2.The Ethic of Justice Toward Life Care——An Ethical Exploration of the Medical Justice Reflected by the Low-price Hospital
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
On the surface, medical justice means the justice of medical resource allocation but essentially,it is social justice, and fundamentally, life justice. The appearance of low-price hospital helps relieve the problem of"difficult and costly hospital visiting",and by reflecting the ethical value of medical justice, benefits the realization of social harmony.
3.Analysis of serum levels of CA125 and SCC-Ag in patients with different gynecological diseases
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(21):2895-2896
Objective To detect the serum levels of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC-Ag)in patients with different gynecological diseases ,and to investigate the clinical significance of serum CA125 and SCC-Ag in the diagnosis of gynecological diseases .Methods The levels of CA125 and SCC-Ag in serum were detected by chemiluminescence method in 272 hospitalized patients of gynecological and 20 health examination women(normal control group) .Results The serum level and the positive rate of CA125 were increased in different disease groups ,which were significantly increased in endometriosis , adenomyosis ,and cervical cancer groups and were significantly different from the normal control group(P<0 .01) .The serum level and positive rate of SCC-Ag in cervical cancer group were significantly higher than normal control group(P<0 .01) .Conclusion Serum CA125 can be used as an indicator of gynecological disease screening ,and serum SCC-Ag is a specific tumor marker of cervi-cal cancer .
4.The Curative Effect Observation between Two Kinds of Operations in Subtotal Thyroidectomy
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(05):-
Objective To compare the curative effect of two kinds of operations in subtotal thyroidectomy.Methords To compare the appliance of trocar drain, fibrin glue, moderate pressure dressing with the traditional latex tubing drain in another cut in subtotal thyroidectomy. Results There were significant differences in draining volume, draining time and scar between the two groups. Conclusions In treatment group it is safer, more effective and with less complication than those of control group. It is worthy of spreading.
5.Effect of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides on the insu lin releasing function of pancreatic islets in rats
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(03):-
AIM: To investigate the effect of (Ganoderma lucidum ) polysaccharides (Gl-PS) on the insulin-releasing function of pancreati c islets. METHODS: Pancreatic islets were isolated and incubated with 5.6 or 16.7 mmol?L -1 glucose and different concentratio ns of Gl-PS for 1 h. Then the insulin was examined. Verapamil, and verapamil co mbined EGTA were used to testify whether the insulin-releasing effect of Gl-PS was inhibited by these inhibitors. The effects of Gl-PS on protein expression of the glucose transporter 2(GLUT2) under 5.6 and 16.7 mmol?L -1 glucose were also investigated. RESULTS: Gl-PS stimulated th e insulin release when incubated with the glucose of 5.6 or 16.7 mmol ?L -1 . The insulin releasing effect of Gl-PS was partly inhibited by ve rapamil and completely inhibited by verapamil+EGTA. Gl-PS could promote the GLU T2 protein expression of pancreatic islets under glucose of 5.6 and 16.7 mmol?L -1 . CONCLUSION: Gl-PS possesses insulin-rele asing effect under the glucose of 5.6 and 16.7 mmol?L -1 due t o the promotion of the GLUT2 protein expression and the subsequent facilitation of Ca 2+ inflow into the pancreatic B cells.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
Objective To explore the relationship between military personnel's psychosomatic health and social support, family emotion expression and related factors, and to provide measures to raise military personnel's psychosomatic health by interventional measures. Methods A total of 3865 servicemen from army, navy and air-force were selected for sampling through randomized cluster. Chinese Psychosomatic Health Scale (CPSHS), Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and Family Emotion Expression Scale (FEES) were used for analysis, and the results were analyzed by linear correlation and principal component regression, etc. Results Compared with the norm, the military personnel had lower scores in the mental disorder (anxiety, depression, psychoticism) (t range from -36.669 to -29.724, P

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(02):-
0 05) Conclusion Temperature and hemolysis affected the ECP level in different degrees But there was no significant influence of anti coagulation agent on the ECP level It could be concluded from our study that coagulation of the blood was not necessary to the ECP determination

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
AIM This study was undertaken to investigate the protective effect against ConcanavalinA (ConA) or BCG+LPS induced liver injury in mice by FTY720 and possible mechanisms. METHODS The serum ALT and its AST level changes were measured in two kinds of immunological liver injury models. The serum IFN ? and IL 4 changes were determined by ELISA and tested the effect of FTY720 on lymphocyte proliferation. RESULTS FTY720 dose dependently reduced serum ALT, AST levels in ConA or BCG+LPS induced liver injury in mice. It was also found that FTY720 decreases serum IFN ? and IL 4 levels during liver injury. The results also proved that FTY720 was able to inhibit lymphocyte proliferation. CONCLUSION Pretreatment with FTY720 could protect the mice from immunological liver injury. The possible mechanisms of its action are related to inhibiting lymphocyte proliferation and cytokines production.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2014;29(7):524-526
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and therapy of intestinal obstruction caused by multiple jejunal diverticula. Methods Clinical data of intestinal obstruction caused by multiple jejunal diverticula in 18 cases admitted from Jan 2001 to Aug 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients experienced the symptoms of abdominal pain and abdominal distension,5 cases experienced nausea and vomit,2 cases had a fever.Plain abdominal X-ray series demonstrated distension of small bowel and multiple air-fluid levels,5 cases with anemia, the average value of hemoglobin was (9.5 ± 1.0) g/L,B-ultrasonography revealed bowel dilatation in 7 out of 15 cases,9 cases underwent abdominal computed tomography and all had positive sign of small bowel distension and multiple air-fluid levels, mesenteric volvulus was suspected in 1 case. All patients underwent laparotomy, the diagnosis of multiple jejunal diverticula were confirmed clinically and by the pathology. In a follow-up ranging from 2 to 25 months,1 case died, the others were symptoms free. Conclusions Multiple jejunal diverticula was a less common disorder, occurring mainly in old man, with a low preoperative definite diagnosis.Resection of affected intestinal segment with primary anastomosis results in satisfactory prognosis.

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2006;4(2):117-9
The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been proved effective in clinical practice for thousands of years. To standardize the clinical protocols of TCM is absolutely necessary for enhancing the research quality of TCM and expanding the international influence of TCM. The standardization research on clinical protocols of TCM should be based on the basic theory of TCM and in the light of good clinical practice (GCP) principles. The clinical criteria for both diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of disease are also needed. To include all symptoms, tongue manifestations and pulse presentations into case report form, and to compare the differences in these clinical parameters between effective and non-effective cases by multivariate analysis may be helpful to find more specific indications for therapeutic protocol of TCM. Furthermore, It is suggested that two or more clinical trials on one therapeutic protocol are needed to identify its accurate indications.
