Objective:To investigate the method for treating facial post-burn hyperpigmentation. Methods: Forty-two patients with facial post-burn hyperpigmentation were randomly divided into two groups.Twenty-four subjects applied 15% Azelaic Acid cream combined with 0.025% Tretinoin cream daily to face,and eighteen subjects applied vehicle cream.At base line and six weeks of treatment,each subject's facial hyperpigmentation was assessed by area and colorimetric evaluations.Results:The facial post-burn hyperpigmentation of the Azelaic Acid and Tretinoin-treated subjects were significantly lighter after six weeks of therapy than those of the vehicle-treated subjects(?~(2)=10.94,P

Objective To clarify the frequency, the routes of transmission from mother to infant, the correlation factors and distribution of genotypes of transfusion transmitted virus (TTV) infection. Methods Nested polymerase chain reaction (n PCR) was performed to detect TTV DNA and genotypes in serums and breast milks from 160 cases of pregnant women. Results TTV DNA in serum and breast milk was detected in 64 (40 0%) and 60 (37 5%) of 160 cases of pregnant women respectively. The positive rates of TTV DNA from HBV markers (+) and normal groups were 50 0%, 43 1% and 13 6%, 22 7% respectively in serums and breast milk. Gastroesophageal reflux disease and sliding hiatal hernia are chronic disease,and sometimes there are not typical clinical symptoms.Patients don't have enough cognition or put enough em-phasis on it.Determining the sliding length of the sliding hiatal hernia and gastroesophageal reflux disease respectively by means of high resolution manometry and 24 hour pH monitoring,in turn,analyzing the rela-tionship between sliding length of the sliding hiatal hernia and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Objective To study the nutrition status of premature infants in the early postnatal stage.Methods According to the physical development standard,the premature neonates for treatment in our NICU from Jun.2007 to Jun.2009 were enrolled and divided into normal growth group and extrauterine growth restriction(EUGR) group.The nutrition status of these premature neonates were evaluated respectively.SPSS 13.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results Compared with EUGR group,the durations of regaining birth weight were shorter in normal growth group(t=-13.83,P0.05).Conclusions Premature neonates are prone to encounter extrauterine growth retardation.Extrauterine growth retardation had great impact on premature neonates.Premature neonates should be strengthened with nutrition supplement in order to reduce the incidence of extrauterine growth retardation.

Objective:To compare the effects of a single dose of dexrazoxane or cAMP and their combined use on anthracycline cardiotoxicity in the multiple treatment course of patients with hematological malignancies to explore better alternatives for reducing an-thracycline cardiotoxicity. Methods: In the study, 80 patients were randomly divided into 4 groups with 20 cases each. Group A ( cAMP group) received cAMP 20 ml·d-1 for a week before every treatment course. Group B was treated with dexrazoxane and adria-mycin at a dosage ratio of 10∶1 via a fast intravenous drip 30 min before the application of anthracycline chemotherapy, and the 20 ml cAMP was given once a week before the chemotherapy session. Group C only received dexrazoxane. Anthracyclines was administered 30 min before each chemotherapy session. Groups A, B, and C were the experimental groups, and group D was designed as the blank control group. All groups received four complete cycles of chemotherapy. The ECG changes, echocardiography ( left ventricular ejection fraction, LVEF) and B-type brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP) values of all the groups were observed before and after the chemotherapy. Results:As for the ECG changes, group B and C had lower incidence rate of abnormal ECG than group A and D(P<0. 008 3). Sig-nificantly decreased LVEF and increased BNP values were observed in group A, B and C compared with those in the control group ( P<0. 05), and group B showed the most significant effect. Conclusion:All of the studied treatments can effectively reduce anthracy-cline chemotherapy-induced cardiotoxicity in cancer patients, and the combination of cAMP and dexrazoxane exhibits the best effect. Dexrazoxane has better protective effect on myocardial cells than cAMP.
