Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2003;0(05):-
Objective To assess the changes of the cardiac function of the patients with myocardial infarction(MI) after the coronary revascularization(CRV) by 2D echocardiography and Doppler tissue imaging(DTI).The effects of CRV on cardiac function were explored. Methods The global and regional wall functions were quantitatively analyzed in 49 patients with MI by 2D echocardiography and DTI(Aspen imaging systems). Results The regional function was improved prior to the global function in patients with MI after successful CRV.Conclusions CRV is one of the important factors for the cardiac function improvement in patients with MI.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1993;0(03):-
0.05).Both of them had a linear correlativity, correlative coefficient closed to 1.Conclusions Coronary artery endothelial function and brachial artery endothelial function had a high linear correlativity.
3.STUDY ON THE LEFT VENTRICULAR DIASTOLIC FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH MILD AND MODERATE HYPERTENSION
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
To evaluate the left ventricular diastolic function with Doppler and 2D echocardiography in patients with mild and moderate hypertension. 202 patients with hypertension were involved in this study. The parameters of Doppler and 2D echocardiography were compared with clinical materials of the patients. The results of this study showed that age, diabetes, left ventricle hypertrophy and duration of hypertension were related to the left ventricular diastolic function, whereas hyperlipidmia, smoking and alcohol drink had less effect on left diastolic function. The results of this study suggested that there were diastolic dysfunction in patients with hypertension, and Doppler and 2D echocardiography could be used to detect left ventricular diastolic function.
4.Research progress in novel PA protein members of influenza A viruses.
Chinese Journal of Virology 2014;30(6):689-693
Influenza poses a great threat to life and health in populations worldwide. Studies regarding the protein components of influenza viruses will facilitate the research and development of vaccines and diag nostic reagents. The influenza virus contains both structural and non-structural proteins. From the outset, it has been accepted that an influenza A virus possesses eight gene segments that encode eight corresponding viral proteins, respectively. Research has demonstrated that the M gene encodes the M2 ion channe! protein and the NS gene encodes the non-structural protein, NS2. In recent years, several novel viral proteins have been identified from influenza A viruses. This article will briefly describe the state of current research into PA-related proteins of influenza A viruses.

5.Speech therapy and occupational therapy on Broca aphasia with bucco-facial-apraxia following hemiplegia after stroke
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(1):28-28
ObjectiveTo study the method about language rehabilitation for Broca aphasis with bucco-facial apraxia in hemiplebies after stroke.Methods55 patients in hemiplegies after stroke who were diagnoised Broca aphasia with bucco-facial-apraxia by Chinese standard language test of aphasia and apraxia test, were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(30 cases) and control group(25 cases). The trainning about language rehabilitation and occupational therapy(OT)to bucco-facial-apraxia were given in the treatment group, while in the control group the language rehabilitation training were given only. Evaluation was done in pre-treatment and post-treatment respectively.ResultsThe improvement of bucco-facial-apraxia and language expression function(repetition, speech and speech-reading) of treatment group were significant than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The OT for bucco-facial-apraxia may obviously improved bucco-facial-apraxia and language expression function on training of language rehabilitation for Broca aphasia with bucco-facial-apraxia.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2021;44(5):442-445
At present, the laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) has already become an analysis method with great application value and bright prospects. It has been reported that the LIBS technology had been successfully applied in the field of clinical laboratory diagnostics such as the identification of pathogens, the diagnosis of malignant tumors, the identification of caries, the analysis of onychomycosis, the detection of toxic and harmful elements and other applications with positive results. The remote-LIBS technique provides feasibility for detecting pathogen which is with significance of the disease prevention and control. It is possible to apply LIBS technology to in vivo diagnostics in the future.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate the left ventricular systolic function of the patients who received coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) or percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), in order to compare the clinical effectiveness of these two operations. Methods 61 patients with coronary artery disease were enrolled in this study. 28 patients received CABG and 33 patients PCI. The left ventricular systolic function was assessed by two-dimensional (2D) echocardiography and Doppler tissue imaging (DTI) (Aspen imaging systems). Results The left ventriculus ejection fraction (EF) and the average velocity of systolic wave (S) of mitral annular were increased after CABG or PCI. There was no statistical significant difference in degree of improvement in the left ventricular systolic function between two operations. Conclusions The results of this study suggested that the global left ventricular systolic function was improved after either successful CABG or PCI, with no signiticant difference in clinical efficaciousness.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2015;(4):529-532
Objective To investigate the usefulness of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC)value and its coefficient variance (CV) in differentiating the cerebellopontine angle tumors. Methods 5 1 cases of cerebellopontine angle tumors comfirmed by surgery were enrolled ,in which cerebral enhanced MRI were obtained MRI data of different type of tumors were analyzed.ADC value and its CV of tumors were calculated. Results There were 24 cases of schwannoma,14 cases meningioma,7 cases metastases,4 cases epider-moid cyst and 2 cases dermoid cyst. There were obvious differences on ADC value’s CV among the schwannoma, meningioma and metastases (t=-1.31,P =0.03;t=-0.56,P =0.04;t =0.07,P =0.04).ADC value of schwannoma was only significant higher than that of meningioma (t=-2.5,P =0.04).Conclusion In combination with MRI,ADC value and its CV have a higher value in differential diagnosis of cerebellopontine angle tumors.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the change of the inflammatory marker high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(HS-CRP) and the immune marker neopterin in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods The study population included 40 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and 40 patients with unstable angia pectons(UAP).At the same time,we selected 80 patients with chronic stable angia pectons.Serum levels of HS-CRP,neopterin were measured by means of ELISA.Results HS-CRP and neopterin were significantly higher in acute coronary syndrome group than those in chronic stable angina group. Conclusion HS-CRP and Neopterin are elevated in acute coronary syndrome. They can be used as the certain diagnosetic value for ACS.This study also supports the hypothesis that both immune and inflammation play roles in ACS.
