Objective To evaluate the effect of combination transfer pump and single blood pump to 32 cases of renal failure patient who need blood purification therapy.Methods The combination transfer pump and single blood pump were used.According to the clinical requirement,the parameters of transfer pump were set such as therapy time,replacement liquid flow rate,dialysate flow rate,temperature of warmer and filtrate flow rate,etc.Results 32 patients with varying degrees of illness have been alleviated.Patients' acute left heart failure,water and electrolyte turbulences,acid intoxication and azotemia caused by liquid retention were corrected,which ensured a role for further treatment.Conclusion It is the functions of adjustable time and transfusion volume that are used in the combination transfer pump,the task of which is accomplished by several transfer pumps together.This method is easy to implement and can meet the clinical requirement largely without special CBP instrument.

Mitochondrial oxidative stress has been recognized as a preliminary and critical factor that aggravates the pathological cascade of Alzheimer's disease, which induces the production of β-amyloid protein, upregulates the expression of phosphorylated tau protein and triggers oxidative damage to lipids, proteins and mitochondrial deoxyribonucleic acid. Central neurons are more vulnerable to oxidative stress than non-neuronal cells due to their high oxygen demand, abundant unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidant enzymes deficiency. On this account, this review introduces the causes of mitochondrial oxidative stress, and analyzes the important role of mitochondrial oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease. Meanwhile, the review focuses on the design and intervention strategies of drug delivery systems targeting mitochondrial oxidative stress in neurons, aiming to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease.

To evaluate the effect of Hexue mingmu tablets on traumatic hyphema caused by blunt ocular trauma.
●METHODS: Totally 150 patients of traumatic hyphema were divided into seven types by using ultrasound biomicroscopy combining with anterior segment abnormalities, each type was randomly classified as trial group and control group. The trial group was administered Hexue mingmu tablets, control group was treated by hemocoagulase.
●RESULTS: The absorbing time of trial group was shorter than that of the control group. And there was statistical significance between the two groups (P<0. 05).
● CONCLUSlON: Hexue mingmu tablets is an effective medicine to treat traumatic hyphema. Ultrasound biomicroscopy can be used as a routine examination method in traumatic hyphema.

Objective To study the conventional MRI and dittusion weighted imaging(DWI) features of Japanese encephalitis(JE)in children.Methods Sixteen patients with JE were included. Conventional MRI and DWI sequences were performed in all patients.Seven patients received MRI within 10 days of onset and 9 after 10 days.The appearances on DWI and T_2 WI were recorded.The ADC values of lesions were calculated,and then were correlated with the corresponding time interval between onset of neurological symptoms and MRI scanning.Results The lesions of JE mainly showed long T_1 and long T_2 signal intensity on MRI.The thalami were the most frequently involved areas,and 15 out of 16 showed thalamic involvement and 6 patients only showed thalamic abnormalities without other lesions.Seven patients within 10 days of onset showed lesions with high signal intensity on both DWI and T_2WI,but whole or partial lesions showed clearer on DWI than on T_2WI,and 2 patients showed extra lesions that were invisible on T_2WI.As for the other 9 patients after 10 days of onset,the lesions showed clearer on T_2WI than on DWI. In order to study the accumulation of Fritillaria thunbergii cultivar, peimine content in Xiaye, Kuanye, Duozi and Xiaosanzi bulbs of different sizes and parts was determined by HPLC-ELSE. The results indicated that the peimine content varied significantly with the cultivar type, the size and part of bulb. The distribution laws of peimine were as follow: Xiaosanzi > Duozi > Xiaye > Kuanye, small-size bulb > big-size bulb, core bud > scale. The peimine yield per plant in Duozi was the highest.

ObjectiveTo observe the inhibition effect of docetaxel-loaded lipid microbubbles (DLLM) combined with ultrasound targeted microbubbles destruction (UTMD) on microvessel in rabbit VX2 liver tumor models.MethodsSixty rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups (n= 10),i.e.Doc group (used docetaxel only),DLLM group (used docetaxel-loaded lipid microbubbles),Doc+US group (used docetaxel combined with ultrasound positioning irradiation),PLM+US group (used microbubbles combined with ultrasound positioning irradiation),DLLM+US group (used docetaxel-loaded lipid microbubbles combined with ultrasound positioning irradiation) and control group.The expression of CD34 and VEGF and microvessel density (MVD) were compared among different groups.ResultsAfter treatment,the expression of CD34 in DLLM+US group was lower,the MVD of DLLM+US group was markedly lower than that of the other groups (P＜0.01),while the expression of VEGF in this group was the lowest among all 6 groups (P＜ 0.01).ConclusionDLLM combined with UTMD can inhibit the generation of microvessels in rabbit VX2 liver tumor,thus inhibit the growth of the tumor.
