1.TORCH infections of infertility women and correlation analysis

Objective To investigate the correlation between infertility and TORCH infections ,analyse the possible influence factors .Methods TORCH infections of 2343 cases of pregnant women and 1356 cases of infertility women were detected by chemi‐luminescence method ,the positive rates of TORCH‐IgM ,IgG were compared .Results RV ,HSV infections of infertility women were higher ,mainly in 30 -34 years group .TORCH infections of infertility women among seasons were of significant difference (P<0 .05) .TORCH infections of infertility women have correlations with schooling levels ,source of family ,and history of expo‐sure to animals (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The less education ,rural aera ,and history of exposure to animals were high risk factors of TORCH infections ,so screening for TORCH infections of infertility women is very necessary .
2.Measurement and clinical application of normal plantar pressure

[Objective]To develop a mini-pressure-sensor(MPS)for measurement of plantar pressure(PP)and to evaluate its clinical application.[Method]The MPS was installed in the shoes,and computer was used to accumulate and analyze the change of PP in whole walking stage.Pathologic changes of PP in clinical patients were also analyzed by MPS.[Result]In normal walking,the PP of forefoot was 49% of body weight(BW)and of midfoot and heel was totally 51% of BW,but at pathologic state,the equilibrium of walking was dynamically disrapted inducing a pathologic changes of foot bearing.[Conclusion]Self-developed MPS for measuring PP is help for dynamic analysis of normal PP and is valuable to recognize the pathologic distribution of PP in pathological state and to provide a guide for treatment.
3.Clinical effect of breviscapine combined with nerve growth factor in ischemic optic neuropathy

Objective To investigate clinical effect of breviscapine combined with nerve growth factor in treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy . Methods 80 patients with ischemic optic neuropathy from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nerve growth factor, hip injection 30ug, one times a day, while the observation group was treated with breviscapine combined with nerve growth factor, 80 mg breviscapine added to 500 mL glucose intravenous infusion, one times a day.Then the changes of visual acuity, visual field loss difference (LV), the average damage of vision (MD), the average vision light sensitivity ( MS ) , adverse reactions, curative effect were compared between two groups.Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the visual acuity of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), LV, MD was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), MS was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Breviscapine combined with nerve growth factor in the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy can improve nerve function of patients , improve the therapeutic effect.
4.In vitro killing effect of recombinant perforin peptides on liver cancer cell

Objectives:To investigate in vitro tumor killing effect of recombinant human perforin C terminal truncated 125 amino acid polypeptide (rhPFP C) and N terminal truncated 118 amino acid polypeptide (rhPFP N, 22 139aa) using liver cancer cell line SMMC 7721 as target cells. Methods:Recombinant human PFP C and PFP N peptide were expressed by E.coli in fusion form with glutathione S transferase(GST), and were purified by affinity chromatography with glutathione agarose. Liver cancer cell line SMMC 7721 was treated with fusion proteins in different concentrations for 24 h before surviving cells were measured with microscopy and colorimetric MTT assay. Results:After treatment with rhPFP C or rhPFP N, SMMC 7721 cell membrane damaged, appeared lysis. In MTT assay, optical density values in test group were significantly lower than those in control group. At concentration of 2.5 ?g/ml, the killing activity of rhPFP C and rhPFP N were 33.38% and 5.90% respectively. Conclusions:Both rhPFP C and rhPFP N showed obvious killing effect on liver cancer cell line SMMC 7721.The activity of rhPFP C was great higher than that of rhPFP N.
5.Effects of pranoprofen eye drops on iysozyme, EGF and LF levels in type 2 diabetic patients with dry eye syndrome

Objective To investigate the effect and clinical efficacy of pranoprofen eye drops on lysozyme, EGF and LF levels in type 2 diabetic patients with dry eye syndrome.Methods70 Type 2 diabetes patients with dry eye from department of ophthalmology, Yuyao People's Hospital of Zhejiang Province from September 2013 to May 2015.They were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 35 cases in each group.The control group were treated by artificial tears eye drops 0.1mL/time, 6 times/day treatment.The treatment group were treated on the base of the control group with pranoprofen eye drops 0.15mL/eye drops, 4 times/day treatment.2 groups were 14 days for 1 courses of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment.The tear break-up time, basal lacrimal secretion, corneal fluorescein staining positive rate and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups before and after treatment.ResultsWith the total effective rate in the treatment group,was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, the tear break-up time prolonged, basal lacrimal secretion, tear lysozyme, EGF and LF levels were higher(P<0.05), the positive reaction rate of corneal fluorescence staining was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment, the tear break-up time prolonged, basal lacrimal secretion, tear lysozyme, EGF and LF levels were higher(P<0.05), the positive reaction rate of corneal fluorescence staining was lower(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of pranoprofen eye drops in type 2 diabetic patients with dry eye syndromeis good.It is speculated that the mechanism and tear break-up time prolonged, basal lacrimal secretion increase and lysozyme, epidermal growth factor(EGF)and the level of LF increased.
6.The value of Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced magnetic resonance imaging in the quantitative evaluation of liver function

Objective To explore the value of Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the quantitative evaluation of liver function.Methods Between June 2012 and June 2013,we prospectively included 8 patients with cirrhosis and 6 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC).The Child-Pugh classification,indocyanine green retention rate at 15 minutes (ICGR15),and Primovist enhanced MR imaging were performed in all the patients.Using the deconvolution method to calculate hepatic extraction fraction (HEF),the correlations between HEF and Child-Pugh and ICGR15 were analyzed.Results For cirrhosis,there was a significant correlation between the HEF and the ICGR15 by the Pearson correlation coefficient (r =-0.971,P < 0.05).For hepatocarcinoma,there was also a significant correlation (r =-0.855,P < 0.05).The average HEF of PHC was 21.80% (14.89% ~ 35.90%).Conclusions The Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI accurately evaluated liver function quantitatively.It may be used for patients with PHC for preoperative examination.
7.Feasibility and surgery indications of endoscopic submucosal dissection for gastric cancers

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and indications of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) by analyzing the early gastric cancer cases.Methods All the pathological materials of radical gastric resections in Huashan hospital from 2007 to 2011 were retrieved and the EGC cases were selected.All the cases in EGC group which met the extended ESD criteria were reviewed.Extended ESD criteria were cited from Treatment guidelines for gastric cancer in Japan edited by JGCA in 2001.The risk factors relevant with regional metastasis,such as invasive depth and differentiation degrees,were also analysed.Results In the recent five years,there were 1159 cases of gastric cancer undergoing radical gastrectomy in Huashan hospital including 210 EGC.According to the extended criteria of JGCA,151 cases could be candidates for ESD while 126 cases could be candidates for ESD according to the typical criteria for ESD.The local metastases of lymphatic or vascular involvement for mucosa cancer,muscularis mucosae cancer,sm1 and sm2 cancer were 6.75%,15.00%,23.25%,and 39.62% respectively (P <0.05).Twenty-five cases had local metastases that met the extended criteria for ESD.Within the 210 EGC cases,the local metastases of differentiated type and undifferentiated type were 13.95% and 47.37% respectively (P < 0.05).Conclusion Most EGC cases undergoing radical gastrectomy can be cured by ESD.Its metastases are highly correlated with invasion depth and differentiation,so indications of ESD should be assessed.
8.Analysis on correlation between cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen 4 gene polymorphisms and susceptibility to hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To analyse the correlation between cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4(CTLA-4)gene polymorphism-318 T/C ,CT60 G/A and the susceptibility of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) .Methods Totally 277 cases of HCC and 306 healthy controls in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 were selected as the research subjects ,all subjects were Han nationality .The peripheral blood (5 mL) in each case was collected for separating serum ,the AFP level was detected by chemilunescent method ,the serum IL-2 ,IL-4 and TGF-β levels were detected by ELISA .Genomic DNA was extracted ,after PCR amplification ,the CTLA-4-318 T/C ,CT60 G/A gene polymorphism distributions were detected by the direct sequencing method . Results The CTLA-4-318 CC and CT60 AA genotypes all conformed to the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P> 0 .05) .CTLA-4-318 CC and CT60 AA were related with the HCC risk decrease ,different genotypes of CTLA-4 CT60 G/A had obvious relation with serum AFP level(χ2 =12 .779 ,P=0 .012) .The serum IL-2 and IL-4 levels in the HCC patients carrying CTLA-4-318 T and CT60 G allele were significantly decreased ,while the TGF-βlevel was significantly increased ,moreover CTLA-4-318 had obvious relation with the HCC grading .Conclusion CTLA-4-318 TT could promote the occurrence and progression of HCC ,which might be related with the down-regulation of Th1/Th2 type cytokines ,and up-regulation of Th3 type cytokine .

ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect of narrow band ultraviolet B ( NB VUB)and its influence on the expression of IL23/Th17 axis in peripheral blood of patients with Psoriasis vulgaris,and to further explore the mechanism of action of NB UVB.MethodsForty - eight cases of Psoriasis vulgaris were treated with NB-UVB irradiation for 20 times,the therapeutic effect was evaluated by the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) scores.Peripheral blood was obtained from normal healthy controls and patients with Psoriasis vulgaris before and after NB-UVB irradiation.Three color flow cytometry was carried out to quantify Thl7 cells,and ELISA was used to examine the levels of serum IL17 and IL23.Results The mean PASI scores were significantly decreased after treatment with NB UVB irradiation[ (8.12±4.05)score vs (3.98±2.03) score,P<0.01 ].Levels of Th17[ (2.78 ± 1.93)% vs (0.98±0.56)% ],IL-17[ (23.85±7.98) pg/ml vs (6.53±4.26) pg/ml] and IL-23 [ (29.73 ± 12.08)pg/ml vs ( 16.73±8.91 )pg/ml] were significantly higher in patients with Psoriasis vulgaris than that in healthy controls ( P <0.01 ).After treatment with NB-UVB irradiation,levels of Th17 [ ( 1.13 ± 0.51 ) % ],IL-17 [ ( 8.03±5.01 )pg/ml ],and IL-23 [ ( 17.03 ± 9.85 )pg/ml ] were significantly decreased than before ( P < 0.01 ),and were positively correlated with PASI ( P <0.05).ConclusionsNB-UVB may affect IL23/IL17 to achieve its therapeutic effect on patients with Psoriasis vulgaris.
