas chromatography with GC-MS.The separation was performed on DB-5MS(30 m?0.25 mm,0.25 ?m) fused-silica capillary column with injector temperature of 230 ℃.The initial column temperature was 100 ℃,then raised to 220 ℃ at the rate of 8 ℃?min-1.The column temperature was ra-ised at 250 ℃ at the rate of 5 ℃?min-1 for 10 min.The column flow was 1 mL?min-1 and injection volume was 1 ?L.RESULTS:9 kinds of organochlorinated pesticides were completely separated within 30 minutes.The average recoveries ranged from 80.4% to 97.2%(RSD ranged from 3.5% to 7.4%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is sensitive and accurate for the content determination of the residues organochlorinated pesticides.

Objective To determine the content of anabasine in Fengshiding tablets.Methods RP-HPLC method was established.Diamonsil-C18 was used as chromatographic column,the mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.1 %triethylamine(5 ∶95,adjust pH to 3.6 with H3PO4),the flow rate was 1.0 mL?min-1 and the detection wavelength at 259 nm.Results The average recovery for Anabasine was 99.0 %,RSD=2.8 %(n=6).Conclusion The method can be used to determine the content of anabasine in Fengshiding tablets.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of transplantation of autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) and mononucleus cells (BMMNCs) for treating coronary heart disease. Methods Ten patients who had suffered from coronary heart disease with myocardial infarction, were selected. In 7 patients BMSCs+BMMNCs were transplanted immediately following PCI and 3 patients only accepted transplantation of BMSCs+BMMNCs without PCI. Autologous BMSCs+BMMNCs were isolated and cultured for 2-3 weeks. And (0.9～3.5)?106 BMSCs+1.6～6.1?106 BMMNCs were transplantated through intracoroary way. Cardiac functions were determined by 2-D echocardiography、 technetium- 99m methoxyisobutylisonitrile ( 99m Tc-MIBI) and ECG Holter monitor before and 6 months after the procedure. Results Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was significantly increased by 10.5% (4.0%-18.0%) and left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVDd) reduced by 2.2 mm (-4 mm-8 mm) and neither obvious arrhythmia nor complication was observed during the 6-12 months′ follow up in all the 10 patients. Conclusion The preliminary study showed that in the patients who suffered from coronary heart disease complicated with myocardiac infarction, transplantation of BMSCs+BMMNCs could improve cardiac function and cardiac perfusion without significant complication and arrhythmia during the 6-12 months′ follow-up.

Objective To summerize the clinical experience of 23 cases of carotid cavernous fistula(CCF) and discuss the treatment strategy. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 23 patients(11 males and 12 females) of CCF,including 14 patients with Barrow type A,1 with type B,1 with type C and 7 with type D. Results Vascular approach for embolization was undertaken in 20 cases by transarterial access and 2 via venous route while 1 case was given up. Among them,9 cases obtained complete occlusion by simple balloon embolization and 5 were treated by direct occlusion of internal carotid artery. Another 5 cases used NBCA glue for the occlusion,1 case was embolized by gelatin-sponge particulates combined with compression of carotid artery,2 cases were treated by coil embolization of cavernous sinus and 1 case was only managed by carotid compression maneuver. We achieved satisfactory clinical results with 21 patients cured and 2 patients improved. Conclusion Complexity and refractory are the characteristic of CCF,and endovascular treatment should be the major choice of treatment. (J Intervent Radiol,2006,15: 323-326)

Objective To study the clinical results of patients with gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones treated either by laparoscopic cholecystectomy followed by endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST + LC) or laparoscopic cholecystectomy + common bile duct exploration (LC + LCBDE) in the elderly patients.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 96 patients who had common bile duct and gallbladder stones treated from January 2012 to January 2016.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.46 patients were in the observation group who underwent LC three days after EST,while the remaining patients were in the control group who underwent LC and LCBDE.The serum amylase levels before LC,operation time,intraoperation bleeding volume,postoperative time to first flatus,total hospitalization stay and total hospitalization costs and incidences of postoperative complication were compared.Results The total operation time was (95.0 ±7.0) minutes and (125.0 ± 18.0) minutes,respectively,(P＜0.05).The total costs in the two group were (39515.0 ±4 135.0) yuan and (28287.0 ± 2 254.0) yuan (P ＜ 0.05),respectively.Postoperative complications were observed in 5 (6.1％) and 10 (13.2％) patients (P ＜ 0.05),respectively.The preoperative serum amylase levels were (97.6 ± 48.5) IU/L and (131.4 ± 68.7) IU/L,respectively.The blood loss was (35.7 ± 8.5) ml and (31.8 ± 7.3) ml,respectively.The postoperative time to first flatus was (1.7 ± 0.5) days and (1.9 ± 0.4) days,respectively.The total hospitalization stay was (16.3 ±2.8) days and (15.2 ±3.7) days.There were no significantly differences (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions LC carried out on day 3 after EST to treat elderly patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis was safe and efficacious and the treatment had the advantages of minimal trauma,short operative time,rapid recovery and low complication rates.This should be recommended in clinical practice.

Objective To construct the adenovirus vector containing mice CD40- IgG2aFc-IRS-GFP fusion gene and detect the expression of the fusion protein in transfeete 293cells.Methods The fragments of CD40, IgG2aFc were obtained and inserted into plasmid PDC316-IgG2aFc-GFP.After being verified by sequencing, Ad5-PDC316-CD40-IgG2aFc-GFP was contransfored with the bckbone vector into 293 cells.The virus titer was detected after replicating and purifing and the expression of the fusion protein was analyzed.Results A virus and plasmid were constructed successfully.The vitro infection showed that the virus can infect cells of which the fusion protein was confirmed by fluo-rescence.The expression of the fusion protein increased with the increased time and virus concentra-tion.The protein expression stopped increasing after the virus concentration came to a certain level.Conclusion CD40, IgG2aFc fragments are correctly ligated with plasmid PDC316-IgG2aFc-GFP, and the fusion protein can be expressed in 293cells.This might lay a foundation for further studies of the expresstion of virus, immune tolerance and mechanism of liver transplantation model in rats.

Objective To determine whether it is better to carry out laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) immediately or 3 days after endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) in patients with common bile duct stones and gallbladder stones.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 160 patients who had common bile duct stones and gallbladder stones treated from July 2013 to July 2015 in the First People's Hospital of Huizhou.These patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 80 patients in each group.The control group underwent LC immediately after EST,while the observation group underwent LC 3 days after EST.The levels of blood amylase before LC,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative time to first flatus,postoperative complication after EST,postoperative hospitalization stay,total hospitalization stay and total hospital costs and incidences of postoperative complication after LC were compared between the two groups.Results The time periods of total hospitalization stay in the observation group and the control group were (18.2 ±3.5) d and (12.3 ±3.0) d,respectively (P＜0.05).The total costs in the two groups were (32 164 ±9 125) RMB and (22 375 ±7 860) RMB,respectively (P ＜ 0.05).The overall incidences of postoperative complication [patients (％)] were 5 (6.3) and 9 (11.3),respectively (P ＜ 0.05).The differences on preoperative serum amylase levels,LC operative time,blood loss,postoperative time to first flatus and postoperative hospitalization stay were not significantly different (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion LC carried out on day 3 after EST to treat common bile duct stones and gallbladder stones was clinically more efficacious.

Objective To explore the clinical outcomes of the percutaneous radiofrequency nucleoplasty in the treatment of cervical disc herniation.Methods 183 patients with cervical disc herniation were treated with percutaneous radiofrequency nucleoplasty.A retrospective analysis of 183 patients was made,and their effects were evaluated using the VAS and the subjective satisfactory degree of the patients.Results All cases were followed up for 3 to 36 months( average 12 months).There were no complications observed such as hemorrhages,infections and nerve root injurys due to the procedure.One week after operation,symptom remission rate was 58.4％ and perfect rate of subjective satisfaction was 95.1％.At final follow up,symptom remission' rate was 66.1％ and perfect rate of subjective satisfaction was 85.8％.Conclusion Percutaneous radiofrequency nucleoplasty was an effective,minimally invasive and safe procedure to treat cervical disc herniation,and the operative treatment had shown better results.
