Objective To explore the effect of psychological resilience and mood on mental health of leftbehind children. Methods Positive and Negative Affect schedule (PANAS),the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent (RSCA) and Mental Health Scale of Middle School Student (MSSMHS) were administrated to 796 left-behind children. Results ①Positive/negative emotions could significantly predict psychological resilience (β=0.875,P<0.01 ; β=-0.713,P<0.01).②Psychological resilience had significantly negatively forecast mental health (β=-0.759,P<0.01).③The relationship between negative affect and mental health was partially mediated by psychological resilience (P<0.01).The relationship between positive affect and mental health was completely mediated by psychological resilience. Conclusion Psychological resilience plays an important role in the relationship between positive/negative emotions and mental health.Positive affect can improve mental health of left-behind children through psychological resilience.

Objective To evaluate the effect of transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) before operation, including side effects and the improvment for the suceesfult resection rate. Methods 56 patients with cardiac cancer were divided into two groups: TACE group and resection group. The former included 25 patients (male 14, female 11) undertaken TACE 7-15 days before surgery. The image manifestations, histological changes and side effects together with the time of operation, volume of blood lose during operation and the succesful resection rate were compared with those of the latter. Results 1. TACE induced the necrosis of tumor tissue to some extent and possessed the power to localize the lesion with little side effects. 2. TACE before resection did not only minimize the injury of operation but also improved the resection rate. Conclusion TACE is a safe, effective modality before operation and is worthy for recommendation

Objective To discuss the safety of percutaneous puncture drainage for liver abscess in patients with blood coagulation dysfunction. Methods A total of 85 patients with liver abscess, who were admitted to authors’ hospital during the period from January 2013 to January 2014 to receive ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture drainage, were included in this study. According to the international normalized ratio of prothrombin time≥1.5 and platelet count≤50 ×109/L, the patients were divided into group A (normal coagulation group,n=67) and group B (coagulation dysfunction group,n=18). The occurrence of postoperative complications was recorded and the results were compared between the two groups. Results In both groups, no statistically significant difference in hemoglobin level existed between preoperative level and postoperative one, and no bleeding complications occurred in all patients after the procedure. Conclusion For patients with liver abscess complicated by blood coagulation dysfunction, percutaneous puncture drainage treatment is safe and reliable.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of alcoholic severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods Clinical data of 166 cases of SAP in Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2001 to December 2008 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Cases were divided into alcoholic SAP group (43cases) and control group ( 123 cases) depending on deoholic intake volue whithin 12~48 hours. Age, gender,CT scores, APACHE Ⅱ score, serum glucose, serum triglyceride (TG), serum calcium, serum albumin, morbidity, later infection rate and mortality rate of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in terms of age, but the proportion of male in alcoholic SAP group (39/43) was higher than that in control group (58/123, P<0.01 ). CT score, serum glucose and calcium were not significantly different between the two groups. The APACHEⅡ score and serum TG in alcoholic SAP group [19.16±5.38,(5.06±4.03)mmol/L] were significantly higher than those in control group [16.02±5.09, (3.12±2.95)mmol/L]. The albumenjolevel in alcoholic SAP group (25.23±7.12)g/L) was lower than that in control group [(30.68±8.35 ) g/L, P<0.01]. The incidences of ARDS and upper gastroenterologic bleeding were not significantly different between the two groups. But the incidences of acute kidney failure (44.2%), liver failure (41.9%), heart failure (37.2%), shock (39.5%), infection (27.9%) and mortality (30.2%) in alcoholic SAP were significantly higher than those in control group (26.0%,30.9%, 20.3%, 16.3%,16.3%, 7.3%, P<0.05 or<0.01). Conclusions Males predominates alcoholic SAP patients with high mortality and morbidity. Alcohol abstinence is effective to prevent alcoholic SAP ocurrence.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(1):15-20
Molecular imprinting technique (MIT) involves the synthesis of polymer in the presence of a template to produce complementary binding sites in terms of its size, shape and functional group orientation. Such kind of polymer possesses specific recognition ability towards its template molecule. Despite the rapid development of MIT over the years, the majority of the template molecules that have been studied are small molecules, while molecular imprinting of proteins remains a significant yet challenging task due to their large size, structural flexibility and complex conformation. This review, we summarized the research findings over the past years, and discussed the nano-reinforcing materials used to prepare molecular imprinting of proteins and the perspective of these nano-reinforcing materials.

Objective:To find absorbable adhesives with suitable bonding properties for the absorbable polylactic acid root canal post. To test and compare the bond strengths of absorbable polylactic acid root canal post with three different adhesives. Methods:The absorbable polylactic acid root canal posts were used to restore the extracted teeth, using 3 different adhesives: cyanoacrylates, fibrin sealant and glass ionomer cement. The teeth were prepared into slices for micro-push-out test. The bond strength was statistically analyzed using ANOVA. The specimens were examined using microscope and the failure mode was divided into four categories:cohesive failure between absorbable polylactic acid root canal posts and adhesives, cohesive failure between dentin and adhesives, failure within the adhesives and failure within the absorbable polylactic acid root canal posts. Results:The bond strength of cyanoacrylates [(16. 83 ± 6. 97) MPa] and glass ionomer cement [(12. 10 ± 5. 09) MPa] were significantly higher than fibrin sealant [ ( 1 . 17 ± 0 . 50 ) MPa ] , P <0 . 001 . There was no significant difference between cyanoacrylates and glass ionomer cement (P =0. 156). In the group of cyanoacrylates, the cohesive failure between the absorbable polylactic acid root canal posts and the adhesives was 25 . 0%, the cohe-sive failure between the dentin and the adhesives was 16. 7%, the failure within the adhesives was 33. 3%, and the failure within the absorbable polylactic acid root canal posts was 25 . 0%. In the group of fibrin sealant , the cohesive failure between the absorbable polylactic acid root canal posts and the adhesives was 66 . 7%, the cohesive failure between the dentin and the adhesives was 22 . 2%, the failure within the ad-hesives was 11. 1%. In the group of glass ionomer cement, the cohesive failure between the absorbablepolylactic acid root canal posts and the adhesives was 87. 5%, the failure within the adhesives was 12. 5%. The major failure mode in fibrin sealant and glass ionomer cement was the cohesive failure between the absorbable polylactic acid root canal posts and the adhesives. No major failure modes were found in the group of cyanoacrylates. Conclusion:The bond strength of fibrin sealant is low, which cannot meet the requirement of clinical use. The bond strengths of cyanoacrylates and glass ionomer cement are suitable for clinical use. The cyanoacrylates are a kind of absorbable adhesive which has suitable bonding proper-ties for the absorbable polylactic acid root canal post.
