1.Progress in the Studies of Fungal Chitin Synthases
Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
Chitin is one of the most important component in fungal cell wall.Biosynthesis of chitin is a complex processes and needs several chitin synthase isoenzymes. The knowledge of structure, function and regulation of chitin synthases is mainly derived from the study of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. In contrast with the 3 chitin synthases in S.cerevisiae,7 were found in most filamentous fungi. In this review the classification and function of chitin synthases are summerized, and progress in the studies on chitin synthases of filamentous fungi which are of theoretical or medical or agricultural importance, including Aspergillus nidulans,Aspergillus fumigatus and Ustilago maydis are emphasized.Recent ad-vance of research on chitin synthase as antifungal target is also discussed.
2.Research about the indexes to assess the biological behavior of the giant cell tumor of bone
Cancer Research and Clinic 2006;0(07):-
Recent studies about the GCT are focusing on searching for new standards and indexes to prognose the biological behavior of the GCT because of the traditional standards and indexes have been realized often not agree with to the clinic. we review the lately research about the biological behavior of the GCT, then analyse and sum up the correlative indexes that could be significant in studying the prognosis of the GCT.
3.Behavioral comparation on withdrawal syndromes in morphine dependent rats
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2001;10(1):11-12
Objective To investigate the the effect and interaction of morphine dependence model and naloxone doses on withdrawal intensity. Methods To observe the withdrawal signs and weight loss in two kinds of morphine dependent rats after the precipitating by naloxone of different doses an devaluate the withdrawal intensity. Results Morphine dependence were successfully induced in two ways. There was no significant difference of withdrawal intensity in five-day model(total morphine dose 380mg.kg-1) after precipitating by naloxone of 2mg.kg-1 and 4mg.kg-1(P>0.05). Withdrawal intensity of twelve-day model(total morphine dose 1365mg.kg-1)increased significantly with the increase of naloxone dose(P<0.01),but it was more intensive significantly than five-day model only after 4mg.kg-1 dose of naloxone. Conclusion Appropriate method should be used to induce morphine dependence and these experimental factors should be combined in assessment of withdrawal intensity.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2013;27(17):964-964
A case of 76-years-old male patient with nasal bleeding as the first symptom in our hospital, who was finally diagnosed as tsutsugamushi disease. This old man was bited by insect in farmland 2 days before the symptom occurred. PE: Left thigh and right buttock have eschar, with splenomegaly. Routine blood test: WBC (decrease) 3.9 x 10(9)/L, RBC (decrease) 3.86 x 10(9)/L, PLT (decrease) 41 x 10(9)/L, HGB (decrease) 117 g/L; Chest CT: lung interstitial pneumonia, a small amount of bilateral pleural effusion. Oxk-ag 1:320. The patient was discharged after treatment with chloramphenicol for 8 days.
