Objective To study the clinical value of mammography and ultrasound needle localization biopsy technique in clinical nonpalpable breast disease.Methods 148 patients with negative clinical palpation were operated only because of the mammography or ultrasound findings of lesions.They were undergone localized excision biopsy and derived definite pathological diagnosis.By histopathology diagnosis,benign and malignant lesions,lesion size,complete resection rate were statistically analyzed.Results 21 cases in 148 cases were malignant lesions(14.2％),which were all early breast cancer.The other 127 cases were benign breast disease(85.8％).147 cases were successfully resected at the first time and 1 case was successfully resected at the second time.Conclusion Mammography and Ultrasound fine needle localized biopsy in nonpalpable breast disease diagnosis and treatment has great significance,which can raise early diagnosis rate of breast cancer without mass,and this method is simple and easy for promotion.

AIM: To explore the effect and mechanism of preoperative transarterial chemoembolization on nephroblastoma.METHODS: Comparative analysis of clinical and pathological features in 39 children with Wilms’ tumor was conducted. TUNEL assay was used to detect the apoptosis of tumor in two groups with or without preoperative interventional treatment. The expressions of P53, Bcl-2 and Bax proteins were detected by immunochemical methods. Because of higher rate of union, excellent intraoperative exposure, and adjustment of abductor tension, ETO has been widely applied to rTHR and complicated primary THR by foreign scholars. Furthermore, this technology has wide indications, very few contraindications, high cure rates,and low complications rate. ETO turns out to be a safe and effective revision technology. In the article, the indication, contraindication, complications and advantages of this technique were reviewed.

Objective To study the diagnostic and treatment value of wire guided localization of breast biopsy for non-palpable breast lesions.Methods The clinical data of 314 cases of non-palpable breast lesion resection operation in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The accuracy rate of resection and postoperative pathological examination results were analyzed.Results All lesions were positioned accurately and completely resected,48 cases in 314 cases were breast cancer(15.3 ％),in which 42 cases were early breast cancer which were confirmed by pathology (87.5％).Conclusion Wire guided localization of breast biopsy has high accuracy,low cost,which is useful for the diagnosis of early breast cancer,there is a certain value in clinical application.

Objective The aim of the study is to approach the clinical significance of the change of ST segments after di- rect percutaneous transcoronary angioplasty(PTCA) combined with Lipo-PGE_1 in treating Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI).Methods The change of the ST segments on EKG of 76 patients with AMI are observed in 30 minutes after un- derwent direct PICA combined with Lipo-PGE_1,and the relations are analyzed that are prospectively to their therapy effect,the degree of injured cardiac muscle,the cardial functions,and the prognosis.Results The patients who treated with the PCTA combined with Lipo-PGE_1 ST segments on EKG 30 minutes after operations reduced significantly,cardiac muscle is injured lowly,their cardial functions are better.Conclusion The change of ST segments after direct percutane- ous transcoronary angioplasty (PTCA) combined with Lipo-PGE_1 in treating acute myocardial infarction is one of the guide line to estimate the perfnsion of cardiac muscle,and to estimate prognosis farther.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the epidemiological features in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR) in Yichang city, and put forward effective prevention and control measures. METHOD: Collecting the data of allergic rhinitis in city proper from 2010 to 2013, input the data into the database and used statistical analysis. RESULT: In recent years, the AR patients in this area increased year by year. The spring and the winter were the peak season of onset. The patients was constituted by young men. There was statistically significant difference between the age, the area,and the gender (P < 0.01). The history of allergy and the diseases related to the gender composition had statistical significance difference (P < 0.05). The allergens and the positive degree in gender, age structure had statistically significant difference (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION Need to conduct the healthy propaganda and education, optimizing the environment, change the bad habits, timely medical treatment, standard treatment.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a modified method of holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP)--6-o'clock tunnel HoLEP for the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH).

METHODSWe included 112 cases of BPH in this study, 57 treated by 6-o'clock tunnel HoLEP (experimental group) and the other 55 by conventional HoLEP (control group). We compared the operation time, volume of the resected prostatic tissue, intraoperative blood transfusion, volume of bladder irrigation solution, postoperative hemoglobin change, and incidence of urinary incontinence between the two groups.

RESULTSStatistically significant differences were observed between the experimental and control groups in the operation time ([56.01 ± 8.62] min vs [68.65 ± 9.08] min), cases of intraoperative blood transfusion (0 vs 2), volume of bladder irrigation solution ([27.51 ± 3.67] L vs [36.89 ± 6.47] L), postoperative hemoglobin decrease ([10.70 ± 2.50] g/L vs [12.60 ± 3.30] g/L), and cases of postoperative stress-induced urinary incontinence (2 vs 7) (all P <0.05). One-month follow-up revealed smooth urination in both groups of patients but no true urinary incontinence or secondary bleeding in either.

CONCLUSIONModified 6-o'clock tunnel HoLEP can significantly reduce the operation time, bladder irrigation, and intraoperative bleeding, and therefore can be used as a safe and effective option for the treatment of BPH.

In traditional oral practice, the presystemic interactions with gut microbiota is an important mechanism underlying the holistic health benefits of Chinese herbal medicines (CHMs), making the study of CHMs distinct from the research of Western medicines of which the systemic exposure (level in blood) is the starting point and the core. Gut microbial metabolism complements host metabolism in maintaining metabolic homeostasis of many biologically important endogenous molecules and the disposition of numerous exogenous compounds. Among them, the widely distributed gut bacterial β-glucuronidases (BGUSs) coordinate with host UDP-glucuronosyltransferases (UGTs) to play a role in the occurrence and intervention of diseases by affecting the glucuronidation homeostasis and altering the intestinal local and/or systemic exposure of endogenous compounds and xenobiotics. On one hand, many ingredients of CHMs undergo enterohepatic circulation; On the other hand, CHMs can act on BGUSs directly or indirectly change the distribution and function of BGUSs through reprogramming gut microbiome. The multiple interactions between BGUSs and CHMs may play an important role in the overall therapeutic benefits of CHMs. This work firstly summarizes the latest research progress on BGUSs; then the physiological, pathological and pharmacological significance of BGUSs are exemplified with representative endogenous and exogenous compounds from the aspects of nutrient utilization, metabolic homeostasis, and therapeutic response based on the varied substrate spectra of BGUSs; finally, the scattered data in literature were integrated to summarize the multiple interactions between BGUSs and CHMs, highlighting the important role of BGUSs in the holistic actions of CHMs.
