Objective To analyze the results of treatment of complicated tibial plateau fractures with open reduction and internal fixation with bilateral plates .Methods 29 elder patients with C type tibial platform fractures underwent internal fixation with bilat-eral plates and bone grafting .Fixation with bilateral plates was performed during operation with dynamic compression plate or 1/3 Tubular steel plate placed medially and the dissection plate or LISS system ones inserted laterally after the underlying separation . Meanwhile ,sufficient bone grafting during operation could effectively support reduction of articular surface .Results All patients were followed up of an average of 13 .8 ± 2 .43 months .According to Rasmussen score standard ,the excellent and good rate was 82 .7% .There was significant difference of TPA and PA between postoperation and postoperation one year later .Conclusion It is a simple and effective method to treat complicated elder tibial platform fractures with bilateral plates .It will improve the effect and re-duce complications significantly to perform sufficient bone grafting intraoperatively ,and make the drainage unobstructed and do the early functional exercises postoperatively .

Objective To explore the pathological changes of the livers from hepatic failure (HF)patients and its association with clinical disease stages. Methods Thirty-nine patients with liver failure caused by HBV infections were investigated, and none accompanied with hepatocellular carci- noma. The sections of tissue were taken from the liver after liver transplantation and stained with he- matoxylin eosin(H&E)or RT(reticular fiber)staining. The pathological features were analyzed and compared between the clinical and pathological diagnosis. Results 1.The range and the grade of the pathological changes were all well-proportioned in the whole liver but quite asymmetrical in the same spicemen.2.4 cases with clinical diagnosis of cirrhosis(active stage)were in accordance with the pathological diagnosis.Only 17 in 35cases can be pathologically diagnosed as chronic severe hepatitis (SH),while the other 18 cases were pathologically diagnosed as cirrhosis(active stage).Conclu- sion There were a great inconsistency between the clinical and pathological diagnosis.

Objectives: To investigate the effects of adhesion and proliferation of bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in the surface of lactic acid/glycolic acid/asparagic acid-co-polyethylene glycol PLGA-[ASP-PEG] tri-block polymer scaffolds, try to find a new biomaterial to induce seed cells in vitro for bone tissue engineering. Methods: Modified PLGA with polyethylene glycol (PEG) and asparagic acid (ASP) that has many ligands, and synthesis PLGA-[ASP-PEG] polymer material. BMSCs were cultured in PLGA-[ASP-PEG] polymer material and PLGA used as control group. Through precipitation method, MTT assay and total cellular protein detection to test the adhersion and proliferation of BMSCs. Scanning electron microscope is used to observe cells appearance. Results: BMSCs on the surface of PLGA-[ASP-PEG] polymer scaffolds are adherention to the culture flask, the number of cells is much higher than PLGA’s. The precipitation method suggest that adhesion and proliferation of BMSCs on the surface of PLGA-[ASP-PEG] is much higher than the control group(P

Objective To explore molecular mechanism and the curative effect of Yisuishengxue powder and its function of the hepersensitive site 2 (HS2) in ?-globin gene cluster locus control region binding with nucleoprotein. Methods After 3 months treatment of Yisuishengxue powder, nucleoprotein was extracted from the morrow cell before and after treatment. The HS2 DNA probes was combined with nucleoproteins.Electrophoresis gel mobile lag was utilized for observing the mobile velocity of DNA segment.Observe the mobile velocity of DNA probes. Results The mobile velocity of probes combined with nucleoproteins before treatment was different form that of the controls, while it was very close to the controls after treatment. Conclusions It is suggested that this compounding medicine might affect the DNA segment of HS2 site in ?-LCR binding with nucleoprotein GATA-1, which may be one molecular mechanism of Chinese herb therapy.

Based on chaos theory, chaological connotations of pulse tracings and sphygmology were expounded and explained.Main contents included embodiments of four characteristics(inner randomness, sensitivity to initial value, chaos order and unpredictability of long-term behavior)of chaos in pulse tracings and sphygmology.

6.24 mmol/L) and sixty healthy persons in the health center of our hospital were investigated as hyperhpidemia group (Hyperlipidemias) and control group (Controls) respectively.Hyperlipidemias were given simvastatin 20 mg?d~(-1) for twelve weeks (Statins).Blood samples of ulnar vein were extracted from Statins at the end of twelve weeks as well as Controls and Hyperhpidemias at the beginning of the experiment. Blood serum, plasma and mononuclearcell were extracted and stored at a refrigerator of-80℃.The level of plasma angiotensinⅡwas detected by the method of radioimmunity. While the expression of RANTES mRNA and protein on mononuclearcell were assessed by real time reverse transcription polymerse chain reaction and Western blot respectively.Results①The plasma angiotensinⅡof Hyperlipidemias was higher than that of Controls [(92.13?22.03) vs (50.85?12.12),P
