The time that industrial microbiology alone took the course is short,so it requires a discussion about reform on teaching content and method.The thesis first discusses the reforms on teaching content from basic theory knowledge combining to scientific research,experiment and producing practice.Then reforms the teaching method,such as adopting the computer-assisted instruction(CAI) pattern,combining the problem-based learning(PBL) and case-based studying(CBS) each other,and leading into partly bilingual education method.By all above investigation and discussion practice in two aspects,the students produces deep interest to industrial microbiology,and reached the purpose of teaching reform.

A new chromene (1) and six known compounds identified as 6-hydroxymellein (2), 6-hydroxy-5-methylmellein (3) nectriapyrone (4), chermesinone A(5), chermesinone B(6), and pomopxanthone A(7), were isolated in our investigation of the cytotoxic constituents from the fermented rice substrate of endophytic fungus Phomopsis sp. HCCB03519. The structures of these com pounds were elucidated through spectroscopic data analysis. All compounds exhibited inhibitory activities against cancer cell lines. Compound 7 showed stronger inhibition against cancer cells than the positive control 5-Fu.

Objective To observe the effects of asthmatic children treated by inhaled salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propi-onate powder. Methods One hundred and fourty cases of moderate and severe asthmatic children were treated in non- acute period aged from 4 to 14 years by inhaling salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder, compared with control group treated by flu-ticasone propionate in 106 cases, and the pulmonary function was monitored simultaneously. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 99. 3 % , 99. 1 % , respectively.The pulmonary function indexes such as the first one second expiration volume(FEV1), flow velocity of 50 % expiration vital capacity(FEF50%), peak expiration velocity(PEF1) after being treated 4 months was improved significantly compared with those before treatment.The difference between them was statistically significant (P

The information entropy, H = - Pk log Pk, has been proved in this paper to be always positive and invariant for a linear coordinate transformation, so that it can be used as a measuring index. On the contrary, the integral term of the information entropy, H(x) = -f(x) log f(x) dx, is not always positive and invariant for a linear coordinate transformation. Therefore, H(x) can not be used as a measuring index. An example of a probability density function for response of nerve to electric current with different intensities is given to confirm above conclusions.

Objective:To setup a stable cell line which can overexpress human p100 protein,and then st udy the physiologic functions of p100 in regulation of STAT6-mediated gene tran scription.Methods:Using coimmunoprecipitation method to identify protein-protein interactions.STA T6-mediated gene transcriptional activation was detected by luciferase assay.Results:Human p100 protein interacted with both STAT6 and RNA polymerase Ⅱ,resulting in the enhancement of STAT6-mediated gene transcriptional activation.Conclusion:Human p100 protein acts as a bridging factor between STAT6 and basal transcripti onal machenary. Posterior capsule opacification (PCO) is the most common complication after cataract surgery.How to prevent and treat PCO is an urgent problem we need to solve at present.Non-coding RNA(ncRNA) is a kind of RNA, which can not encode proteins.Studies have shown that non-coding RNA is closely related to the occurrence and development of human diseases.This paper has collected the progress of research on different kinds of ncRNA in PCO and may raise new ideas and methods on the prevention and treatment of PCO.
