China Pharmacist 2014;(2):262-264
Objective: To discuss the curative effect of gynecological postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia ( PCIA) of parry celebrex sodium combined with sulfentanyl. Methods: Totally 66 cases with gynecological operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the two groups were both given PCIA of sulfentanyl after the tube withdrawal, and the patients in the observation group were given 40mg parry celebrex sodium respectively before skinning suture and 12 hours after the operation by intravenous injection, while the patients in the control group were given 5ml sodium chloride injec-tion (0. 9%) at the same time. The VAS and Ramsay scores of the patients at the stages of 1h (T1), 2h (T2), 6h (T3), 12h (T4) and 24h (T5) after the operation were observed. The press times of PCIA, effective press times, amount of sulfentanyl, VAS satisfac-tion rates and adverse drug reactions ( ADR) in 24 hours after the operation were recorded. Results:The VAS and Ramsay scores of the patients in the observation group at the different stages were much higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The total press times of PCIA, effective press times, amount of sulfentanyl of the patients in the observation group in 24 hours after the operation were much lower than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The VAS satisfaction rate in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group (P<0. 05), and the ADR occurrence rate in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The application of parry celebrex sodium combined with sulfentanyl on PCIA after the operation can reduce the amount of sulfentanyl and enhance the VAS and Ramsay effect with fewer adverse drug reactions, which is a safe and effec-tive VAS method after the operation.
2.Effect of respirator with R95 activated carbon for reducing the breath-in of oxidative product
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(8):32-35
Objective:To investigate whether respirator with R95 activated carbon could reduce the intake of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) so as to analyze the effect of respirator with R95 activated carbon in reducing the breath-in of oxidative product. Methods: 44 subjects were divided into wearing respirator group (22 cases) and un-wearing respirator group (22 cases). The experiment period was 2d, and the gas chromatographic method and (or) high resolution mass spectrum were adopted to detect hydroxy PAH(OH-PAH).Results:In 44 subjects, the ratios of taxi driver was 38.6% and street hawker was 34.1%, respectively. In urine, the corrected level of baseline creatinine of 1-OHP concentration was higher than that of international standards: 1020 ng/g creatinine (IQR: 604-1551). Whether wearing respirator with R95 activated carbon didn't has significant effect on 1-OHP level, and its multiplier effect was 1.00 (95% CI: 0.92-1.09). Besides, it also didn't has significant effect on other OH-PAHs except 1-OHN, and its multiplier effect was 0.86 (95% CI: 0.77-0.96).Conclusion: In street workers, the OH-PAHs level in urine was higher. In the area with severe air pollution, wearing respirator with R95 activated carbon don't influence the OH-PAH level in urine except 1-OHN. The reasons might be respirator with R95 activated carbon couldn't efficiently filter PAHs. Besides, the OH-PAHs of high concentration indicates that it is necessary to adopt effective intervention.
3.Effects of millimeter wave radiation on the growth and development of the postimplanted mouse embryos: postnatal psychophysiologic evaluations
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
In this experiment mice were irradiated by 36.11 GHz millimeter wave at a power density of 10.0mW/cm~2 for 2 hours daily from the 6th to 15th day of gestation. The postnatal fetus was evaluated by psychophysiologic indexes. The data analysis indicated that millimeter wave radiation significantly delayed appearance time of 3 reflexes in each litter but had no effects upon 4 physiological indexes. Millimeter wave radiation lowered the learning capacity and memory of the offspring mice, which committed a higher quantity of errors and needed more training than the control group. The criteria of conditioned reflex were set by using Y-type electric maze. In addition, this experiment found no obvious effect on swimming endurance of the offspring, and a marked drop in the body weight of the offspring from 1st day to 8th week. These results indicated that exposure to millimeter wave radiation on the postimplantation embryos may result in subtle long-term neurophysiologic alterations.

6.Effect of Fosinopril on Functions of Endothelial Cell in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hypertension
Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(05):-
Objective To explore the effect of fosinopril on plasma biomarkers of endothelial cell in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods Fourty-two patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were treated with fosinopril (10~20)mg/d for 6 months. Twenty-four matched healthy people were selected as control. Before treatment and after 6 months of treatment, thromodulin (Tm),von willebrand factor and nitric oxide (NO) as well as systolic pressure (SBP) and diastolic pressure (DBP) were detected. The reactive congestion and nitroglycerin-induced dilation of the right brachial artery were assayed with high-resolution ultrasound. Results After 6 months of treatment in all patients, diameters of brachial artery after taking glyceryl trinitrate showed no change markedly, but the plasma levels of Tm and vW factor were decreased and NO was increased obviously than those before treatment. The diameter of brachial artery in responding to reactive hyperaemia was improved greatly and the SBP & DBP were all decreased obviously than those before the treatment. Concusion Fosinopril effectively reduces blood pressure and the endothelial-dependent vasodilatation companied with decrease of the plasma Tm & vW factor and increase of the plasma NO in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.
7.Clinical study of anti-oxidant effects of vitamin E-modified membrane on hemodialysis patients
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2002;0(08):-
Objective To evaluate the anti-oxidant effects of vitamin E -modified membrane in hemodialysis patients. Methods In our four-week study,57 patients on maintenance hemodialysis were divided randomly into three groups.Group A (n=19) resorted to hemodialysis with VitE-modified membrane;Group B (n=19) resorted to hemodialysis with conventional dialyzers and oral VitE intake(400mg/d);Group C (n=19) resorted to hemodialysis with neither vitamin E-modified membrane nor vitamin E intake.Blood samples were collected prior to the first and thirteenth dialysis sessions, and were employed to determine the concentrations of malonylaldehyde (MDA),glutathione peroxidease (GSH-px),glutathione (GSH),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Vitamin E in plasma and red blood cells (RBC),and advanced oxidative protein products (AOPP) in plasma. Results In group A,there were significant increase in VitE,GSH-px,GSH and SOD levels, and declined MDA and AOPP levels in plasma and in RBC(P0.05).Conclusion Our study suggests that VitE may have anti-oxidant effects on hemodialysis patients, and that VitE-modified membrane may have more advantages in anti-oxidative effect compared with.VitE oral administration.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(17):-
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the features and general patterns of adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in our hospital. METHODS: 209 ADR case reports collected in our hospital in 2007 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients' age and sex, route of administration, category of the drugs, organs and systems involved, and clinical manifestation of the ADRs. RESULTS: The ADR were more likely caused via intravenous dip (129 cases, 61.72%). Anti-infectives had the highest proportion to induce ADR(94 cases,44.98%), followed by nervous system drugs and cardiovascular system drugs. Quinolones were the leading anti-infective drugs causing ADR(35 cases, 37.23%), of which, Levofloxacin dominated the first place. The main presentation of the ADR was damage of skin and its appendages such as erythra and pruritus etc, followed by the lesions of digestive system and circulatory system. CONCLUSION: ADR monitoring awareness should be strengthened and the related ADR reporting system should be improved.
