To observe the clinical efficacy of diclofenac sodium eye drops for postoperative recurrence of pterygium, and to provide safer drug regimens to prevent the recurrence of pterygium.
● METHODS: From November 2011 to September 2013, 124 patients 134 eyes who underwent surgery because of pterygium in our hospital were randomly divided into trial group ( diclofenac sodium eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops) and control group ( tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops), all patients were followed up for 3mo ( once a week ) and the cornea, intraocular pressure and recurrence of pterygium were observed and compared between the two groups.
●RESULTS: Followed up for 3mo, 43 cases (45 eyes) in the trial group and 38 cases (39 eyes) in the control group had done the follow up as planned, in which 14 cases (15 eyes) showed the signs of recurrence, 2 cases (3 eyes) recurred eventually in the trial group, and in the meantime there were 12 cases (13 eyes) with signs of recurrence and 2 cases ( 2 eyes ) with a recurrence eventually in the control group, but no statistical difference was found between the two groups (P>0. 05);there were 6 cases (9 eyes) dropped out of the study with a higher intraocular pressure in the control group, compared to trial group (0 cases of 0 eye), the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05); cornea conditions between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0. 05).
●CONCLUSlON:Diclofenac sodium eye drops is effective and safe in preventing the recurrence of pterygium.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(14):-
Objective To evaluate the effect of the high frequency oscillatory ventilation(HFOV) on the treatment of premature neonates with respiratory distress syndrome(RDS).Methods Seventy premature infants with RDS were randomly grouped as HFOV group(n=33) and conventional mandatory ventilation group(CMV group,n=37),based on their fetal age, weight, age, and their clinical condition from Jan.to Sep.in 2009.The blood gas analysis was detected and compared between the 2 groups. Results In HFOV group, the inhaled oxygen concentration,pa(CO2) decreased after treatment for 6 h,which were significantly lower than those at the beginning of the therapy(Pa

Objective To investigate relationship between levels of follicle-sitimulating horomone receptor(FSHR) and ovarian response induced by gonadotropin hormone, and whether the FSHR expression is correlated with in vitro fertilization(IVF) outcome. Methods Granulose cells were collected from 43 women receiving IVF-embryo transplantation(IVF-ET).According to the number of oocyte, the women were divided into three groups: low response(15).The expression intensity of FSHR was measured by immunohistochemistry technique. The expression intensity of FSHR on the granular cell, the embryological and clinical outcomes were compared and analyzed. Results The expression of FSHR was significantly different in three groups with the highest in high response group(P0.05).The FSHR level was positively correlated either with the number of oocyte (r=0.719) or with the serum E2 levels(r=0.516,P0.05). Conclusion Ovarian response to gonadotropin hormone stimulation is correlated with the level of FSHR in the granulose cells. The development of follicles may be influenced by it.

Objective To analyze the clinical features and causes of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods The clinical data of 521 patients with BPPV were collected. The percentage of patients with BPPV in all the outpatients with dizziness and vertigo, the clinical characteristics of BPPV,and the prevalence of comorbidity with migraine were analyzed. Results BPPV accounted for 35.7% of patients with vertigo and 12.1% of patients with dizziness.Among the 521 patients with BPPV,158(30.3%)were male and 363(69.7%)were female, with an average age of(57.5?12.8)years old(20 to 93 years old).Right semicircular canals were involved in 323 cases(62.0%),and left semicircular canals in 187 cases(35.9%).The latency period of nystagmus of vertical canals was(3.22?2.37)s,and time of persistence was(8.31?7.98)s.The latency period of nystagmus of horizontal canals was(2.33?1.50)s,and the time of persistence was(14.77?11.40)s.There were significant differences in the latency period of nystagmus and time of persistence between the vertical and horizontal canals(P=0.001 and P=0.000).Fifteen patients(2.9%)had a history of head trauma and 39(7.5%)were complicated with migraine. Conclusion BPPV is prevalent in patients with dizziness and vertigo, and misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis should be avoided.

Objective To explore hemodynamic parameter changes in pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH)treated by transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MMSCs)in the experimental rats. Methods MMSCs cells were collected from bone marrow of Sprague-Dawleye(SD)rat's femoral and tibial bones, cultured and passaged in vitro, then stained by Hoechst 33342 fluorescence dye stuff.Ninety healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=30):normal control group(group N),MMSCs transplanted group(group M),PAH model group(group H).The rats in the two latter groups were given a single subcutaneous crotaline(50 mg/kg)to establish the model of PAH.The rats of group N were injected respectively a single subcutaneous 9 g/L saline water(6 mL/kg).After 21 days,5?109 L-1 MMSCs cultured in 1 mL phosphate-buffered saline were infused into the rats respectively in group M by sublingual vein and 1 mL L-DMEM was given in group H.The indexalso of right ventricle systolic pressure(RVSP),right ventricle hypertrophy index, arterial blood gas analysis and the changes of small pulmonary blood vessel were observed after 28 days. Results The administration of MMSCs 28 days after PAH nearly completely prevented the increase in RVSP with PAH alone [(32.20?2.32)mmHg vs(48.30?1.56)mmHg P
