Cyclodextrin(CD) is gradually applied in the nonviral gene vector system, due to its biocompatibility and flexibility of tailing via structural modification, polymerization or supramolecular combination. The ideas and research progress of the CD,its low molecular derivatives,CD polymers and CD supramolecular combination in the field of norviral gene vectros were reviewed, and their "structure-safety-transfection efficiency" relationships were discussed.

Objective To understand the acute effect of ambient air CO pollution on daily mortality of cerebrocardiovascular diseases among highly and long-term exposed residents of 65 years and over in Taiyuan,Shanxi,China. Methods The relationship of CO concentration and daily mortality of cerebrocardiovascular diseases among residents over 65 years old in Taiyuan(2003-2004) was analyzed by case-crossover design and conditional Logistic regression in SAS 9.0 Results The 48 h accumulated CO concentration had the most significant effect. As increment of CO average was 100 ?g/m~3,the corresponding OR of the effect on the total deaths of the cerebrocardiovascular diseases, the cardiac disease, the ischemic heart disease, myocardial infarction, cardiac failure, arrhythmia and stroke was 1.006,1.010,1.007,1.005,1.005,1.006 and 1.012 respectively.Under different air pollution conditions, the pollutant presented different effects on deaths of eerebrocardiovascular diseases. Conclusion The current CO pollution has caused a certain adverse effect on the cerebrocardiovascular mortality among residents of 65 years and over in Taiyuan city.More stringent measures should be taken to control the air pollution and decrease CO level, thus reduce the mortality of cerebrocardiovascular diseases.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(3):384-388
Objective:To evaluate the efficiency and safty of home-bleaching.Methods:Randomised controlled trials on home-bleaching were searched using CBM,CNKI,Medline,EMBASE and Cochrane Library up to April,201 3.The articles were selected by inclusion criterion, qualified by Cochrane system and analysed by Meta method.Results:1 2 studies with 61 1 cases were finally includ-ed and analysed. The results showed that 1 0% carbamide peroxide (CP)produced better bleaching efficiency than 1 5% CP(MD, 0.21 ;CI:[0.03,0.38];Z =1 .92;P =0.002).Hydrogen peroxide(HP)at 35% lead to higher tooth sensitivity in office-bleaching than CP at 1 0% in home-bleaching(MD,-1 .68;95%CI:[-2.75,-0.61 ];Z =3.09;P =0.002);home-bleaching were asso-ciated with less tooth sensitivity than office-bleaching(MD,-2.64;95%CI:[-3.96,-1 .32];Z =3.93;P <0.000 1 ),while there was no significance of tooth sensitivity between home-bleaching using CP and HP (OR,1 .94;95%CI:[0.84,4.44];Z =1 .56;P =0.1 2).Conclusion:1 0% CP home-bleaching may produce better bleaching efficiency;home-bleaching is associated with less tooth sensitivity than office-bleaching.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2008;17(4):281-283
Objective To investigate strain and strain rate of right ventricular(RV)based on twodimensional image by velocity vector imaging in normal subjects. Methods Thirty-two healthy adults were rolled in this study.Echocardiographic images in 4 chamber view were analyzed by conventional manual tracing for volumes and ejection fractions, which were also measured by velocity vector imaging.Myocardial velocity, strain rate, and strain were determined at the basal, mid, and apical segments of the RV free wall and ventricular septum by velocity vector imaging. Results RV ejection fractions obtained with manual tracing correlated strongly with the same indexes obtained by velocity vector imaging method in all subjects(r=0.91,P<0.01).The strain and strain rate value of middle segment and basal segment in RV free wall were higher than those of apical segment. There were same trend in ventricular septal. The strain and strain rate of middle segment and basal segment in RV free wall were higher than those of homologous segments in ventricular septal, but the indexes of apical segment in free wail and septal had no difference. The strain and strain rate in RV were not correlated with age. Conclusions Velocity vector imaging could accurately and quantitatively assess the strain and strain rate of RV.

Objective To discuss the artery effects of enhanced external counterpulsation for the progressive stroke patients. Methods Ninety-two progressive stroke patients who were treated in the Fourth People's Hospital of Shenzhen from August 2010 to February 2015 were selected and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group based on the random number table. The control group were received conventional therapy, and the treatment group were added treated with enhanced extemal counterpulsation therapy. Results All patients were successfully completed treatment, the C-reactive protein (CRP) and Endothelin-1 (ET-1) were presented decreased significantly after treatment (P< 0.05),and the C RP and ET-1 values in the treatment group were (2.09±2.11) mg/L,(13.98±6.30) mg/L,significantly lower than those of the control group((8.12±2.46) mg/L,(46.09± 11.02) mg/L;t =15.309,14.985;P<0.05).After treatment, the FMD and NMD values in the treatment group were significantly increased from (5.26±1.34)% to (11.93 ±2.13) %,and from (13.20±5.33)% to (22.98±8.34)%,in the control groupand were from (5.27±1.33)% to (8.10±1.43) %,and from (13.67±4.10)% to (16.09±5.12)% (t=16.934,21.787,8.443,12.345;P <0.05),and the value of FMD and NMD in treatment group were significantly higher than in the control group(t =7.982,9.113;P < 0.05).The cardio ankle vascular index (CAVI) and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) values in the treatment group were significantly reduced after treatment, the difference was significant (P<0.05),and compared with the control group the difference was also statistically significant (t =4.281,8.456;P< 0.05).Conclusion Enhanced external counterpulsation for the progressive stroke patients can effectively inhibit the expression of endothelin and inflammatory factors, improve endothelium-dependent relaxation of blood vessels, improve arterial elasticity, and thus play more effective treatment.

Objective To study the effects of matrine on accumulation of ? globin mRNA and induction of erythroid differentiation in K562 cells in vitro. Methods K562 cells were cultured for 6 days with different concentration of matrine, viable cell counts were determined by trypan-blue dye exdusion test. Erythroid differentiation was evaluated by percentage of benzidine-positive cells at different days after culture. Morphological changes were observed under microscope after Wright-Gimesa staining; ? globin mRNA was quantitative by real time quantitative reverse transcript polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results Different concentrations of matrine inhibited proliferation of K562 cells in dose-dependent manner; otherwise, K562 cells were successfully induced by erythroid differentiation with matrine. After treatment with matrine, percentage of benzidine-positive cells significantly increased from 0.7% to 15.7% and characteristic changes of erythroid differentiation in the cell morphology were observed, G? globin mRNA had a preferential increase (2.7 fold)in K562 cells. Conclusions Matrine accumulation G? globin mRNA and induced erythroid differentiation of K562 cells. The results provides an experimental evidence for the pharmacological therapy of hematological diseases associated with a failure in the expression of normal ? globin genes.
