Objective To explore into the superiority of the treatment of clavicle-hook plate for acromioclavicular dislocation and the fracture of the distal end of clavicle.Methods Select 35 clinical cases with the acromioclavicular dislocation and the fracture of the distal end of clavicle, and then evaluate the function of the joint and the union of fracture.Results All the fractures got fully union, no joint re-dislocation, and got 100% excellent and good result.Conclusion Clavicle-hook plate is the perfect fixation in the treatment of the acromioclavicular dislocation and the fracture of the distal end of clavicle.

Objective To explore the influence of Aspirin to the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovas-cular events after healing of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods 54 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were followed up after cure. Depending on whether continued use of Aspirin,54 cases were divided into two groups and observed 1 year,3 years,5 years later. Then the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events were significantly different between two groups(P<0. 05) ,and it increased significantly in the group which were not continued with Aspirin after 1-year. Conclusion Aspirin playedan important role in preventing incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascula events after healing of diabetic foot ulcer.

Objective To investigate the pulmonary microvascular responsiveness of diabetic animals to sepsis and the potential mechanism of NO system.Methods Sixty-four Wistar rats of clean grade were randomly (random number) divided into 4 groups,namely normal control group (group A,n =16),diabetes group (group B,n =16),sepsis group (group C,n =16),diabetes and sepsis group (group D,n =16).Diabetic mellitus model was made in rats with injection of streptozotocin,STZ (65 mg/kg).Successful model was defined as the blood glucose value≥ 16.67 mmol/L 48 hours after injection of STZ.All animals were fed 4 weeks before initiation of next experiment.The sepsis model was established by intravenous injection of LPS (10 mg/kg) in rats.RT-PCR was used to determine the mRNA expression of Tie-2 in rats'blood.The ratio of dry/wet of lung tissue and the extravasation of Evans blue dye into the lung were detected.Quantitation of NO in lung tissue and serum was measured by using Griess method.RT-PCR was also used for determination of iNOS,eNOS,DDAH2 mRNA expressions in lung tissue.Data were analyzed with ANONA and LSD method for comparison between groups,and P ＜ 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results Compared with septic group.,the diabetic rats with sepsis group demonstrated higher expression of Tie-2 mRNA in blood (19.72 ± 0.70) vs.(3.99 ± 0.92),P =0.00,lower ratio of dry/wet in lung tissue (0.19 ±0.01) vs.(0.22 ±0.01),P =0.000,higher permeability of Evans blue dye into lung tissue (3.76 ± 0.77) vs.(1.74 ± 0.24),P =0.000.Serum NO level was lower in group D than that in group C (123.13 ±4.24) vs.(188.30 ±5.18),P =0.000,however,NO levels in lung tissue of both group D and group C were higher than that in control group (53.62 ± 6.70),(23.63± 3.92) vs.(10.37 ± 1.29),P =0.00,and NO level in group D was higher in 2 times than that in group C (P =0.00).However,there were no differences in eNOS expression among groups A,B and C,but the difference in eNOS expression was present between group D with lower expression and group A,that lower in group D (0.07 ±0.02) vs.(0.38 ±0.05),P=0.017.Compared with group C,the expression of iNOS was higher in group D (80.23 ±2.49),(32.48±5.37) vs.(1.74±0.23),P=0.00),and the expression of DDAH2 was lower in group D (0.49 ±0.13),(7.26 ±0.50) vs.(11.96 ±0.55).Conclusions Diabetic rats with sepsis enhanced endothelial cell damages.Diabetes deteriorates the regulatory activity of NO system,suggesting the potential mechanism of the worsened damages of EC in diabetic sepsis host.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the value of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) and treadmill exercise testing(TET) in diagnosing coronary heart disease(CHD),and analyze relevant index between coronary arteriography(CAG) and treadmill exercise testing.MethodsOne hundred and forty-nine borderline cases of coronary heart disease were enrolled.Every patient was examined by DCG,TET,and CAG,compared the diagnostic value of TET combined with DCG and TET or DCG alone,and record the increased heart rate during the first minute( △ HRl min) of TET and systolic blood pressure(SBP) recovery.The patients were divided into a CHD group and a non-CHD group according to the results of coronary angiography.ResultsThe sensitivity rate was 78.57％ and specific rate was 70.77％ by means of TET.The sensitivity rate was 61.90％ and specific rate was 66.15％ by means of DCG.The sensitivity rate was 95.23％ ,specific rate was 55.38％,positive predictive value was 73.39％ and negative predictive value was 90.00％ by parallel way of DCG and TET,its sensitivity rate (95.23％) and negative predictive value (90.00％ ) were more than those of DCG or TET alone.The sensitivity rate was 52.38％,specific rate was 95.38％,positive predictive value was 93.62％ and negative predictive value was 60.78％ by serial way of DCG and TET,its specific rate (95.38％) and positive predictive value (93.62％ ) were more than those of DCG or TET alone.The number of men in the CHD group was higher than the number of women.Ratio of systolic blood pressure recovery(rSBPR) in the CHD group was significantly higher than that in the non-CHD group ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion It can obviously enhance the sensitivity rate and specific rate if combined TET with DCG.Patients with CHD have a delayed decline in SBP during recovery which can be one of the indexes to estimate the extent of myocardial ischemia and coronary artery lesion.

Objective: To determine the role of intensity of plum-blossom needle tapping in treating alopecia areata.Methods: The BALB/c mice were randomized into a normal group, a control group, a roller-needle (RN) group, a mild plum-blossom needle (MP) group, and a heavy plum-blossom needle (HP) group. An area of hair was removed by external application of 8% sodium sulfide on BALB/c mice. The hair regrowth, hair follicle changes, and local inflammatory factor changes after cutaneous acupuncture were observed.Results: After treated with sodium sulfide, the hair was completely removed, the local hair follicles reached the catagen phase, and the expressions of interleukin (IL)-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interferon (IFN)-γ, and IL-17 were increased. Mice intervened by RN achieved the same hair growth rating as the controls but with thicker hair shafts; mice in the MP group had incomplete and uneven hair growth but thicker hair shafts; mice in the HP group didn't show hair growth. Pathological analysis revealed significant inflammatory infiltration into the local follicle bulbs and increased catagen-phase follicles in the control group, while RN and MP groups showed significantly increased anagen-phase follicles, coarser individual hairs, and obvious hair shafts. Meanwhile, most of the hair follicles in the HP group were in telogen phase and showed obvious surrounding inflammatory infiltration. RN, MP, and HP significantly down-regulated the increased IL-2, IL-1α, IL-1β, TNF-α, and IFN-γ levels (P<0.05), but didn't notably affect the increased CD34 expression (P>0.05).Conclusion: Cutaneous acupuncture with heavy stimulation intensity can inhibit hair growth in hair removal mice, while RN, with the lightest stimulation intensity, is unlikely to affect hair growth but may make hair shafts thicker and follicles larger.

Objective To explore the procedures of reconstruction emergency for skin and soft tisue defects due to trauma with local flap based on plastic surgical principles and techniques.Methods Thirty-two patients with facial defects caused by tramua were treated.After strict debridement of the wound of the skin and soft tissue,the flaps were designed according to the wound condition with plastic surgical principles.Subcutaneous SMAS pedicle flap,V-Y advancement flap,orbicularis flap,nasolabial groove flaps and others were chosen for wound repair,to suture and close the wound meticu lously.Results All of 32 treated cases,the wounds were primary healing.After 6-18 months follow-up,there was no obvious scar formation or functional problems.Second stage reconstruction was not needed since the cosmetic effect was perfect.Conclusions It is a satisfactory and effective method to emergently treat the skin and soft tissue defects after facial trauma with local flap based on the plastic surgical principles,which is well worth popularizing in clinic.

To explore the dynamic state of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes in acute ischemic stroke patients within 30 days of onset when treated with acupuncture, and to analyze the discrimination effects of the functions based on "decision trees" in identification of TCM syndromes of ischemic stroke.

Objective To observe the impacts of different storage temperatures on the activities of adipose tissues and the extraction and proliferation of adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) situated in harvested fat.Methods Adipose tissues obtained by liposuctions in healthy females were kept in different temperature;all groups of adipose tissues were studied in context of the histomorphology and activity of GAPD as well as the extraction efficiency and proliferation of ADSCs.Results Adipose tissues cryopreserved at 4 ℃ within 24 hours could retain their activities effectively,but their activities would decrease rapidly if they preserved at room temperature.The efficiency of adipose tissues extracting stem cells and their proliferations were affected by storage temperatures and times.If adipose tissues were preserved at room temperature for over 1 hour,the extraction efficiency and proliferation of their ADSCs would be lower significantly.Conclusions Adipose tissues cryopreserved at 4 ℃ can effectively ensure their activities and their extraction efficiency and proliferation of ADSCs.It is important to preserve adipose tissues at low temperature after harvesting fat graft.

Objective To investigate the differences in the gene expression profiles between SW480 and SW620 cell lines.Methods A dataset of GDS756 containing the gene expression profiles of SW480 and SW620 was downloaded from the GEO database in NCBI.The differential expression genes between SW480 and SW620 were analyzed with gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) and leading edge subset analysis.The genes in leading edge subset were re-annotated by FunRich software.The core genes of leading edge subset closely relating to SW480 or SW620 were analyzed with the STRING on-line analytical system.The functional core genes closely relating to SW480 or SW620 were obtained by the combined analysis of the core genes and high frequency genes from leading edge subset.Results GSEA identified 12 significantly enriched gene sets,491 leading edge genes and 7 highly overlapping genes from SW480 and 80 significantly enriched gene sets,870 leading edge genes and 6 highly overlapping genes from SW620.The STRING system identified 5 core genes from SW480 and 8 from SW620.The combined analysis of GSEA and bionetwork obtained 2 functional core genes,TOP2A and CDK1,from SW620.Conclusion The SW480 and SW620 cells with identical genetic background have different functional gene expression profiles,and the functional core genes TOP2A and CDK1 in SW620 cells may be related to the signal pathways of colon cancer metastasis.

Objective:To explore an effective treatment method for mycobacterial infection of multiple abscesses in the face and breast after autologous fat injection.Methods:Six patients with non-tuberculous mycobacterial infection after autologous fat injection in the face and chest were treated from June to September in 2018. All patients underwent preoperative ultrasound localization. The small incision was opened for debridement and the necrotic granular tissues were completely scraped. Vacuum aspiration therapy in the sinus was used to promote wound growth, in line with the standard anti-tuberculosis drug treatment.Results:All six patients in this group were being followed up for 10-14 months. The average follow-up time was 12 months. All the infected patients were recovered, and the appearance of the infected site was satisfied by the patients.Conclusions:Small incision debridement with vacuum aspiration therapy combined with a variety of anti-tuberculosis drugs can effectively treat non-tuberculous mycobacterial infection after autologous fat injection, and achieve good results.
