International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(3):243-244
Objective To explore an effective treatment for knee osteoarthritis. Methods All patients were randomly recruited into an observation group(n=41)and a control group(n=37).The observation group was treated by warming needling.while the control group was treated by common acupuncture combined with TDP. Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 90.24%and 70.27%respectively,showing significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The warming needling was effective in treating knee osteoarthritis.
2.Recent Development of Eslicarbazepine Acetate, a New Drug against Epilepsy
China Pharmacist 2015;(3):471-473
The latest literatures on eslicarbazepine acetate in the treatment of epilepsy from home and abroad were referred. The results showed that the oral absorption of eslicarbazepine acetate is quick with long half life, linear pharmacokinetics and low potential of drug-drug interactions. Compared with carbamazepine and oxcarbazepine, eslicarbazepine acetate is more effective against epilepsy.
3.Effect and Safety of Raltegravir in the Treatment of AIDs
China Pharmacist 2015;(1):139-141
Referred to the latest literatures on raltegravir from home and abroad, the effect and safety of raltegravir in the treat-ment of AIDs were reviewed. The results showed that raltegravir was a necessary component for the initial treatment and repeated treat-ment of AIDs. Up till now, there was no report on its serious adverse reactions and drug interactions.
4.Effect of Traditional Acupuncture Therapy on Exercise Syndrome
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2007;13(12):1184-1185
Objective To observe the effect of traditional acupuncture therapy on exercise syndrome. Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into the treating group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The cases in the treating group were treated with acupuncture after exercise, but those in the control group did not receive any treatment. The physical and chemical testing data of two groups before and after exercise were compared. Results After acupuncture treatment, the heart rate, myodynamia, blood glucose, lactic dehydrogenase and creatine phosphate kinase of the cases in the treating group were significantly different from that in the control group ( P<0.01).Conclusion The traditional acupuncture can recover body's balance quickly, and has the effect of resisting exercise fatigue.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;(15):42-43
Objective To investigate the prevention and nursing measures of chemotherapeutic phlebitis in hematonosis children. Methods 233 children with first-attack of hematonosis were admitted to our department from January 2010 to January 2012,among whom 80 cases appeared different degrees of chemotherapeutic phlebitis. The related factors of chemotherapeutic phlebitis were explained and the nursing measures were established. Results After effective nursing measures, the chemotherapeutic phlebitis were properly handled. Conclusions Correct selection of vascular puncture site, strict aseptic operation and implementation of relevant nursing measures can prevent the incidence of chemotherapeutic phlebitis, and local closure, using of patches and external application of scald ointment can be adopted to treat chemotherapeutic phlebitis.

Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2015;(7):1-7
This paper introduces and analyzes the changes of scientific understanding in the linkage of global envi-ronment and health from historical and environment perspective, emphasizing on the fact that:the environmental issue im-pacts on human health are attracting an increased attention and emphasis from the international community;the existing re-search has fully proved a clear causal relationship between environmental issues which constitute one of the major factors that lead to a variety of human diseases and human health risks;the environmental issues effects on health quantified at the global level are the highlights and difficulties in the related research, differences in the current research methods and con-clusions exist internationally, but quantitative research is popular; the integration perspective of the existing scientific knowledge and global policy is a huge challenge placed in front of the global environment and health governance.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2005;25(1):107-8
The self-made high sensitivity and selectivity micro-biosensor was applied to monitor the change of dopamine in cerebral nucleus in rats in vivo. The micro-biosensor was prepared and used to detect dopamine level in vitro and monitor the dynamic change of dopamine in different cerebral nucleus in vivo. The results showed the lowest concentration of dopamine that could be detected by the biosensor was 32.5 nmol/L. Its positive peak was significantly different from that of AA, 5-HTP and E. The biosensor could keep working for monitoring the dopamine concentration in the cerebral tissue for more than 10 h. It was concluded that the microsensor has high sensitivity and selectivity to dopamine and can be used to dynamically monitor the change of dopamine in vivo.

China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of emodin in Compound shouwu mixture.METHODS:The determination was performed on Diamonsil C_(18) column(150 mm?4.6 mm,5?m) with the mobile phase consisted of methanol- 0.1%phosphoric acid(68:32).The detective wavelength was set at 220 nm.RESULTS: The linear range of emodin was 7.8~78.0?g?mL~(-1)(r= 0.999 8) with an average recovery rate of 98.25%(RSD = 1.09%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible, and it is applicable for the quality control of the Compound shouwu mixture.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2013;(2):133-136
Objective To investigate the value of virtual touch tissue imaging (VTI) in the differential diagnosis of small solid thyroid nodules. Methods 35 patients with 41 small thyroid nodules were examined by conventional ultrasound and VTI examination. The stiffness of the nodules in VTI images was scored.Area ratios of VTI and gray scale images of nodules were calculated. The pathological diagnosis was used as the gold standard. The ROC curve was drawn to determine the cut off point of area ratio to predict thyroid cancer. Results 41 small thyroid nodules were confirmed by pathological diagnosis, including 23 benign and 18 malignant nodules.Compared with benign nodules, the ratio of VTI hardness score ≥4 was significantly higher in the malignant nodules (88.9% vs 8.7%,P <0.01).Compared with benign nodules, the area ratios of malignant nodules were higher (1.67 ± 0.16 vs 1.23 ± 0.12,P <0.01).When 1.46 was set as the cut off point of areas ratio, the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosing thyroid cancer were 88.9% and 95.7%,respectively.Conclusions VTI can provide information about thyroid nodules hardness. It has high value in the differential diagnosis of small solid thyroid nodules.

China Pharmacist 2016;19(2):357-359
The efficacy of patients infected with hepatitis C virus complicated with cirrhosis is not promising after treated with present standard therapy. With more and more new drugs against hepatitis C virus, many new regimens for the patients with chronic hepatitis C virus complicated with cirrhosis have come forth. Because the adverse reactions of the first generation HCV protease inhibi-tors telaprevir and boceprevir are severe, they are not recommended to be used in the patients with chronic hepatitis C virus complicated with cirrhosis. The other drugs, such as simeprevir, sofosbuvir and ledipasvir show good efficacy in the patients with chronic hepatitis C virus complicated with cirrhosis, however, the sustained virological response ( SVR) in the patients with chronic hepatitis C virus complicated with cirrhosis is lower than that in the patients with chronic hepatitis C virus without cirrhosis. Therefore, the regimens should be optimized in the future to narrow the gap in SVR.
