Objective To investigate the developmental characters of neural stem cells(NSCs) in occipital of cortex from human fetal brain at different age.Methods Ninety cases of embryoes at gestational age 16-32 weeks and by induction of labor with water bag were collected for determining distribution,shapes,growth modes and the number of NSCs in the occipital of cortex with immunohisto- chemical method under light microscope.Results It was noted that NSCs existed in the occipital of cortex from human fetal brain at different ages.NSCs mainly distributed in layers of cone cells and inner granule cells.NSCs existed in the occipital of cortex of different fetal age included middling round cells,NSCs had enations from 0 to 1.Nucli were larger than plasm.Each NSC had nucleoli from 2-4 and rarefaction chromatin.Most of NSCs distributed in three growth modes including crowd,cluster and clone,occasionally with a single growth mode among other nerve cells.There were no differences including distribution,shapes,growth modes and the number of NSCs in the occipital of cortex between groups,but,NSCs gradually decreased with increasing of age.Conclusion NSCs exists in the occipital of cortex from different gestational age,and the number of NSCs decreases with increasing of age.

Objective To investigate the expression of glucocorticoid receptor(GR), GR? mRNA and GR? mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)of patients with multiple sclerosis(MS) and healthy controls and investigate the relationship between GR protein, GR? mRNA, GR? mRNA and intravenous injection methylprednisolone(IVMP)effect.Methods GR in PBMC was measured by radioligand assays in 20 patients with relapsing-remitting MS(RRMS), 6 with the second progressive MS (SPMS)and 26 healthy controls.Semi-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR)was used to detect the expression of GR? mRNA and GR? mRNA in PBMC of patients with MS and healthy controls.The effect of IVMP was evaluated by the expanded disability status scale(EDSS). Objective To systemically review the effect of ulinastatin on lung function in pediatric patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Controlled Trials Reg-istry,China National Knowledge infrastructure,China Biology Medicine disc,VIP and Wanfang databases were searched from their inception to October 2015.Articles regarding the use of ulinastatin on lung function in patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass were searched.Studies were screened by two independent re-viewers and then the data were extracted.The methodological quality was evaluated according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Meta-analysis was then performed using RevMan 5.1 software. Results Nineteen eligible studies (n = 657 patients)were identified.The results of meta analysis showed that ulinastatin could improve the oxygen partial pressure(SMD=0.90,95%CI 0.52-1.28,P <0.01)and oxygenation index (SMD=1.01,95%CI 0.45-1.56,P <0.01),decrease the PA-a O2 (SMD= -0.87, 95%CI -1.70--0.03,P =0.04),reduce the respiratory index (SMD=-0.81,95%CI -1.51--0.11, P =0.02),Lower the airway peak pressure (SMD=-0.83,95%CI -1.18--0.48,P <0.01),improve the dynamic compliance (Cd)(SMD=1.10,95%CI 0.57-1.62,P <0.01),and shorten the breathing ma-chine ventilation time (SMD=-0.98,95%CI -1.59--0.36,P <0.01).Conclusion This meta-analysis showed that ulinastatin treatment had a certain degree of protective effects on lung function in pediatric pa-tients undergoing cardiac surgery with CPB,but further research was needed for all these studies which were not multicenter,strictly controlled.

Objective To study the effect of bromocriptine(BRC) on the activation of T lymphocyte stimulated by phytohemagglutinin(PHA).Methods After CD4+ T cell line Jurkat E6-1 cells were stimulated by PHA,prolactin(PRL) and BRC,respectively,the expression of linker for activation of T cells(LAT) and zeta-chain T cell receptor associated protein kinase 70 000(ZAP-70) mRNA of T lymphocytes were checked by RT-PCR.The expression of PRL mRNA of T lymphocytes was detected by Real time PCR.The expression of CD25(cluster of differentiation) as a marker of early activation on the surface of T lymphocytes was detected by flow cytometry,and the activation of nuclear factor-?B(NF-?B) was detected by luciferase reporter system.Results 1.BRC inhibited the expression of ZAP-70 as the common signal molecules both in the T lymphocyte activation pathway and PRL-prolactin-prolactin receptor(PRLR) signal transduction pathway,and decreased the expression of PRL mRNA produced by activation T lymphocytes.2.BRC enhanced the expression of LAT mRNA as another important signal molecular on the T lymphocytes and CD25 on the surface of the T lymphocytes.3.The activation of NF-?B of T lymphocytes was decreased.Conclusions BRC might inhibit the activation of T lymphocytes by inhibiting the expression of ZAP-70,the common signal molecules between T lymphocytes activation and PRL-PRL pathway,and PRL mRNA,the like-T lymphocyte growth factor.

One hundred and fifty two actinomycetes were isolated from forty two radiation-polluted soil samples,using six different isolation media. Sixty cultures were chosen for 16S rRNA gene sequence and systematic analysis,which based on their morphology and ARDRA. Results of 16S rRNA gene sequences blasting showed that the strains were assigned to 12 recognized genera of actinomycetes,most of them fall within Streptomyces genus and a great deal of strains belonged to rare actinomycetes,which indicated a rich diversity of actinomycetes in the radiation-polluted soil.

OBJECTIVETo explore the relationship between angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) and premature coronary heart disease (PCHD) patients with blood stasis syndrome (BSS).

METHODSrs4343, rs4293, and rs4267385 were selected at SNP from ACE gene. Allele and genotype were detected. Frequencies of allele and genotype were compared by using time-of-flight mass spectrometry technique (TOF-MS).

RESULTSCompared with the healthy control group, genotype of rs4293 and rs4267385 in ACE gene were similar, but there was statistical difference in polymorphisms and allele frequencies of rs4343 in the I and II group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). The frequency of G allele was higher in the 3 groups than in the healthy control group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). The relative risk analysis showed that the risk for PCHD occurrence in G allele carriers at rs4343 (GG +AG) was 3. 6 times the risk in non-G allele carriers (95% CI: 1.224-10.585, P = 0.02). There was also statistical difference in sex, age, TC, and TG after adjusted Logistic regression analysis (OR = 3.994, 95% CI: 1.230-12.974, P = 0.021).

CONCLUSIONThe polymorphism at rs4343 (G2350A) might be one of risk factors for PCHD occurrence, but not a predisposing factor for PCHD patients of BSS.

Objective: To investigate the incidence of CMV infection(CMV-I) and CMV related diseases (CMV-D) after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cells transplantation in 70 consecutive allogeneic hematopoietic stem cells transplantation(allo-HSCT) patients and to search for the optimal prophylactic strategy.Methods: Blood samples were monitored using the CMV pp65 antigenemia assay.Of the 70 patients observed,30 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia［CML:CP(27),AP(2),BC(1)］,12 with acute myeloblastic leukemia(AML),10 with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)and other cases were NHL(3), AA(5), MDS(7), SCLC with pancytopenia (1),CLL(1), and MF (1). Sixty six patients received HLA - identical siblings transplantation and four received tranplants from their HLA- haploidentical donors. Seventy cases included allo-PBPCT (64 cases) , allo-BMT (4 cases) and allo-PB+BMT (2). Before transplantation, all patients and donors received CMV serological examination except 4 pairs of donors/recepients. All 66 patients (3 cases were CMV IgM positive) and 64/66 donors were CMV IgG positive. Results：After transplantation, 64/70 patients developed CMV viremia during monitoring period. Forty three of 70 patients developed CMV-D.Thirty five of them suffered from CMV-associated interstitial pneumonia(CMV-IP). The high peak levels of CMV antigenemia were associated with development of CMV disease　. Close correlation was found between acute graft vs host disease(GVHD) and CMV disease. The patients were followed up for 2 to 24 months. The patients who received preemptive therapy(group A)had significantly better outcome than CMV disease group(group B, P=0.0001). Conclusions: The results suggest that CMV antigenemia has high predictive value for subsequent CMV disease and CMV pp65 antigenemia -guided early therapy has particular advantage for avoiding morbidity and mortality caused by CMV disease.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate and generalize the application of intermaxillary fixation screw in the jaw fracture.

METHODS41 cases of jaw fracture have been treated with intermaxillary fixation screw.

RESULTSBoth function and appearance have recuperated in 40 cases except 1 case has light malocclusion.

CONCLUSIONSApplication of intermaxillary fixation screw advanced the traditional therapy.
