1.Clinical Analysis on 112 Episodes of Urinary Tract Infection in Patients with Lupus Nephritis.

Objective To analyze the clinical feature and its risk factors on 112 episodes of urinary tract infection (UTI) in patients with lupus nephritis. Methods 112 episodes of UTI in patients with lupus nephritis in our department during the past 5 years were reviewed retrospectively. Epidemiological data and information on urinary symptoms, disease activity (SLEDAI) , leukocyte and platelet data were collected. Autoantibodies, complement levels, urine culture, and antibiogram were determined. Urological studies were carried out. The use of corticosteroids and (or) immunodepressive were also investigated. Results The prevalence of UTI in lupus nephritis patients was 36.5% , and complexity infection(58%) was the main UTI . Symptomatic UTI was 62% , and symptomless UTI was 38% . Management of hospital water supply facilities is key to its logistics management.This paper cited the domestic water supply facilities management as an example, and summed up practical experiences in both JCI certification and review along with the hospital′s fine management of water facilities.On such basis, it described such aspects as the establishment of management system, operation standards and work flow, implementation of preventive maintenance, renovation, emergency protection, inspection supervision, file management and staff training.These efforts provide reference for how to establish the fine management mode of water supply facilities.
3.Method for detecting ECG arrhythmia

Usually, the frequency of heartbeat can be used to discriminate different kinds of arrhythmia from a normal cardiac rhythm, but the result is not satisfying. This paper presents a method that can differ ventricular fibrillation (VF) and ventricular tachycardia (VT) from a normal sinus rhythm (NSR). VT and VF are fatal arrhythmia for patients, but timely electroshock is a good remedy for them. The method above can be integrated into the monitor system or telemedicine to diagnose patients and then treat them properly. With auto regressive (AR) model applied to modeling, Itakura and Euclidian distance measurements are used to classify data. With this method, VF and VT conditions are detected with error less than 10%.
4.Design of an implantable system for the extraction, transmission and control of the cranial neural electric signals in brain computer interface

AIM:With the development of microelectronics and the microsurgery,it becomes possible to directly extract all kinds of information from the brains of organisms.How to establish a communicative pathway that does not dependent on human brain and human tissues between human brain and computer?Hence,we explored a design project of an implantable system that could be reasonably applied in the extraction,transmission and control of the cranial neural electric signals in brain computer interface(BCI). METHODS:To bring out a design project of an implantable electric system for the extraction,transmission and control of the cranial neural electric signals through the application of the latest microelectronic techniques into the domain of the extraction of brain electric signal and to discuss in detail the key technique,difficulty and possible solutions involved in the projects. CONCLUSION:The proposed project can collect cranial neural electric signals from different depth within 16× 16 with the data precision of 12 bit,which is a closed loop control system.
5.Comparatively Study on the Thromboelastography and Light Transmission Aggregometry in Monitoring Clopidogrel Effect

Objective To comparatively study the difference between thromboelastography (TEG)and light transmission ag-gregometry (LTA)in monitoring clopidogrel effect in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods 68 patients with a-cute coronary syndrome,who were in hospital from February to December 2013,were enrolled in this study.They received TEG and LTA to determine platelet aggregation.Results Clopidogrel effect was (47.84±26.04)% and (45.64±20.92)%respectively by TEG and LTA.There were negative correlation between LTAADP and TEGADP(r=-0.752,P<0.001),pos-itive correlation between LTAADP and MAADP(r=0.789,P<0.001),negative correlation between TEGADP and MAADP(r=-0.820,P<0.001).Conclusion There was a good correlation between the two methods.TEG can be used to evaluate thera-peutic effect of Clopidogrel effect.
6.Study on Quantitative Determination of Multicomponent in Xianlinggubao Capsules

Objective: To determine the contents of three effective components in Xianlinggubao Capsules. Methods: A RP HPLC was developed for the determination of psoralen, isopsoralen and icariin in Xianlingbao Capsules. Results: The contents of these compoments were 0.93mg/g, 0.95mg/g and 9.2mg/g, respectively. Conclusion: This Methods is simple and reliable.
7.Determination of rhien, emodin, and chrysophanol in Huangdanyinchen Granules by HPLC

Objective:To develop a method to determine the contents of emodin, rhien and chrysophanol in Huangdanyinchen Granules. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the contents of emodin, rhien and chrysophanol in Huangdanyinchen Granules. The separation was performed on YWG ODS column with methol perchloric acid (1%) (8∶2) as a mobile phase and the wavelength of UV detector was 280nm.Results: The separating degree and the linearity of this method was well with the average recovery of rhien: 97.43%, RSD= 1.90%; Emodin:98.45%,RSD=1.62%;Chrysophanol: 98.87%, RSD=1.50%, respectively.Conclusions:The method is simple and rapid and gives satisfactory results. It can be suitable for quality controll of Huangdanyinchen Granules.
8.Expression of miR-7850 in renal cell carcinoma and its effect on proliferation and migration of renal cell carcinoma

Objective:To observe the expression of microRNA (miRNA, miR) -7850 in renal cancer tissues, and to explore the effect of miR-7850 on the proliferation and migration of renal cancer cells and on the regulation of serine proteinase inhibitor B3 (SERPINB3) gene expression.Methods:Real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of miR-7850 in renal cancer tissues and renal cancer cell lines. The renal cell carcinoma cell line with the lowest expression of miR-7850 was selected, and the negative control sequence (miR-NC) and miR-7850 mimics were transfected into renal cell carcinoma cells by Lipofectamine 2000 transfection reagent, respectively, which were defined as miR-NC group and miR-7850 group. qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-7850 in transfected renal cancer cells. The cell proliferation and migration ability after transfection were detected by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) method and transwell experiment. Bioinformatics prediction and dual luciferase reporter gene experiments were used to verify the target gene of miR-7850. qRT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of target genes in renal cancer cells after transfection.Results:Compared with adjacent tissues (5.95±0.44), the expression of miR-7850 in kidney cancer tissues (1.19±0.33) was lower ( P<0.01). Compared with immortalized proximal renal tubular epithelial cells (1.01±0.07), the expression of miR-7850 was lower in renal cancer cell lines ( P<0.05), and the lowest in A498 cells (0.13±0.01) ( P<0.01). The expression of miR-7850 in the miR-7850 group (7.46±0.93) was significantly higher than that in the miR-NC group (1.01±0.08) ( P<0.01), indicating successful transfection. Compared with the miR-NC group, the cell proliferation ability of the miR-7850 group was significantly reduced ( P<0.05). The number of migrating cells in miR-NC group and miR-7850 group were (139.50±12.31) and (75.09±16.05) cells, respectively, and the cell migration ability in miR-7850 group decreased significantly ( P<0.01). Bioinformatics technology shows that the target gene of miR-7850 was SERPINB3. The dual luciferase reporter gene experiment confirmed that miR-7850 can target the SERPINB3 gene ( P<0.05). Compared with the miR-NC group, the expression of SERPINB3 in cells of miR-7850 group was significantly reduced ( P<0.05), as well as the CDK4, CyclinD, Snail and Vimentin. Conclusions:miR-7850 is lowly expressed in renal cancer tissues and cell lines. miR-7850 can inhibit the proliferation and migration of renal cancer A498 cells, which may be related to its inhibition of SERPINB3 gene expression.
9.Randomised clinical trial on rh-Endo combined with FOLFOX4 regimen as an adjuvant therapy for stage Ⅱ and Ⅱ colorectal cancer patients

Objective To evaluate the long-term efficacy of recombinant human endostatin (rh-Endo) combined with FOLFOX4 as an adjuvant treatment for patients of stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ colorectal cancer.Methods Eligible patients were randomly assigned to receive FOLFOX4 or FOLFOX4 plus rh-Endo regimen in which patients receiving 7.5 mg/m2 Ⅳ on day 1-7,repeated every 2 weeks,to a total of 12 cycles in 6 months.Results A total of 197 eligible patients were accrued in this research with 105 patients in the control group and 92 patients in the experimental arm.Median follow-up period was 42 months.The baseline characteristics distributed were balanced by treatment.Rh-Endo combined with FOLFOX4 regimen resulted in significant improvement on DFS compared to FOLFOX4 regimen for patients with stage Ⅲ colon cancer (HR =0.19,95% CI0.05-0.75,P =0.0124),and with a 34% improvement on 3-year DFS and 81% reduced recurrence.Although rh-Endo combined with FOLFOX4 regimen failed to make significant difference on DFS in the whole (HR =0.75,95% CI 0.31-1.83,P =0.5589),it was also observed a 17% improveiment on 3-year DFS.No statistical significant difference on DFS was observed in patients with stage Ⅱ disease.Conclusions Rh-Endo combined with FOLFOX4 regimen significantly improved the disease-free survival for patients with stage Ⅲ colorectal cancer,indicating that patients with stage Ⅲ disease,but not stage Ⅱ disease,can benefit from FOLFOX4 plus rh-Endo regimen in adjuvant treatment.
10.Reliability and validity of Eating Behavior Scale (Chinese Version) in old people with dementia

Objective To translate the Eating Behavior Scale (EBS) into Chinese and test its reliability and validity. Methods The Chinese Version of the scale (C-EBS) was developed through translation, back-translation, cross-cultural adaption and pre-test. A convenient sample of 100 old people with dementia was investigated with C-EBS to test its reliability and validity. Results The Cronbach′s α, Guttman Spilt and test-retest reliability of C-EBS were 0.842, 0.865 and 0.840, respectively. The I-CVIand S-CVI of C-EBS were 1.00, and the score of C-EBS was negatively correlated to the total score of The Chinese Edinburgh Feeding Evaluation in Dementia scale(C-EdFED) (r = 0.727,P < 0.01). Conclusion The C-EBS is reliable and valid and can be used as a valid tool to measure the eating ability among the old people with dementia in China.
