Objective To investigate and analyze the current setup, operation, nurse staffing,professional ability of nurses and professional standardized training system of tertiary hospitals in Zhejiang.Methods Cross-sectional study was used to investigate the nursing directors and 105 nurses from 36 tertiary hospitals of Zhejiang.The tools included the general questionnaire of anesthesia recovery rooms in Zhejiang tertiary hospitals, anesthesia specialty nurse job description questionnaire, and anesthesia recovery room nurses clinical specialized ability questionnaire.Data of the study were concluded and analyzed in the end.Results 35 of the 36 hospitals surveyed have in place anesthesia recovery care, accounting for 97%.The ratio of recovery room beds to operating bed was 0.48, and the ratio of nurses to recovery room beds was 0.52.In addition to the entire process involvement in the recovery and care of patients during recovery, the job of nurses covers administration of anesthesiology related items, equipment, drug management, cost management and cost entry, pain management and nursing.Nurse training methods depend on continuing education mainly.Anesthesia recovery room nurses′ clinical skills scored in average 82.96±1.52 points.Conclusions Most of these tertiary hospitals have in place anesthesia recovery rooms, yet with such challenges as shortage of beds, and overload/understaffing of nurses.Nurses are mostly trained in the departments, and a system of standardized training and qualification is to be further improved and established for such nurses.

Objective To study the impact of head nurses'support on the creation of encouraging management atmosphere.Methods We randomly selected 120 clinical nurses from the Sir Run Run Shaw hospital.Then we adopted head nurses'support questionnaires,nurses'stressor questionnaires and career satisfaction questionnaires and drew argumentation of our hypothesis by introducing double-factor theory.Results The management atmosphere was only inferior to the workload among all of the stressor resources.The supportive behaviors of head nurses were positively related to the career satisfaction of nurses and the encouraging management atmosphere.Conclusion Head nurses'could relieve nurses'working pressure and unsatisfactory attitude toward work by using supportive management style.In this way they could increase encouraging factors in the management and facilitated the creation of encouraging management atmosphere and improvement of effective management.

Objective To investigate the correlation between the distribution of the charactcristics of TCM syndrome of alcoholic liver fibrosis and alcoholic consumption. Methods Our group studied clinical cases in multi-center prospective method. In virtue of Factor Analysis, we explored the characteristics of TCM syndrome of alcoholic liver fibrosis, and the forming characteristics of alcoholic liver fibrosis in inland. Rerults Among the subjects, the characteristics of TCM syndrome of alcoholic liver fibrosis mainly manifested excess syndrome with the common manifestations of deficiency and excess. The visceral position was mainly in liver and spleen, related to gallbladder and stomach. The result suggested that stagnation of Qi stagnation, blood stasis, damp heat, with deficiency of genuine Qi were the interpretation of the causes of alcoholic liver fibrosis. The total alcoholic consumption was one of the important factors which effected on the distribution of thecharacteristics of TCM syndrome of alcoholic liver fibrosis. Total bilirubin had mostly striking effect on the distribution of the characteristics of TCM syndrome. Conclusions The total alcoholic consumption was one of the important factors which effected on the distribution of the characteristics of TCM syndrome of alcoholic liver fibrosis.

Objective To construct estrogen receptor α (ERα)trans-activation system. Methods The full length ERα and its different function regions [ ( transcriptional activation function 1 ( AF1 ), DNA inding domain ( DBD), and transcriptional activation function 2 ( AF2 ) ] were amplified from pcDNA3 -ERα by PCR and cloned into the pGAL vector. The expressions of the recombinant plasmids constructed were detected via immunoblotting. The 293T cells transfected with recombinant plasmids of full length ERα, its different function regions and empty vector were divided into 5 groups; each group was divided into 2 parts which were treated with or without estrogen (E2). The transcriptional activity of each group was detected in 293T cells after the recombinant plasmid was co-transfected with 0. 2 μg of estrogen receptor element luciferase(ERE-LUC) and 0. 1 μg of plasmid expressing β-galactosidase and treated with or without 10 nmol/L E2 for 24 hours. Results The full length ERα and its different function regions were expressed in the 293T cells. Compared with the empty pGAL vector, the transcription activities of full length ERα, AF1, AF2 and DBD recombinant plasmids were raised about 20. 44±1.01, 2. 09±0. 11, 8. 09±0. 30 and 1.05±0. 09 fold, respectively, with the induction of E2 after transfection in the 293T colls. OBJECTIVE:To determine the plasma mycophenolic acid concentration by HPLC, and study the multidoses pharmacokinetics character of mycophenolic acid in Chinese kidney transplantation patients. METHODS: The samples were precipitated with acetonitrile before injection. Diamonsil C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-10 mmol?L-1 KH2PO4 (5∶6) at a flow rate of 1.1 mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃. This method was used to determine the multidoses pharmacokinetics in 12 kidney transplantation patients. RESULTS: MPA was well-separated from internal standard in chromatography, and endogenous foreign substance in plasma had no interference on the determination. The liner range for MPA was 0.38～59.00 ?g?mL-1,and the lowest detectable concentration of MPA was 0.38 ?g?mL-1. The recovery rate stood at 89.32%～97.63%; Both intra-day and inter-day RSD were less than 8.00%. Significant individual difference was noted among the patients treated with MMF in pharmacokinetic results, which was in line with the literature. CONCLUSION: This method is accurate and simple and applicable for the pharmacokinetics study of mycophenolic acid.

Objective To investigate the application of combined detection of serum calcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6 (IL-6)and C reactive protein(CRP)in early diagnosis of sepsis in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods ICU ward diagnosed 89 cases of patients with early sepsis(sepsis group),fever and did not peak use of antibiotics,send blood to blood culture and detection of PCT,IL-6,CRP level,and at the same time to select 132 cases of healthy subjects(healthy control group),blood samples were collected to detect PCT,IL-6,CRP;PCT,IL-6 for the detection of electrochemical luminescence method.The detection of CRP by immunoturbidimetric method.Results ICU patients with sepsis in PCT,IL-6,CRP detection value is significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01);combined detection sensitivity and specificity was significantly higher than that of single detection,PCT+ IL-6,PCT+ CRP,PCT+ IL-6-+-CRP sensitivity of three kinds of combined detection were 91.3 ％,90.5％ and 91.9％,the specificity was 89.5％,88.3％ and 89.4％,and accuracy were 85.5％,85.3％ and 85.6％.Conclusion Combined detection of PCT+ IL-6 + CRP or PCT+ IL-6 or PCT+CRP,is helpful to the clinical recognition of early sepsis.
