Objective To evaluate the effects of ulinastatin on acute lung injury during ortho- topic liver transplantation(OLT).Methods Twenty ASAⅢ-Ⅳpatients with end-stage liver disea- ses.undergoing OLT were randomly divided into two groups.Ulinastatin group received intravenous infusion of ulinastatin(3?10~4 IU in 100 normal saline)after skin incision and every 4 h thereafter(n =10).Control group received same amount of normal saline instead of ulinastatin(n=10).Blood sam- pies were taken before skin incision,120 min after skin incision,30 min after liver was removed,5 min and 60 min after reperfusion of the graft and at the end of operation for determination of plasma IL-6, IL-8,TNF-?,MDA concentrations and SOD activity.Respiratory index(RI)[P_(A-a)DO_2/PaO_2]was cal- culated before skin incision,30 min after liver was removed,5 min and 60 min after reperfusion of the graft and at the end of operation.After anesthesia was induced,cardiac output,mixed venous oxygen saturation and central venous temperature were continuously monitored during operation.ECG,CVP, SpO_2,P_(ET)CO_2,radial artery and MPAP were also continuously monitored during operation.P_(ET)CO_2 was maintained at 35-40 mm Hg during operation.Blood temperature was maintained above 35.5℃during operation.Results In group C plasma IL-6 and IL-8 concentrations were significantly increased from 120 min after skin incision to the end of operation as compared with the baseline values(P0.05).RI was significantly lower at 60 min after reperfusion of the graft and at the end of operation in group U than in group C(P

Objective To investigate the effects of ulinastatin on the expression of neutrophil CD_(11b) and CD_(18) during orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT).Methods Forty patients with liver diseases,ASAⅢorⅣ, undergoing OLT were randomly divided into two groups.Ulinastatin group(n=20)received intravenous infusion of ulinastatin 3?10~5 IU in 100 ml normal saline after skin incision and repeated every 4 hours thereafter.Control group received same amount of normal saline instead(n=20).Blood samples were taken immediately before skin incision,120 min after skin incision,30 min of anhepatic phase,60 min of neohepatic phase and at the end of operation for measurement of CD_(11b) and CD_(18) expression of neutrophil by flow cytometry.Results CD_(11b)/CD_(18) expression was increased significantly in control group 60 min of neohepatic phase and at the end of operation compared to the level before skin incision,but in ulinastatin group there was no significant change in CD_(11b)/CD_(18) expression during the whole procedures(P＞0.05).CD_(11b)/CD_(18)expression was significantly lower 60 min of neohepatic phase and at the end of operation in ulinastatin group than in control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion Ulinastatin can inhibit the increase in CD_(11b)/CD_(18)expression during OLT,and be helpful for reducing the inflammatory response.

Objective To develop a spectrophotometry in tetra component complex system of A1-CAS-CTMAB-OP for the determination of aluminum in floured food.Methods The sample was processed by combustion and the content of aluminum in foods was determined by spectrophotometry with Al-CAS-CTMAB-OP as color system.Results A linear relationship between the aluminum content and absorbency was in the range of 0.04～0.32 ?g/ml with the regression equation equating to A =3.551 2x-0.005 34,the correlation coefficient was 0.997 6,the detection limit was 0.001 4 ?g/ml and the recovery rate was in the rang of 98.6%～ 103.2%.Conclusion This method has been applied successfully to determine the aluminum in floured food for its special features, such as simple,rapid and accuracy.

Objective To study the effect of prolactin(PRL) on the activation of T lymphocytes stmiulated by concanavalin A(ConA),and to explore the action of PRL in the activation of T lymphocytes. Methods After CD4 +T cell line JurkatE6-1 cells were respectively stmiulated by 5 mg/L ConA,25 ?g/L PRL and 500 ?g/L bromocriptine(Brc).The blank control group,the ConA group,the PRL and ConA group(PRL group),the Brc and ConA group(Brc group),the PRL and Brc group(PRL-Brc group) were set in the experiment.The total RNA was extracted by Trizol after 48 hours and was reversed transcription immediately.The expression of tumor necrosis factor receptor associated factor 6(TRAF6) mRNA of T lymphocytes was checked by PCR.The expressions of tumor necrosis factor(ligand) super family 4(TNFSF4) and Killer specific secretory protein of 37 000(KSP37) mRNA of T lymphocytes were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction. Objective Investigate the Asi-antidiarrheal capsule's effect on gastrointestinal horrnones in blood plasma of thyroid hormone-induced diarrheic(Abbreviation:Hyperthyroid Diarrhea.,D)rats.Methods One hundred and twenty SD male rats about 8 weeks old were randomly divided according to their constitution into control group of 10 rats and thyroid hormone-induced diarrheic group of 110 rats.The control group rats welle hvaged with isotonic Na chloride 1 ml/d.Thyroid tablets were made with isotonic Na chloride into 40 g/L susnl. The such solution with 1 ml/d was intragastrically administered to each rat in thyroid hormone-induced diardleic group.After three weeks,blood was sampled from vena caudalis of each rat.FT4 were then detected in blood semm.Fourty-two thyroid hormone-induced diarrheic rats were screened based on FT3 and FT4 level in blood serum, wet stool and body weisht.Fourty thyroid hormone-induced diarrheic rats were stochastically re-divided into 5 groups with 8 in each.The physiological saline with 1 ml/d was given to blank group,1.94 g·-kg-1·d-1 Berberine capsule to positive control group,and 0.63,1.26,2.52 g·kg-1·d-1 to low-dose,moderate-dose and high-dose groups respectivelv. Intragastric administration of each group continued for 7 days.Venous blood was centrifuged before and after administration and underwent radioimmunoassay to observe the effect of Ashi-antidiarrheal capsule on motillty (MTL),gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SS),vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VlP)in blood plasma of thyroid homlone- induced diarrheic rats.Results①Weight of thyroid hormone-induced diarrheic rats decreased[(344.0±12.9)g], FT3[(4,58 ±0.70)mol/L]and FT4[(23.44±4.40)mol/L]increased,and weight of wet stool[(17.4±3.2)g] increased.Compared to control group[(386.0±1.8)g,(2.08±0.10)mol/L,(10.18±2.00)mol/L,(9.1±0.6)g], there was a statistical significance(t=6.85,9.80,7.66,7.18,P<0.01).②After treatment,high-dose Ashi-antidiarrheal group[(80.54 ±3.80)ng/L]and positive control group[(90.63 ±9.99)ng/L]blood plasma MTL, compared to pre-therapy[(204.27±17.69),(187.79±13.32)ng/L]was decreased,there wag a statistical significance (t=8.60,4.57,P<0.01)③GAS contentshad respectively decreased comparedtopre-therapy[(192.75±11.80), (193.09±3.81),(190.60±9.31),(196.33±18.13)ng/L]in positive control group[(56.06 ±6.36)ng/L],low- dose group[(90.88±4.18)ng/L],midst-dose group[(75.64±7.09)ng/L]and hish-dose group[(44.32±3.72) ng/L],except for blank group.There Wag a statistical significance(t=15.27,7.62,13.43,13.22,all P<0.01).The intm-group difference of MTL,GAS and VIP level had statistic signifieances before and after the treatment(F= 166.68,1503.53,216.68,P<0.01).Conclusion Ashi-antidiarrheal capsule Can significantly lower the level of MTL and GAS in blood plasma。And raise the level of VIP.
