3.Determination of Oleanolic Acid and Ursolic Acid in the Fruits of Ligustrum Iucidum Ait.of Shanxi by HPLC
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(05):-
Objective To determine oleanolic acid(OA)and ursolic acid(UA)from Fructus Ligustri Lucidi in diffrernt habitat and various growing stages.Method We picked the fruits of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi in Otober in five cities of Shanxi, and in August,September,October,November and December in Xi'an.Removed impurities and storaged the fruits under room temperature.By HPLC with Waters 600 as its chromatographic system, and Lichrospher C_(18)(4.6mmx250mm,5?m) column was applied with CH_3CN-CH_3OH-H_2O-H_3PO_4-(C_2H_5)_3N(50:30:20:0.02:0.04)as its mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 mL/min.The standard working curve was made to determine the contents of OA and UA at different habitat and different time spot from samples.Result The contents of OA and UA were highest in Ankang city.During prolonging growing stages, the highest contents of OA and UA were October and August, respectively. They both reduced to the lowest point in December. Conclusion The contents of OA and UA changed in different habitat and diffrernt growing stages of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi. It was suggested that we should mainly base on the highest contents to select the harvest time according to our demands.
4.Effect of understanding of stroke patients for illness on direction of rehabilitation
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2004;10(12):749-750
ObjectiveTo investigate the understanding of stroke among stroke patients and promote the direction of rehabilitation.MethodsA survey was carried out among 80 stroke patients by questionnaire.Results42.5% of those patients knew nothing about the risk factor of stroke and the rate of right behavior related to maintain health was relatively low. The rate of satisfaction with rehabilitative direction was only 66.3% though 98% patients had experienced that direction.ConclusionIntensive and continuous direction of rehabilitation is necessary for the stroke patients. Comprehensive health education should be given to those patients to ensure their best self care and improve their quality of living.

Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2021;41(3):175-179
Chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy is an emerging cancer immunotherapy strategy in recent years. CAR-T therapy has shown significant efficacy in the treatment of relapsed or refractory diffuse large B cell lymphoma and refractory pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia. However, restricted by the complexity of solid tumor microenvironment, the application of CAR-T therapy in solid tumors is still underway. Molecular imaging can trace the in vivo status of T cells in real time and in depth, which is of great significance to investigate the biological behavior of CAR-T cells in vivo and to evaluate their activation status. Meanwhile, molecular imaging strategy can also act as an early predictor of CAR-T treatment efficacy and related side effects, which can provide effective information for clinical intervention and play an important role in guiding the development of CAR-T therapy.
6.Bacteriological characteristic of urinary infection in SCI patients and clinical countermeasure
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2000;6(1):6-8
To investigate constituent ratio and drug resistant status of pathogenic bacterium in SCI patients with urinary infection. The germ cultures of midstream urine samples and identifications to 456 stains pathogenic bacterium were conducted, susceptibility to antibiotics were tested. The results showed that G- baccili occupied absolute predominance among pathogenic bacterium. It is very important to select antibiotics rational for urinary infections of SCI patients according to the results of susceptibility tests.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(02):-
Objective To explore the levels of serum leptin and insulin and their relationships with growth and development in premature infants. Methods The serum leptin and insulin concentrations of 37 premature infants were examined by the radioimmunoassay(day 1 and day 10,respectively),and anthropometric measurements were performed at birth. The blood sugar and triglyeride, cholesterol were tested at the same time.Twenty full-term newborn without severe diseases were controlled in 24 h after delivery and the level of leptin and insulin of them were detected, too. The results were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software. Results The leptin and insulin levels in preterm infants were significantly lower than those in full-term infants[(6.45?2.24)?g/L vs(8.56?1.33)?g/L,(5.84?1.07)IU/L vs(10.85?5.24)IU/L Pa0.05).Serum leptin was positive correlation with serum insulin(Pa0.05).Conclusions Serum leptin and insulin can be the markers that reflect intrauterine nutrition status of preterm infants and the growth and development of fetus.A dipoinsular axis may be functional before 34 weeks gestation without maturity. The changes of leptin and insulin concentrations are useful for metabolism and growth in preterm infants.

Objective To establish the model of P2 peptide-induced experimental autoimmune neuritis(EAN)in rats and explore the roles of Th_1/Th_2 type eytokines in EAN.Methods Lewis rats were grouped into EAN rats and control rats. The EAN rats were immunized by injection into both hind footpads of inoculums containing 100 ?g or 200 ?g of P2_(57-81)peptide and FCA while the control rats were immunized with FCA only.Clinical scores were compared at the maximum of disease.Supernatant productions of IFN- ?, IL-4 and IL-10 secreted by lymphocytes and obtained on day 14 after the immunization were examined. Histopathological assessment of sciatic nerves was made. Results Peak clinical scores of P2_(57-81)200 ?g (3.6?0.3)group were significantly higher than P2_(57-81)100 ?g group(2.2?0.6,P
