Shan Qi soy has busting bags, bacteria sum overproof, continue acidification and other problems occasionally during the storage. It's probably caused by the Lactobacillus continue growth in the soy. We tried expounding the relationship between growth and producing acid when Lactobacillus growing in the thin fermented material.

Objective To evaluate the relationship between CT perfusion imaging and clinicopathological features in gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods CT perfusion was performed in 31 cases of gastric cancer diagnosed by endoscopy and biopsy one week prior to operation. After an oral intake of 1000—1200 ml of water and an injection of hypotonic agent, perfusion scan was adopted in sixteen multi- slice spiral CT (MSCT) with 60 s of cine duration.Data were analyzed by a commercial software to cal- culate tumor blood flow (BF),blood volume (BV),mean pass time (MTT) and permeability surface (PS).Microvessl density (MVD) was evaluated by using immunohistochemical staining of surgical specimens with anti-CD34.All these findings were prospectively analyzed and correlated with the clinicopathological find- ings (histological grading, presence of lymph node metastasis, serous involvement,TNM staging and MVD). Results There was significant difference of PS value not only between patients with and without lymphatic in- volvement (P<0.05),but also in different histological grade (P<0.05) and TNM staging (P>0.05). However BF,BV,MTT and MVD of gastric cancer revealed no significant correlation with the clinicopatholog- ical findings above (P>0.05).Condusion The analysis of CT perfusion imaging in gastric cancer, especially PS value, might be helpful in predicting the prognosis.

Objective To investigate the changes of sympathovagal balance and the effects of va- gus stimulation on sympathovagal balance in endotoxemia rats. Methods Twenty-four Spragne Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups. The frequency domain of heart rate variability(HRV)com- ponent was analyzed at 0 min,2 ,4 and 6 hours after intravenous injection of lipopolysaccharide(LPS, 5mg/kg)or physiologic saline, and cervical vagal nerve was stimulated(5mv,2ms,1Hz,5 min lasted, 20 min interval)when LPS or physiologic saline was injected. The levels of Noepinephine(NE)and Ace- tylcholin(ACh)were measured in liver tissues. Results Normalized low frequency(LFnm),hormali- zed high frequency(HFnm),very low frequency(VLF),LF/HF values and liver ACh were significantly increased(P<0.05)and the level of liver NE was significantly decreased (P<0.05)after LPS admin- istration.Vagal nerve stimulation markedly increased HFnm but decreased LFnm,VLF,LF/HF values, and the liver ACh also significant increased(P<0.05 ).Conclusion The results suggest that the ac- tivity of sympathetic and vagal nerve was increased during endotoxemia, but the sympathetic activity was more excitable than that of vagal nerve.Vagal nerve stimulation increased the tone of vagus nerve while the tone of sympathetic nerve was decreased in this study. This may be beneficial for anti-inflammatory activity of vagal nerve.

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of COX-2 and the relation- ship between COX-2 and PTEN in endometrial adenocarcinoma(EAC).Methods The expression of COX-2, PTEN protein was detected by SP-immunohistochemical method in EAC,endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia, corresponding normal endometrium. Results The positive rates of COX-2 protein increased from normal en- dometrium(13.33%) to endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia(50.00%) and adenocarcinoma(64.58 %)(P

Objective To investigate the molecular characteristics of human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) patients receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART) in Guizhou Province. Methods Using a convenience sampling strategy, 8 583 samples were collected in Guizhou and an investigation was conducted including face-to-face questionnaire interview and HIV testing. Results 1 511 cases failed in HIV suppression (viral load, VL>1 000 copies/ml). 1 410 cases (93.31%) were successfully genotyped with HIV pol gene, among which 51.42% were genotyped as CRF01_AE, 26.67% as CRF07_BC and 16.1% as CRF08_BC. Conclusion The subtype changes caused by HIV gene mutation should precede the changes of main transmission routes of HIV through the analysis in recent years. Timely monitoring the changes of HIV subtypes can be one of the main bases for the prevention and control of AIDS.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the protective effects of icaritin (ICT) on apoptosis of primarily cultured rat neurons induced by Abeta(25-35) peptide and its mechanism.
METHODSCortical neurons from rat embryonic cortical on d17 pregnancy were cultured in neural basal medium for 7 days. Icaritin (ICT) was pre-incubated for 24 h before adding Abeta(25-35) peptide and then the cells were incubated for 72 h. Neuroprotective effects of ICT were evaluated by MTT assay, LDH level in medium and cell morphological observation. Meanwhile, apoptosis was determined by JC-1 staining for mitochondria membrane potential (DeltaPsim) and AO/EB double staining for genetic damage of nucleoli in monolayer cells.
RESULTS0.1 micromol.L(-1) ICT pre-incubation for 24 h prevented rat neurons from Abeta(25-35) peptide induced apoptosis significantly as demonstrated by MTT, LDH assay and morphological observation. AO/EB double staining also indicated that ICT prevented neurons from apoptosis. JC-1 staining further showed that ICT prevented decreasing of mitochondrial DeltaPsim induced by Abeta(25-35) peptide.
CONCLUSIONICT could protect primarily cultured rat neurons from Abeta(25-35) peptide induced apoptosis.

Objective To compare the clinical efficacies regarding femoral artery or radial artery approaches on coronary artery interventional therapies. Methods 360 patients were randomly divided into intervention group via femoral artery (TFI) or transradial coronary intervention (TRI) group.Postoperative observation on the two said groups of patients with vascular lesion characteristics, feasibility factors ( success rate of interventional therapy puncture, time of operation and hospitalization)and complications, were made. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups on the characteristics of vascular lesion (P>0.05).Success rates of the two groups were 97.78% and 96.67% respectively. The differences on success rate, time of operation were not statistically significant (P>0.05) while the average time of puncture, the mean duration of hospitalization and the rates of complications were significantly different ( P< 0.05 ).Conclusion The two methods under comparison had similar success rate and feasibility. However, the complications related to radial artery interventional therapy were much less than the femoral artery interventional therapy. As having better safety, radial artery interventional therapv seemed to have applicable value on clinical oractice.
