At present,university teachers' performances are mostly evaluated by "awards and punishment system ",which desalt the encouragement and improvement function,lack of human nature concern.From the point of human resource management,guided by the theory that teachers' performances are developing,this article put forward a way of a omni bearing feedback to evaluate the teachers' performances in order to build a completely new evaluating system.

This article reveals the present state of teaching staff in teaching hospitals and difficulties and obstacles the hospitals confront when conducting the clinical courses through the investigation and analysis of 6 teaching hospitals.It provides a very useful reference for teaching hospitals in term of expanding their teaching resources and carrying out staff training.

Objective ThrouGh the detection of heat shock protein 90(HSP90)Gene expression in the peripheral blood in in patients with hypertensive disorders complicatinG preGnancy( HDCP ),to understand its role in the pathophysioloGy of HDCP. Methods The expression of HSP90 was observed in Groups of normal preGnant women,Gestational hypertension patients,mild preeclampsia patients,severe preeclampsia patients by ELISA. Results The expression of HSP90 in peripheral blood of Gestational hypertension Group,mild preeclampsia Group,severe preeclampsia Group were siGnificantly hiGher than normal preGnant Group( P<0. 0l ) . Conclusion HSP90 may have close relationship with the onset and development of HDCP. It can predict HDCP by detectinG the level of HSP90 in peripheral blood.

Objective: To study the distribution of Langerhans cell (LC) in oral lichen planuss (OLP). Methods: LCs in oral mucosa samples were examined with monoclonal CD1a antibody and an immunohistochemical technique(LAB method) in 35 cases of OLP and 6 cases of health control. Objective: To investigate the effects of mouse recombinant Periostin on the attachment and proliferation of PDL cells on root surfaces. Methods: Normal (N) and periodontitis (P) root slices were treated with Periostin (Pe) and fibronectin (FN), respectively. Untreated root slices (Co) served as negative controls. PDL cells were seeded on the root slices, the attachment in 24h and the proliferation in 72h of the cells were determined with cell counting. The morphology of the cells was observed under SEM. Objective:To evaluate the biocompatibility of insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-1) gene transfected bone marrow stem cells (MSCs) with ostrich true bone ceramic (OTBC). Methods:Rat MSCs were transfected with IGF-1 gene, and positive clones were selected by G418. The expression of IGF-1 protein in the MSCs was detected by immunocytochemical technique. The IGF-1 transfected MSCs were cultured with OTBC and the morphology of the cells was observed by scanning electronic microscope(SEM) at different time point. Results:Immunohistochemical staining suggested that the IGF-1 protein was expressed in the IGF-1 transfected MSCs. The cells adhered to OTBC and stretched well after 24 h of culture. The IGF-1 transfected MSCs proliferated on the surface of OTBC with culture time.Conclusion:The OTBC has a good biocompatibility with IGF-1 transfected MSCs.

Aim: To enhance the management of clinical teaching hospital and improve the quality of clinical teaching.Methods: The criteria system of evaluation on teaching hospitals were taken to assess the teaching quality of 4 non-directly affiliated hospitals by means of listening to the self-evaluation,checking the file,surveying on the scene and holding student symposium.Prompt feedback were supplied to the 4 hospitals.Result: The 4 hospitals obtained similar scores,which had intelligent teachers,favorable teaching condition,strict management and better teaching quality.Conclusions: Emphasizing teaching,qualified teachers,improving teaching condition and optimizing teaching method are the important measures of improving clinical teaching quality.
