Health problems caused by age-related hearing loss can not be ignored, and elderly hearing screening that aimed to detect early and intervene early is of importance. As one of the main screening tools, elderly hearing screening scales are rarely used in China, so the paper mainly reviewed the development and application of hearing screening scales for elderly and provided a reference for future research and clinical application.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of lentivirus-mediated heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) gene on calcium homeostasis in PC12 cells undergone ischemia and hypoxia, and the mechanism involved.Methods PC12 cells at logarithmic phase were collected, and were divided into recombination lentivirus infection group (infected by lentivirus containing HSP70 and fluorescent gene), lentivirus control group (infected by lentivirus containing fluorescin without HSP70 gene) and non-infection group. HSP70 gene and protein expressions in PC12 cells were determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western Blot. After being challenged with ischemia and hypoxia for 4 hours, the viability of cells was detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT), the levels of lactic acid dehydrogenase (LDH) in cell supernatant were determined by LDH measurement test kit. The concentration of intracelluer calcium ([Ca2+]i) was assayed by flow cytometer. The activities of Na+-K+-ATPase, Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase and total ATPase were measured by ATPase test kits.Results The expressions of exogenous HSP70 gene and protein were found by RT-PCR and Western Blot in the recombination lentivirus infection group. After being challenged with ischemia and hypoxia, the viability of cells in the recombination lentivirus infection group was increased significantly as compared with the lentivirus control group and non-infection group (A value: 0.575±0.020 vs. 0.395±0.014, 0.363±0.045,t1= 17.996,t2= 10.600, bothP< 0.001), the levels of LDH in culture medium and the concentration of [Ca2+]i were decreased significantly [LDH (U/L): 743.46±23.68 vs. 935.43±34.77, 962.89±26.68,t1= 11.179, t2= 15.044, bothP< 0.001; [Ca2+]i relative fluorescence: (31.60±2.43)% vs. (41.48±3.33)%, (40.40±3.05)%, t1= 5.853,t2= 5.502, bothP< 0.001], and the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase, Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase and total ATPase were increased significantly [Na+-K+-ATPase (μmol·mg-1·h-1): 8.608±0.307 vs. 6.728±0.173, 6.450±0.091,t1=9.237,P1= 0.001,t2= 11.675,P2< 0.001; Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase (μmol·mg-1·h-1): 10.523±0.036 vs. 7.910±0.209, 8.064±0.195,t1= 9.718,P1= 0.001,t2= 11.535,P2<0.001; total ATPase (μmol·mg-1·h-1): 17.041±0.324 vs. 14.150±0.182, 13.983±0.085,t1= 16.113,t2= 17.602, bothP<0.001]. There was no statistical difference in above indexes between lentivirus control group and non-infection group.Conclusion HSP70 can maintain the PC12 cells calcium homeostasis, which may be one of the important mechanisms of anti-apoptosis.

Objective To identify main problems and related factors existing in monitoring and evaluation(M&E)of HIV/AIDS prevention and control in China through status quo investigation and problem analysis.Methods Data collected from the existing information and field investigations were analyzed with horizontal,longitudinal comparison and GAP analysis to identify current situation and problems.Results 1)Basic situation in the seven aspects,including;institution,staff,funding,use of indicators,data management,result feedback and operation of M&E was defined;2)Problems in the five aspects,including coordination mechanism,staff ability,use of indicator system,data analysis and use and level of M&E were identified.Conclusions In order to improve the overall quality of M&E of HIV/AIDS prevention and control in this country,a unified nationwide M&E system of HIV/AIDS prevention and control should be established.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of anti-infecti ve reconstituted bone xenograft(ARBX)on osteomyelitis. Methods A proximal tibia os teomyelitis rabbit model was used. Twenty animals were randomly assigned to 4 gr oups and all of them were injected with staphylococcus aureus through a bone win dow. Two weeks postoperatively the animals underwent clearance of the focal lesi on, followed by implant of 3 pellets of ARBX containing 30 mg of gentamicin in g roup Ⅰ, 3 pellets of reconstituted bone xenograft (RBX) in conjunction with 30 mg of intramuscular gentamicin for 5 days in group Ⅱ, 3 pellets of RBX without antibiotic in group Ⅲ, and those in group Ⅳ were left without bone grafting. S pecimens were harvested 8 weeks after the above procedures and were then subject ed to gross observation, radiological, histological and bacteriological examinat ions to compare their therapeutic effect on osteomyelitis. Objective To investigate antimicrobial resistance,distribution,and carriage of carbapenemase genes of Acinetobacterbaumannii(AB)from two hospitals in Qingdao.Methods 145 AB isolates collected from two hospi-tals (78 from hospital A,67 from hospital B)were performed antimicrobial susceptibility testing,carbapenemase genes were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR);homology analysis were conducted with enterobacterial repetitive intergenic consensus (ERIC)-PCR.Results AB from hospital A were generally resistant to 16 commonly used antimicrobial agents,with the lowest resistant rate of 3.85% to cefoperazone/sulbactam,followed by resist-ance rate of 16.67% to minocycline,resistant rates to the other antimicrobial agents were all>73% . AB from hos-pital B were generally resistant to 23 commonly used antimicrobial agents,but the resistance rates to minocycline and tigecycline were both 0,resistance rates to amikacin and levofloxacin were 23.88% and 38.81% respectively, resistant rates to the other antimicrobial agents were all >64% . All strains carried OXA-5 1 gene,the carriage rates of OXA-23 gene in carbapenem-resistant group were 86.76% (59/68)and 56.67% (34/60)in hospital A and B re-spectively,the difference was significant(χ2= 14.53,P<0.001);OXA-58 gene was detected in 3 isolates in hospi-tal A but not detected from hospital B. 145 AB strains were classified into 8 types,the major prevalence types were type A (n= 71)and E(n= 37);the major prevalence types in hospital A were type A (46.15% )and E(41.03% ), hospital B were type A (52.24% )and C (17.91% ).Conclusion Antimicrobial resistance of clinically isolated AB is serious and prevailed in two hospitals. OXA-23 and OXA-51 genes play an important role in AB resistance to car-bapenems.

Objective To investigate the relationship between cancer-related fatigue (CRF) and quality of life (QOL) of the colorectal cancer patients.Methods In this study,patients diagnosed definitely as colorectal cancer were enrolled from November 2010 to January 2011 in this hospital.Piper Fatigue Scale was used to assess the CRF and QLQ-C30 was used to assess the QOL.Results 74 patients were enrolled in this study,and among them 28 patients had CRF(37.84％).Patients with CRF was significantly worse in QOL than patients without CRF.Physical function,role function,emotional function,social function and the general health subscale had a negative correlation with CRF,while pain,fatigue and loss of appetite had a positive correlation with it.Conclusions CRF had an impact on QOL,and this study will provide some reference information when the nurses take measures to intervene CRF and improve QOL of the colorectal cancer patients.

Objective To test the reliability and validity of the self-assessed questionnaire of the elderly health care needs.Methods Based on the Zuluaga-Raysmith model, the initial questionnaire was formulated by literature reviewing and interviews.Through Delphi experts consultation, a questionnaire containing 12 factors, 61 items was constructed.A total of 750 elderly residents were investigated to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results The effective rate of questionnaires was 88.67％ (665/750).The total Cronbach α was 0.871.The test-retest reliability of all the items were all greater than 0.75.The item-level content validity index were all greater than 0.80.The scale-level content validity index was 0.95.14 factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, explaining 66.653％ of the total variance.Conclusions The elderly health care needs self-assessed questionnaire is comprehensive with good stability, which can be used in a multi-center, large sample research.The research may help to get a deep understanding of health care needs of the elderly as well as influencing factors.

Objective 70 realize the fast collection and management of the basic wounded information in the field treatment. Methods Two-dimensional electronic medicine tag was used as a massage loader. The wounded information was analyzed with a program reader, and the basic personal and cure information were shared with the information management system. Result The system was used in the massive discipline for the first time, fulfilled the wounded information record, analysis, transfer, and the management of the cure information with 80 items. Conclusion The correctness of the basic massage record and analysis is full percent. The manage progress of the system accord with the field condition.

Objective To investigate the effect of continuing nursing on elderly patients with high risk of pressure sores. Methods High-risk elderly patients with pressure sores healed in our hospital in January 2014 to December 2014 were divided into control group and observation group with 130 cases in each group by random number table. The control group received routine follow-up service, while the observation group were intervened by continuing nursing care. To observe the differences before and after the interventions in both groups on the patient's quality of life and the incidence of pressure sores. Results There was statistically significance on mental function scores (t=12.393, P=0.000), social function score (t=8.459, P=0.000) and overall quality of life score (t=12.750, P=0.000) between the two groups after the interventions. Meanwhile, there was no statistically significance on material life score (t =-1.913, P=0.057) and physical function score (t=-0.328, P=0.744). The difference of the re-occurrence of pressure sores in the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=35.96, P=0.000), either. Conclusions Continuing nursing intervention can obviously reduce the risk the re-occurrence of pressure sores on high-risk elderly patients, in particular to improve the quality of life aspects of mental function and social function in patients, meanwhile with no obvious improvement in that of material life and body functions.
