Aim To study the effects and mechanism of Guanxinkang capsules on myocardial injury induced by isoproterenol in rats. Methods 30 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group, acute myocardial ischemia group and Guanxinkang capsules group.Rats were given injections of ISO subcutaneously.Electrocardiography were performed, serum and myocardium creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase MBmass(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and nitric oxide(NO) were detected, and the levels of NO and endothelins(ET) in myocardium were measured as well. Results The rising degree of ST-T obviously decreased in Guanxinkang capsules group, and the levels of serum CK,CK-MB and LDH decreased in Guanxinkang capsules group, compared with those of acute myocardial ischemia group(P

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(02):-
Objective To observe the hemodynamic change of small artery in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods We measured peak systolic velocity (PSV), end-diastolic velocity (EDV), pulse index (PI), resistance index (RI) of ocular artery (OA), central retinal artery (CRA), finger artery, dorsal pedis artery and interlobar artery of patients with early-stage type 2 diabetes. Results The decrease in PSV and EDV values occurred early in CRA of type 2 diabetics while RI and PI values increased. Conclusion The hemodynamic change of CRA occurs earliest among general small arteries of type 2 diabetic patients.

Recent years, China has released a series of policies to encourage drug research and development in pediatric populations, aiming to meet pediatric populations' medical needs. Because of the physical and psychological developmental characteristics, tolerance of aversive feelings when taking medications are different between pediatric population and adults. So pediatric populations are at a relatively higher risk of not taking medications as prescribed when the medication tasted unpleasant. Therefore, sound design and evaluation of oral sensory features have important clinical significance and value in developing pediatric medications. "Technical guidance for the design and evaluation of the oral sensory features of pediatric drugs (trial version) " was released in November 2022, by Centre for Drug Evaluation, National Medical Products Administration of China. Based on the guidance, this article will introduce the drafting background and review considerations, hoping to provide reference for the design and evaluation of oral sensory features, and promote drug developing in pediatric population.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the prevalence and pathogenic characteristics of Yersinia enterocolitica infection in children with diarrhea under 5 years of age in western Yunnan, and to provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of infectious diarrhea in children. Methods Feces were collected from under five-year-old children with diarrhea in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from 2020 to 2021. Clinical information of the cases was also collected. Yersinia enterocolitica was isolated from the samples after cold enrichment on selective culture plates, and the pathogenic characteristics of Yersinia enterocolitica were analyzed by biological type and serotype and virulence gene detection. Results A total of 397 feces were collected. Seven strains of Yersinia enterocolitica were isolated in three samples, and the prevalence of Yersinia enterocolitica infection was 0.76% (3/397). Among the three positive samples, two Yersinia frederiksenii or Yersinia intermedia were isolated in specimen No. 212 , and five Yersinia enterocolitica were detected in specimens No. 24 and 226. Two Yersinia enterocolitica isolated from one sample were biological type 1A, and the virulence gene test results were ail-/ystA-/ ystB+ /yadA-/virF-, which were non-pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica. Three Yersinia enterocolitica isolated from the other sample were biological type 3, serotype O∶3 (rfbc+), and virulence gene detection results were ail+/ystA+/ystB-/yadA+ /virF+, which were pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica. While pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica was detected from feces of children with diarrhea at 11 months of age with a infection rate of 0.50%(2/397). Conclusion Sporadic infection of pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica was found in under five-year-old children in western Yunnan Province. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and research of Yersinia enterocolitica.
8. Synthesis and antioxidative activities of flavone derivatives containing dihydropyrazole moiety
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2016;51(19):1643-1647
OBJECTIVE: To design and synthesize flavone derivatives containing dihydropyrazole moiety and investigate their antioxidative activities in vitro. METHODS: 7-Bromoethoxy flavone was synthesized by the reaction of 7-hydroxy flavone with 1, 2-dibromoethane. Then six flavone derivatives containing dihydropyrazole moiety were synthesized by the condensation reaction of 7-bromoethoxy flavone with two types of O-phenyl substituted dihydropyrazole compounds. These new compounds were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, ESI-MS and EA. Their antioxidation effects, such as scavenging effects on the superoxide radical (O2-), hydroxyl radical (·OH), DPPH· radical, nitroso radicals (NO2·) and the total reduction activities, were compared. RESULTS: At the concentration of 0.5 mg·mL-1 most of the title compounds had antioxidation effects, but their activities were weaker than that of vitamine C. CONCLUSION: The scavenging effects on four different radicals and the total reduction activity of 7-(1-phenyl-3-methyl-4, 5-dihydropyrazole-5-phenyl)-oxyethoxy flavone (compound 2a) are all relatively strong. Its antioxidative activities in vivo can be further investigated.

Objective To evaluate total laparoscopic splenectomy combined with pericardial devascularization. Methods In this study,40 patients with portal hypertension and hypersplenism underwent total laparoscopic splenectomy combined with pericardial devascularization,in which 26 cases had a history of up-GI bleeding. Results Procedures were successful in 36 patients. There was four conversions to open surgery. The operations were completed in a mean time of (224 ± 54) min, with a mean estimated blood loss of (296 ± 209) ml and with no serious complication. Conclusion Total laparoscopic splenectomy combined with pericardial devascularization is a safe and effective available minimally invasive procedure in patients with portal hypertension and hypersplenism.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(7):861-867
Using bioactive compounds 7-hydroxy flavone, salicylaldehyde, cinnamic acid and 4-amino-5- mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles as starting materials, three new types of flavone derivatives containing 1,2,4-triazole structure were synthesized via different step reactions. These new compounds were characterized by 1IHNMR, ESI-MS, IR and elemental analysis. Their scavenging effects on the superoxide radical (O2·-), hydroxyl radical (·OH), DPPH · radical and their total reduction activities were tested. The results showed that all of the compounds possessed some antioxidative activity at the concentration of 0.5 mg · mL(-1), but the scavenging ability of the target compounds was lower than that of the standard compound Vc.
