Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(04):-
Objective To explore the clinical effect of renal artery embolization for renal graft dysfunction. Methods A total of 17 patients with renal graft dysfunction were treated by embolizing the renal graft artery.Coil embolization was performed on 7 of the cases, and gelfoam combined with coil was used in the other 10.Results Among the 17 patients,14 discontinued immunosuppressant in 3 weeks after the embolization, and 2 discontinued after receiving low-dose cortisones for about 6 months, and showed good recovery during follow-up.The other patient underwent resection of the renal graft because of continuous fever and graft pain. After the embolization,14 cases developed 'post-embolization syndrome'.Coil migration occurred in 1 case during the procedure. One patient experienced angina during the operation, and developed myocardial infraction the day after the embolization. Conclusions Renal artery embolization is safe and effective for patients with renal graft dysfunction.By using the method, open surgery can be avoided.Attention should be paid to potential complications.

Objective To optimize the prescription and preparation technclogy of ligustilide liposomes. Methods Ligustilide liposomes were prepared by ethanol injection method. The encapsulation efficiency was taken as inspection target and the preparation of liposomes was optimized by orthogonal design. HPLC was used to measure the encapsulation efficiency. Results The best prescription was ligustilide-lecithin (1:10),lecithin-cholesterol (2:1),the water phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.5),the hydration temperature was 35 ℃. Conclusion The optimized formulation of ligustilide is reasonable in prescription and practicable in technology.

In order to observe the effect of the immune and weight of chickens after use the attenuated vaccine with low dose of chicken infectious anemia virus (CIAV). In this study, the effects of low dose of CIAV on the weight of SPF chickens and NDV antibody production were observed by simulated experiments. The results showed that 10 EID50 and 5 EID50 CIAV per plume attenuated NDV vaccines were used to cause the weight loss of SPF chickens. Compared with the use of the non contaminated vaccine group, it has significant difference. And NDV antibody levels compared with the use of the non contaminated groups also decreased after use the vaccine with two doses of CIAV contaminated. It has significant difference. A certain proportion of CIAV antibody positive was detected at the beginning of the second week after use the NDV vaccine with two doses of CIAV contaminated. The detection of a high proportion of CIAV nucleic acid was detected in the first week after the use of a contaminated vaccine. The results of the study demonstrate the effects of CIAV pollution on the production and immune function of SPF chickens, and it is suggested that increasing the detection of viral nucleic acid can help save time and improve the detection rate in the detection of exogenous virus contamination by SPF chicken test method.

Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside in the leaves of“Wudang No.II” flos lonicerae. Methods Phenomenex C18(4. 6 mmí250 mm, 5μm) was used;the mobile phase was acetonitrile( A) and 0. 4% phosphoric acid aqueous solution( B) by gradient elution mode; the detection wavelength was 350 nm and the flow rate was 0. 8 mL·min-1;the column temperature was set at 32℃. Results The calibration curve of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside was linear in the range of 0. 285-2. 280μg(r=0. 999 3), and 0. 124-1. 240μg(r=0. 999 4), respectively. The mean recovery of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside was 98. 9%, RSD=1. 59% and 98. 8%, RSD=1. 84%, respectively. Conclusion This method was found to be accurate, quick and reproducible. It can be used for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside in the leaves of “Wudang NO.II”flos lonicerae.

Objective To study the effect of macroporous adsorptive resins on the decoloration technology ofLonicera japonica Thunb. polysaccharides(FLP).Methods The effects of 6 kinds of macroporous adsorptive resins i.e. HPD-400A, AB-8, HPD-750, HPD-100, D3520, D301T, S8 on the decolorization technology ofLonicera japonica Thunb. polysaccharides were compared with single factor test in terms of temperature, polysaccharide concentration, pH, adsorption flow, and eluant. Results The decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate of S8 were optimal. The best decoloration conditions were as follows: temperature of 40℃, polysaccharide concentration of 5 mg/ml, pH value of 6, flow rate of 1 ml/min, distilled water with pH=6 as eluant. The adsorption rate was 83.2%,and polysaccharide retention rate was 72.1%.Conclusion High decolorization ratio and the high retention rate ofLonicera japonica Thunb. could be obtained by means of decoloration with S8 macroporous adsorptive resins..

The experimental group took the CTTM+SP teaching method, and the control group adopted the lecture-based learning teaching method. The comprehensive ability of the two groups was evaluated by department graduation examination and satisfaction survey. Results:The examination performance and the satisfaction rate of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusion:CTTM+SP teaching method is helpful for the probationers to master the theoretical knowledge of gastrointestinal surgery systematically, improve the clinical thinking ability and the ability to solve practical problems, mobilize the students' learning motivation and interest, and improve the teaching effect of gastrointestinal surgery clinical clerkship.
10.Correlation between the ability of pull-up and the composition of upper limbs among male college students in Guangxi
Chinese Journal of School Health 2020;41(1):96-99
Objective:
To explore the correlation between pull-up ability and upper body composition of male college students in a college in Guangxi, and to provide scientific guidance for college students’ exercise.
Methods:
A total of 685 male college students were randomly selected from a college in Guangxi.Pull up tests were implemented according to the national physical health test standards. Measurements of muscle mass, fat mass, fat percentage, etc. of the upper limbs were conducted by using the Ogilvy Body Composition Meter (TANITA MC-180). Data entry and analysis were performed by using SPSS 23.0.
Results:
The pass rate of male college students in the region was 21.7%; There was a statistically significant difference in the fat mass and percentage of body fat between males with different pull-up ability (F=11.30,14.18,12.91,15.22,P<0.01).After controlling age, height, weight and BMI, partial correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the pull-up ability of male college students and the fat mass and limb fat rate of both upper limbs(r=-0.22, -0.33, -0.31, -0.38, P<0.01).
Conclusion
The ability of male students in Guangxi to pull up is needed to be improved. Pull-up exercises can reduce fat mass and fat percentage in the upper limbs and improve body composition.
