Objective To explore the nursing care for complications of children with complex renal calculus who receive minimally invnsive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy treatment. Methods Children who received routine minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy hthotripsy treatment for complex renal calculus from February 2008 to April 29,2011 and 30 cases who received conventional open surgery from February 2005 to 2008 were divided into the observation group and the control group, respectively.Postoperative hospital stay, hospital costs and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results Hospital stay in observation group was(12.80 ± 2.60)d,and(18.25 ± 3.34)d in control group; there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(t =10.32,P < 0.05).Hospital costs in observation group was(13 924.9 ± 340.3)yuan,and(15 510.4 ± 509.3)yuan in control group, the difference was obvious(t =13.20,P < 0.05)between the two groups.the incidence of postoperative complications was 10.3% and 40.0% in observation group and in control group, respectively, there was significant difference(x2 =6.60,P < 0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy was better than traditional open surgery in terms of dealing with children with complex stone stones, close observation, careful and meticulous care and more records, more communication can help reduce the number of hospital stay, hospital costs and the incidence of postoperative infectious complications, etc. It is good for the rehabilitation of patients and improvement of the quality of care.

OBJECTIVETo explore the effects of electroacupuncture on exercise-induced immunosuppression in rats and its mechanism.
METHODSSports immunosuppressive model was established successfully by the rats were conducted high intensity swimming training 150 min/day, 6 days/wk for 8 weeks in this study. Forty-three SD rats were randomly divided into a control group (group A, n = 10), a high intensity swimming training group (group B, n = 17), and a high intensity plus electroacupuncture group (group C, n = 16). Group A did not receive any intervention. Group B was conducted 150 min/day, 6 days/wk swimming training for 8 weeks. Group C was treated with electroacupuncture at "Baihui" (GV 20), "Guanyuan" (CV 4) and "Zusanli" (ST 36) after every exercise-time from the second week, once each day for 7 weeks. The changes of the rats' weight, gamma-interferon (gamma-IFN), interleukin-2 (IL-2), solubility IL-2 receptor (SIL-2R) and nature killer cell (NKC) were detected.
RESULTS(1) Compared with group A, gamma-IFN and IL-2 in group B were significantly decreased (P < 0.01, P < 0.05), and NKC in group C was significantly increased (P < 0.01). Meanwhile, gamma-IFN and NKC in group C were both significantly higher than that in group B (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). (2) Compared with group A, the weight of the rats in group B and group C were significantly decreased (both P < 0.01), but SIL-2R in group B was significantly increased (P < 0.05). The weight of the rats in group C was significantly higher than that in group B (P < 0.05) and SIL-2R in group C was significantly lower than that in group B (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSIONLasting gravis exercise stress does decrease the immune function in rats and is even inhibited significantly, but electroacupuncture can up-regulate the exercise-induced immunosuppression.

6.Unusual Features in an Adult Pancreatic Hemangioma: CT and MRI Demonstration.
Korean Journal of Radiology 2013;14(5):781-785
Hemangiomas in the pancreas are very rare and only a few cases in adulthood have been reported in the literature. We describe a case of pancreatic hemangiomas in an adult with unique imaging findings. A 23-year-old woman visited the hospital for an incidentally detected pancreatic mass. CT and MRI revealed a multilocular cyst with fluid-fluid levels and no obvious enhancement. The patient underwent surgery and the mass was confirmed as a pancreatic hemangioma. The radiological features and differential diagnosis of this rare lesion are discussed.

This thesis aimed at the Bacillus natto TK-1 screened out from Natto. The lipopeptide was purified using Thin-Layer Chromatography(TLC),and investigated its anti-tumor activity. After acid precipitation and methanol extraction, the lipopeptide was separated on TLC.Then the authors get the monomer surfactin which molecular weight is 1036Da through the High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),electro spray ionization-mass spectrometry(ESI-MS) and infrared(IR).MTT method was implied to testify the anti-tumor activity of the purified sample from TLC.The results indicated a concentration and time-dependent relationships. After 48h,their IC50 were 40 mg/L.The detection with inverted microscope fluorescence microscope displays that the surfactin will cause a series of Morphological changes to the cells. In TUNEL experiment, the authors noticed that surfactin has the ability to induce apoptosis, besides this inhibition shows an obvious time-dependent relationship.

The study was to develop cis-dichlorodiammineplatinum(DDP)-loaded formulations using a novel type of self-assembled compound composed of block copolymers synthesized by poly(?-glutamic acid)(?-PGA).For the potential of targeting liver cancer cells,D-galactose was conjugated on the prepared ?-PGA.In vitro,DDP can be released from the resulting conjugate in PBS:there was a burst release during the first 8 h,then followed by sustained release.DDP could be easily incorporated into poly(?-glutamic acid)-D-galactose esterifiable derivative through a covalent bond. The yield of DDP incorporation into the esterifiable derivative was 9.4%~10.2%.In vitro experiments conclusively established that the poly(?-glutamic acid)-D-galactose esterifiable derivative-Cisplatin Complex Compound(?-D+-DDP)was much less toxic to normal cell lines than DDP only. The surviving rate of cells treated with ?-D+-DDP compound is higher than those treated with free DDP.Also it has obvious antitumor efficiency on human liver tumor BEL-7402 cells.HE staining indicated that the ?-D+-DDP compound make the BEL-7402 apoptosis. These results indicated that the conjugation of DDP to the esterifiable derivative reduced its cytotoxicity activity, but retains its antitumor activity in vitro. In conclusion, the ?-D+-DDP compound could be used as a potential clinic antitumor drug. The ?-PGA obtained by fermentation can be used as a valuable drug carrier system.

Objective:investigate the effect of β-caryophyllene(BCP)on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(CIR)injury in mice. Methods: Mice were subjected to CIR with or without BCP(62,124,248 mg/kg).At 24 h of reperfusion, ischemic degrees were determined according to neurologic dysfunction score and cerebral infarct volume. The protein expression of Toll-like receptor(TLR)4 was measured by Western blot.Nuclear factor κB(NF-κB)p65 were measured by immunohistochemistry and Western blot.IL-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and serum high-mobility group box 1(HMGB1)levels were measured by ELISA kit. Results: Compared to the CIR group,BCP(248 mg/kg)reduced the neurological score and cerebral infarct volume.BCP reduced neuronal death in mice brain subjected to cerebral I/R.In addition,BCP also inhibited the activation of NF-κB pathway and decreased increases in TLR4,HMGB1,TNF-α,IL-1β levels by CIR(P<0.01).Conclusion: BCP protects mice brain against CIR injury, its neuroprotective mechanisms may involves HMGB1/TLR4/NF-κB pathway.
