Objective To observe the sub-chronic effects of low doses of arsenic poisoning in rabbits exposed to different periods on some of the serum enzymes and biochemical indicators, and to provide the basis for screening of meaningful hematologic indicators for early diagnosis of arsenic poisoning. Methods Twelve adult rabbits, weighing 2.0 - 3.5 kg, were randomly divided into four groups, 3 in each group, and they were fed with drinking water containing sodium arsenite 0(control),0.01,0.05,0.25 mg/L, respectively. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate amino transferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), γ-glutamyl transacylase (y-GT), total protein(TP), albumin(ALB), globulin(GLP), and ALB/GLP of rabbit were measured by SYSMEX-180 automated biochemistry analyzer after 8 weeks and 12 weeks exposure. Results The results showed that ALT in 0.05 mg/Lgroup of 12 week[(60.00 ± 4.14)U/L]increased significantly compared with the control[(41.50 ± 2.12)U/L, P <0.05];AST in 0.25 mg/L group of 8 week and 12 week[(46.50 ± 3.21 ), (52.33 ± 3.81 )U/L]increased significantly compared with the control[(21.33 ± 3.53), (29.50 ± 3.23 )U/L, all P < 0.05];ALP in 0.05 mg/L and 0.25 mg/L group of 12 week [(78.68 ± 4.85 ), ( 103.00 ± 7.83 ) U / L]increased significantly compared with the control [(45.50 ± 5.50)U/L, all P < 0.05];γ-GT in 0.05 mg/L group of 12 week[(19.33 ± 7.50)U/L]increased significantly compared with the contro1[(8.50 ± 3.53)U/L, P< 0.05]. TP, ALB, GLP, ALB/GLP of different groups of 8 week and 12 week were not significantly different statistically(F= 0.77,0.02,0.16,3.14 and 0.51,0.29,0.41,0.52, all P > 0.05). Conclusions Zero point zero five mg/L and higher doses of sub-chronic arsenic exposure has some major damage to the liver. Compared with other serum enzymes and the biochemical indexes, serum AST is a early sensitive indicator of liver injury of the arsenic poisoning.
7. Integration of “internet +” and upgrade of Chinese materia medica industry
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2018;49(24):5980-5984
Under the background of the third industrial revolution with informationization as the main feature, how to realize the upgrade of traditional industries including the Chinese materia medica (CMM) industry has become a hot issue in both theory and practice. Based on the theory of industrial economics, we analyzed the barriers to the upgrade of CMM industry from the three aspects of the CMM industry chain, value chain, and upgrading dynamics, and believed that information asymmetry caused by difficulty of CMM product quality control and quality evaluation is a key constraint factor. On this basis, we also analyzed the coupling foundation of “Internet Plus” and the CMM industry, and then put forward the use of Internet information technologies such as mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, and Internet of Things as the carrier to combine the uniqueness of CMM industry with the universality of Internet information technology, promoting the upgrade of CMM industry through the integration of “internet + CMM”.
8. Analysis on choice of vertical coordination forms by Chinese herbal medicine planters-Based on survey data of Bozhou city in Anhui province
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2014;45(14):2111-2117
Based on the survey data of Bozhou city in Anhui province, the paper analyzes the present situation of choice behavior of vertical coordination forms by Chinese herbal medicine planters, and empirically studies the choice desire of planters on vertical coordination forms. The results show that the loose vertical coordination is the main form of choice behavior of planters, and there is no significant difference between different vertical coordination forms in obtaining of elements and planting scale, but the planting benefit of close vertical coordination is better than that of loose vertical coordination. The planters show positive intentions on close vertical coordination forms, and the empirical analysis indicates that the main factors as follows would influence the choice desire of planters: the education level of household head, whether there being a village cadre, professionalization degree of cultivation, source of seedling, reliability of price information, and attitude of sales risk.

The fermentative H2-producing strain Clostridium sp. H-61 was isolated from anaerobic sludge, was used as an original strain which was induced by NTG and UV for increasing and the hydrogen production ability. One of the highest efficient H2-producing mutants was named as HCM-23 with its stable hydrogen production ability. which was measured in the batch culture experiments. With the condition of 10 g/L glucose, its cumulative hydrogen yield and hydrogen production rate was 3024 mL/L and 33.19 mmol H2/g DW?h,69.89% and 68.14% higher than that of the original strain, respectively. The terminal liquid product compositions showed that the mutant HCM-23 fermentation was ethanol type, while the original strain H-61 fermentation was butyric acid type. Varieties of parameters of hydrogen production fermentation studied, including time, carbon source, nitrogen source, glucose concentration, glucose utilization, initial pH and incubation temperature had been studied, indicated the optimum condition of hydrogen production for the mutantHCM-23 as initial pH 6.5,temperature 36 ℃,and the favorite substrate was sucrose. The hydrogen production characters of the mutant and the original strain were different, such as,the growth lag phase and the utilization of inorganic nitrogen source, etc. This work shows a good application potential of NTG-UV combined mutation in the biohydrogen production. And the hydrogen production mechanism and metabolic pathway should be explored furthermore.

We used metabolomics to investigate the ability of a traditional Mongolian medicine called modified Tabusen-2 (MT-2) to improve kidney yang deficiency (KYD) in rats. All animal experiments were conducted under the guidance and standards of the Medical Ethics Committee of Inner Mongolia Medical University. SD rats were divided into 6 groups of six rats: a normal group, a model group, Jinkuishenqi pill administration group (1.26 g·kg-1), and MT-2 administration in high-, medium- and low-dose groups (1.512, 0.756, and 0.378 g·kg-1). KYD was established by intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone (HC) and biochemical indicators and clinical characterization was used to confirm that KYD was established. All groups received intragastrically administered drug (Jinkuishenqi pill or MT-2) or saline. Serum from each group was collected after 8 weeks and analyzed by UPLC-Q-exactive-MS to measure various biochemical indicators. The biomarkers affected by MT-2 were identified and the metabolic pathways of KYD regulated by MT-2 were analyzed by metabolomic analysis. The results show that MT-2 can decrease serum creatinine (Cr) in KYD rats and significantly increase (
