Objective To observe the effect of flapless minimally invasive technique in oral dental implants and prognosis.Methods 31 patients dental implant were collected (flapless minimally invasive group),the group planted alveolar ridge width greater than 4mm and plenty of bone.The other 31 cases patients concomitant select flapless implant dental were collected as control(flap lminimally invasive group).The clinical effect was analyzed retrospectively.Results Flapless minimally invasive surgical time was (22.88 ± 3.17)min,duration of postoperative pain (30.26 ± 8.53) h,antibiotics (32.74 ± 8.96) h,were significantly reduced compared with flap minimally invasive group(all P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Minimally invasive flapless implant maintains the integrity of the original structure of the gum tissue and bone tissue,as well as the native conformation,which has good prognosis.However,patients with poor bone conditions in growing areas are still irreplaceable by flapless minimally invasive implantation.

Objective To investigate the possibility、 efficacy、 safety of the repair of infarcted myocardium and improvement of cardiac function by intracoronary autologous mononuclear bone marrow cell (MBMC) transplantation in patients with AMI. Methods Thirty-eight patients with AMI were enrolled in this prospective study and divided into PCI+cell transplantation group and PCI only group. Baseline and follow up evaluations included complete clinical and laboratory evaluations, 2D echocardiogram, positron emission tomography (PET), 48 ECG monitoring. MBMC were harvested, isolated, washed, and resuspended in saline for infusion. 21 patients were transplanted with autologous MBMC via a balloon catheter placed into the infarct-related artery during balloon dilatation by highpressure infusion 14.6 days after AMI, which was performed 6-8 times for 2 minutes each and 7 patients were transplanted via non-selective infarct-related arteries by highpressure infusion. Results Surgery was safe. 3 patients had limited premature ventricular contractions during cell infusion for several seconds. 3 patients felt cold after 15-30 minutes infusing cell. Background Studies showed that microRNA (miR)-375 suppresses the growth,apoptosis,migration and adhesion of tumor cells,and it plays a regulation to the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in tumor tissue to arrest neovascularization.However,whether miR-375 intervenes the formation of new blood vessel in eyes is unelucidated.Objective This study was to explore the effects of miR-375 on human retinal capillary endothelial cells (HRCECs) function induced by hypoxia.Methods HRCECs were cultured using IMDM and divided into normal control group,CoCl2 model group,CoCl2 +miR-375 mimic group,CoCl2 +miR-375 mimic control group,CoCl2+miR-375 inhibitor group and CoCl2 +miR-375 inhibitor control group,and hypoxia cell models were created by adding 200 μmol/L CoCl2.MiR-375 and frizzled 4 (FZD4) small interfering RNA (siRNA) were transfected into the cells by 50 nmol/L miRNA lipidosome for 48 hours.The proliferation of the cells was detected by MTT assay;migrated number of the cells was examined by Transwell chamber assay;ELISA was employed to detect the concentrations of VEGF and VE-cadherin in the medium;the expression of β-catenin,cyclinD1,matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP2) and VEGF proteins were analyzed by Western blot;tube length of vessel formation was evaluated by Matrigel assay.Cultured cells were divided into normal control group,CoCl2 model group,CoCl2 +mock group and CoCl2 + FZD4 siRNA group,the relative expression of FZD4,a miR-375 targeted gene,was detected by luciferase reporter.Results The relative expression of miR-375 mRNA was significantly increased in the CoCl2 +miR-375 mimic group compared with the CoCl2 + miR-375 mimic control group and reduced in the CoCo2 + miR-375 inhibitor group compared with the CoCo2 + miR-375 inhibitor control group (t =-19.237,8.764,both at P＜0.01),with a higher transfected efficacy for miR-375.The cell proliferative fold,migrated cell number,VEGF and VE-Cadherin contents in the medium and the tube length were significantly different among the CoCl2 model group,CoCl2 +miR-375 mimic group,CoCl2 +miR-375 mimic control group,CoCl2 +miR-375 inhibitor group and CoCl2 +miR-375 inhibitor control group (F =24.324,26.776,14.113,19.225,15.040,all at P＜0.001),and those in the CoCl2 +miR-375 mimic group were evidently reduced in the CoCl2 +miR-375 mimic group compared with the CoCl2 +miR-375 mimic control group,while those in the CoCl2 +miR-375 inhibitor group were considerably elevated in comparison with the CoCl2 +miR-375 inhibitor control group (all at P＜0.01).The expressions of β3-catenin,cyclinD1,MMP2 and VEGF protein were significantly different among the normal control group,CoCl2 model group,CoCl2 +miR-375 mimic group,CoCl2+miR-375 mimic control group,CoCl2 +miR-375 inhibitor group and CoCl2 +miR-375 inhibitor control group (F=11.753,13.283,16.770,10.334,all at P＜0.001).In addition,the cell proliferative fold,migrated cell number and the tube length were significantly increased in the CoCl2 model group and CoCl2+mock group,and those in the CoCl2+FZD4 siRNA group were decreased in comparison with the CoCl2 +mock group (all at P＜0.05).Conclusions MiR-375 inhibits the growth,migration and tube formation ability of HRCECs in hypoxic status probably by regulating the activation of Wnt pathway via directly targeting FZD4.

Objective The selection of SPE column to extract trace pesticides in the water. Methods Investigated the recovery of 6 kinds SPE column (including HLB,GDX403,GDX103,C18,C8,C6) to extract phorate, sulfotep, propoxur, carbofuran, cypermethrin, fenvalerate in the water. Results By using oasis HLB cartridge to extract 21 kinds of pesticides in water, the recoveries were over 60%for the most pesticides. Conclusion The method could be applied to the cases which extract and analyse the trace pesticides in large volume water.

From 1970 to 1984,100 patients with esophageal cancer survived over 10 years after radiotherapy alone. In theis group 58 male, 42 female; section of upper thoracic 53, section of middle thoracic 47; medullary type 82, fungoid type 14; tumor length ≤5cm 49, 5.1～7.0cm 34, 7.1～9.0cm 17. They were teated by three or four intersecting radiation, total doses were 50～70Gy. 9 patients received second radiotherapy for local relapse. In 100 patients, 58 patients still survived , 42 patients died of local relapse 18, bleeding 6 and fistula 4. 5 patients suffered from radiation myelitis and 3 patients fracture of rib in 58 living patients. Conclusion: the result of treatment is better in group of young people. Patients with supraclavicular metastasis have received seccond radiotherapy after first raditherapy could still survive for a long time. Local relapse is the important factor for death yet. We think total dose is adapted between 50～70Gy. The spinal received dose

Objective To assay the intact genomic DNA content of different parts from Herba Hedyoeis Diffusae and to observe its influence on the result of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification. Methods The genomic DNA was analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis and absorbance detection method and PCR amplification was carried out for further comparison. Results The content of intact genomic DNA in different parts was different as well as the DNA fingerprints of PCR amplification. Conclusion The obtaining of intact genomic DNA was the premise for further study. 

Objective To explore the variation tendency of serum thyroid hormone level in the elderly aged over 80 years.Methods The 602 healthy volunteers were divided into 3 groups by age:young group (20-59 years of age,n= 226),elderly group (60-79 years of age,n= 195),and advanced age group (80-102 years of age,n=181).Fasting blood of all persons was harvested,then the levels of serum total triiodothyroxine (TT3),total thyroxine (TT4),free tri-iodothyronine (FT3),free thyroxine (FT4),thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and reverse tri-iodothyronine (rT3) were determined by chemistry luminescence technique and radioimmunoassay.Statistical analysis was made by the software SPSS 13.0.Results The levels of serum FT3 and TT3 were lower in elderly group than in young group (t=2.793,3.627,P=0.005,0.000).There were significant differences in the levels of serum TT3,TT4,FT3,TSH and rT3 between young group and advanced-age group (t =10.930,6.065,15.398,- 2.933,- 5.643,all P = 0.000),also between elderly group and advanced-age group (t= 8.382,4.298,11.573,-3.383,-5.148,all P＜0.001).The levels of serum FT3,TT3 and TT4 were negatively correlated with age (r=- 0.51,-0.39 and -0.25,respectively,all P＜0.01).And the levels of serum rT3 and TSH showed positive relationships with age (r=0.32,0.12,all P＜0.01).There were no relationships between the level of serum FT4 and age.The positive rate of serum TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4,TSH and rT3 concentration beyond the reference value was 0,0,13.8%,0,6.6% and 21% in advanced-age group,respectively.Conclusions The levels of serum thyroid hormone and thyroid-stimulating hormone change with age.The levels of FT3,rT3 and TSH change obviously in the elderly aged over 80 years.It could reduce the false positive rate in clinical practice if normal reference range for serum thyroid hormone levels in different aged elderly is established.

Objective: To apply fuzzy clustering analysis to determination of 10 inorganic elements and Cu/Zn ratio in 13 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine cured for vascular disease. Methods: By FAAS (flame atomic absorption spectrometry) sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, chromium, nickel, manganese, copper and zinc were determined. By range analysis, correlation coefficients and relative fuzzy matrix were calculated.Results: Correlation coeffieients ? were mostly in the range of 0.55～0.80, especially ?=0.95 between Buzhangnaoxintong Capsule and Xinbao Pill. Conclusion: On condition that trace and macro elements are relatively rich and clustering correlation coefficients are larger, therapentic effects among traditional Chinese medicines cured for vascular disease are also similar. This suggests that trace elements, macro elements and Cu/Zn ratio have much to do with therapeutic effect.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c) and cystain C(CysC) in the diagnosis of early diabetic kidney injury.Methods Seventy cases of diabetic nephropathy(group DN) and 110 cases of simple diabetes(group DM) admitted and treated in our hospital from June to November 2015 were selected as the research subjects and performed the contrastive study with the 50 volunteers undergoing physical examination (control group)in the same period.The levels of β2-MG,HbA1c,CysC,SCr and Urea were compared among three groups.Results Compared with the control group,the SCr and Urea levels in the DM group had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),while the β2-MG,HbA1c and CysC levels in the DM group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of β2-MG,HbA1c,CysC,SCr and Urea in the DN group were significantly higher than those in the control group and DM group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive rates of single index detection and combined detection of β2-MG,HbA1c and CysC I the DN group were significantly higher than those in the DM group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with diabetes,β2-MG,HbA1c and CysC can better reflect the early damage of renal function,their joint detection is conducive to the diabetic treatment and disease condition monitoring.

Objective To investigate the relevance between protein expression and methylation of MG-MT and hMSH2 in glioma patimts.Methods Immunohistochemical and methylation specific PCR were adopted respectively to test on 275 cases of glioma patients for the protein expression and methylation situation of MGMT and hMSH2.Results The negative protein expression rate of MGMT and hMSH 2 in the tissue of brain golima were 47.2% and 62.5% respectively;the occurrence of methylation in gene promoter region were accordingly 41.8% and 22.4%.Statistical analysis revealed that MGMT promoter methylation in peripheral blood gene groups was related with the protein negative expression of tumor tissue (P<0.05),while there was no relationship between the protein expression of hMSH2 and its gene promoter methylation(P>0.05).Conclusion The meth-ylation of MGMT is a common molecular situation in the generation of brain glioma ,which may be connected with that of tumor.However,hMSH2 promoter methylation might not the main reason for inactivation of hMSH 2 pro-tein,there may be other important factors affecting its expression .
