Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the optimization of treatment with lamivudine or de novo combination therapy with lamivudine and adefovir dipivoxil. Methods A total of 98 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into optimization of treatment group and de novo combination therapy group, optimization of treatment group treated with lamivudine optimization therapy,de novo combination therapy group treated with lamivudine and adefovir dipivoxil, virological, serological, biochemical and other indices were detected every 12 weeks, analyzed treatment effect after 48 weeks. Results Two groups were comparable baseline before treatment(P >0.05).HBV DNA negative rate,e antigen-negative rate, and resistance rates at week 48 were 86%,37%,and 0 in the de novo combination therapy group, and 59%,12% and 18% in the optimized treatment group (P <0.05).The e antigen seroconversion and ALT normalization rates were 23% and 91% in the de novo combination group, and 6% and 86% in the optimized treatment group (P >0.05).There was similar incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusions Compared to the de novo combination therapy group, the lamivudine-optimized treatment group can achieve higher HBV-DNA negative rate,e antigen-negative rate, lower resistance rates, and good safety.

OBJECTIVE:To improve the level of pharmaceutical experiment teaching for pharmacy major. METHODS:The ex-periment teaching of pharmacochemistry for pharmacy major in our school was taken as a pilot, and the teaching contents,teach-ing methods and appraisal system were explored. RESULTS:The teaching contents of“designing experiment”of pharmacochemis-try for pharmacy major in our school were added, multimedia teaching mode was introduced and scientific and comprehensive as-sessment mode was established. CONCLUSIONS:The reform of experiment teaching has cultivated the independent thinking and creative ability of students, improved enthusiasm and initiative, achieved good teaching quality and promoted the improvement of professional quality of teaching staff.

Ovarian cancer is one of the common tumors in female reproductive organs and accounts for about 4% of all malignant tumors in women. It is also the leading cause of death among various gynecological tumors. Surgery combined with chemotherapy is the frequently used treatment for ovarian. Chemotherapy resistance is one of the main reasons for the recurrence and poor prognosis of ovarian cancer. Various components of the MAPK pathway, also known as the RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK signaling cascade, are related to cancer, and ERK1/2 is an indispensable key site in this pathway. Continuous research has found that ERK1/2 is a "ferryman" involved in regulating the occurrence, development, and drug resistance mechanisms of ovarian cancer. This article briefly introduces the activation mechanism and pathway of the ERK1/2 signaling pathway, summarizes its relationship to ovarian cancer, and emphasizes that ERK1/2 inhibitors may be a new treatment strategy with potential advantages in improving poor prognosis in patients with ovarian cancer.

Objective:This study aimed to provide some biomechanical references for the clinical use and improvement of Herbst appliance. Methods: The three-dimensional model of the ′Temporomandibular joint mandible Herbst appliance system′was set up by SUPER SAP software (version 9.3). On this model, the passive tensile in the masticatory muscles and ligaments were analyzed under various bit reconstruction designed according to specified advanced displacement and vertical bite opening. Results: When Herbst appliance drove the mandible forward, there was not any tensile in the medial, lateral pterygoid and the collateral ligament, while the temporalis, the deep paret of masseter, the stylomandibular ligament, and the sphenomandibular ligament were passively drawn. Under various bite reconstruction, the passive tensile in the medial temporalis, the posterior temporalis, the stylomandibular ligament and the sphenomandibular ligament increased with the amount of the advancement of the mandible; The passive tensilein the posterior temporalis and the deep part of masseter increased with the amount of vertical bite opening of the mandible. Conclusion: The StL, SpL, PT and AT played an important role in functional reconstruction of mandible by Herbst. All five group of bite reconstruction (3~7mm advancement, 4~2mm vertical bite opening of the mandible) designed by this study can be selected in clinic according to the patient′s capa- bility of adaptation, the extent of malocclusion and the potential and direction of growth.

Objective:To development a new method for sensitive detection of Porphyromanus gingivalis (P.gingivalis) based on magnetic encoding nanospheres and upconversion fluorescent encoding nanospheres. Methods:Magnetic and upconversion fluorescent encoding nanospheres were prepared by sol-gel method respectively, combined the monoclonal antibodies specific to P.gingivalis after modifying the surface of nanospheres. The system was used to detect P.gingivalis from mixed bacteria solution of P.gingivalis,F.nucleatum and S.mutans.Fluorescent microscopy with an external 980 nm near-infrared hght pulse laser, scanning and transmission microscope were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the detection system. Results:Magnetic and upconversion encoding nanospheres had better dispersion, particle size uniformity and homogeneous morphology.Besides, the magnetic encoding nanospheres had good magnetic properties and strong fluorescence intensity.P.gingivalis was captured by magnetic and upconversion encoding nanospheres in a mixed solution of the 3 bacteria with a detection limit of 10 CFU/ml.Conclusion:The method designed in this study can capture P.gingivalis sensitively in a mixed bacteria liquid.
