T-type calcium channels present in cardiovascular, neuronal and endocrine systems, and they are now receiving attention as novel therapeutic targets. It plays important roles in multiple cellular functions and genes those encode the T-type calcium channels have been recently reported. Many drugs and compounds non-specifically block T-type calcium channels. We review circumstances of the research of T- type calcium channels in the molecular structure, distribution, function, regulation and the related drugs.

Objective To promote worldwide standardization of methods to determine creatinine by tracing to reference measurement for achieving universal accuracy measurement of creatinine.Methods The results of external laboratory assessment (EQA) survey in China and CAP were compared and analyzed. Results There was significant difference among different measurement methods and assay systems.Conclusion It should promote worldwide standardization of determine creatinine, which makes it trace to reference measurement liquid chromatography-isotope dilution mass spectrometry (LC-IDMS).

Objective Nowadays,with the development of medical vehicle,there are many parameters for inspection in its interior.It has disadvantages,such as complex routing and low system reliability,to use DCS.CAN bus technology can decrease routing and enhance system reliability.Methods OPC technology was used.A temperature supervisor control program and a database application were designed by VB,and the temperature was control by the fuzzy control methods.Results The temperature supervisor control system was established with CAN bus to explore the application of CAN bus in the medical vehicle.Conclusion It can enhance the system's reliability to use CAN bus technology in the medical vehicle.

[Objective]To analyze the reason for osteofascial compartment syndrome caused by tardive massive bleeding and to discuss the first-aid measure to treat continuing bleeding in operation.[Method]There were 5 cases in this study.Two osteofascial compartment syndrome with tardive haematoma were caused by secondary disturbances of blood coagulation.One iliopsoas muscle haematoma was caused by over-dose of warfarin(WARF).Vitamine K was applied to anti-warfarin and depressed haematoma by ultrasonic guiding puncturation aider a pause of warfarin.The other one suffered from continuing bleeding after a depression operation on right femoral bone haematoma.The bleeding could not be stopped until carbasus obturation and a supplementary of lood coagulation factor.The carbasus were taken out 36 hours later.Three traumatic pseudoaneurysm rupture happened to superior gluteal artec,arteriae tibialis posterior and deep femoral artery separately.The bleeding artery was ligated and removed the body of the blood tumor in these three cases.In addition,arterial embolism was applied in two of them before operation.[Result]No recurrence happened to the case with iliopsoas muscle haematoma after 16 weeks as a result of absorption and degeneration.As the patient with right femoral bone haematoma referred,the bleeding stopped after treated by carbasus obturation.The wound was closed 36 hours after the operation.A satisfactory sensory recovery,pulsation of dorsal pedal artery and arteria tibialis posterior were found.Rebleeding was found in 3 weeks after the wound closed.The pathobiology inspection of bone and muscle tissue around the fracture site showed osteoma sarcomatosum in right femoral bone.The author gave the patient to the operation of high amputation.No rebleeding,nervous symptoms caused by compression,limbs necrosis and ischemic contracture was found after 3 patients suffering from traumatic pseudoaneurysm rapture with followed-up from 8 month to 3 years.[Conclusion]Hemorrhea caused by secondary disturbances of blood coagulation or pseudoaneurysm can lead to osteofascial compartment syndrome.Embolism of the bleeding artery before removal of the aneurysm and haematoma can reduce bleeding in operation.It is the best choice for the doctor to stop operation immediately and stop bleeding by effective carbasus obturation.

The record of speech-language abnormalities scattered in some chapters of two classics of traditional Chinese medicine, Huang Di Nei Jing and Zhong Zang Jing. The descriptive modes of these abnormalities in Huang Di Nei Jing were more diversified than in Zhong Zang Jing. In aspect of clinical values, speech-language abnormalities in Huang Di Nei Jing were used to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment, such as describing body constitution and clinical mistreatments, but rare in Zhong Zang Jing.

Objective To study the relationship among the area of transverse section of radial artery, the major axis length of the ellipse with same centroid as transverse section, the maximum centroid displacement in the direction parallel with skin surface in a cardiac cycle and width of pulse tracing. Methods ECG, pressure phygmograms and ultrasound images of transverse section of radial artery of 40 patients with different width of pulse tracing and 20 healthy persons were collected synchronously with a new-type sphymograph. On the basis of images analysis with MATLAB 7.0.1, image characteristics of transverse section of radial artery and centroid motion locus of pulse tracings with different width in a cardiac cycle were observed and analyzed. Results Between pulse tracings with different width, there were significant differences in the area of transverse section of radial artery, the major axis length of the ellipse with same centroid as transverse section and the maximum centroid displacement in the direction parallel with skin surface in a cardiac cycle. Conclusions The mean, maximum and minimum value of the area of transverse section and the major axis length of ellipse and the maximum centroid displacement can be used to discriminate width of pulse tracing.

Objective To investigate the effect and hematopoietic reconstitution as well as survival of diffierent kinds of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT)in the treatment of leukemia.Methods allo-HSCT was used to treat 20 cases of leukemia from March 2003 to July 2006 in my hospital.Twelve of them received allo-PBSCT from HLA matched sibling donors.Four of them received HLA-mismatched unrelated umbilical cord blood transplantation.Three of them received allo-PBSCT from unrelated donors.One of them received bone marrow transplantion from unrelated donors.Results Totally 19 recipients acheived hematopoietic reconstitution.The median time of hematopoietic reconstitution after UCBT was longer than that of HLA matched sibling PBSCT.Seven patients received aGVHD after allo-HSCT,and 4 among them were Ⅰ~Ⅱ degree and 3 cases Ⅲ~Ⅳ degree.Two patients died of relapse,and 3 patients died of GVHD.One patient was puzzled by cGVHD.The others are disease-free survival now.The median time of survival is 30(1~41)months.Conclusion allo-HSCT is effective for the cure of patients with leukemia.UCBT with enough cells and 1~2 mismatched loci is safe and effective for the patients who have no HLA matched sibling donors.

Objective: To investigate the effects of HPV16E6-ribozyme on telomerase activity in cervical carcinoma cell line CaSKi and the related mechanisms. Methods: Anti-HPV16E6-ribozyme and blank eucaryotic plasmids were transfected into CaSKi cells via lipofectin, and the resultant cells were named as CaSKi-R and CaSKi-P, respectively. The expression of ribozyme in transfected cells was observed by RNA dot blotting. The expression of E6 mRNA and protein in the 3 kinds of cells were detected by Northern blotting and Western blotting, respectively. Telomerase activity was determined by TRAP-Elisa method; the expression of P53, c-myc, hTERT and hRT mRNA were examined by RT-PCR.Results: RNA dot blotting showed that anti-HPV16E6-ribozyme was stably expressed in transfected CaSKi-R cells. Western blotting showed that the expression of E6 mRNA and protein in CaSKi-R cells was obviously lower than that in CaSKi and CaSKi-P cells. The telomerase activities in CaSKi,CaSKi-P and CaSKi-R cells were (0.89?0.14), (0.90?0.11) and(0.36?0.06),respectively. Objective To investigate the influence of HLA immunogenic mismatching (IM) on acute rejection of renal transplants.Methods The function recovery time of renal allograft and the rate of acute rejection of 196 cases after cadaveric renal transplantation wereanalyzed. Results IM of HLA locus did not influence the function recovery time of the renal allograft. The IM of HLA-A locus did not increase the rate of allograft acute rejection whereas the HLA-B locus did and the HLA-DR increased the acute rejection rate significantly. Conclusion IM should not be ignored in HLA typing. HLA-B locus is related to the allograft acute rejection, while the IM of DR locus increasesthe allograft acute rejection rate significantly.

From 1970 to 1984,100 patients with esophageal cancer survived over 10 years after radiotherapy alone. In theis group 58 male, 42 female; section of upper thoracic 53, section of middle thoracic 47; medullary type 82, fungoid type 14; tumor length ≤5cm 49, 5.1～7.0cm 34, 7.1～9.0cm 17. They were teated by three or four intersecting radiation, total doses were 50～70Gy. 9 patients received second radiotherapy for local relapse. In 100 patients, 58 patients still survived , 42 patients died of local relapse 18, bleeding 6 and fistula 4. 5 patients suffered from radiation myelitis and 3 patients fracture of rib in 58 living patients. Conclusion: the result of treatment is better in group of young people. Patients with supraclavicular metastasis have received seccond radiotherapy after first raditherapy could still survive for a long time. Local relapse is the important factor for death yet. We think total dose is adapted between 50～70Gy. The spinal received dose
