Objective To understand the status of Xinjiang medical students' autonomous learning of Ideological and Political Theory Course,and put forward corresponding educational countermeasures.Method By using stratified cluster sampling method 850 Xinjiang minority and Han medical students in a university were extracted as the subjects and were surveyed by college learning autonomy self-statements Questionnaire including two dimensions of attitudes and habits of learning ideological and Political Theory Course.Using SPSS 13.0 thex2-test was used for statistical analysis,the level of test=0.05.Results On the ideological and political theory course teaching attitude,positive attitude of the minority medical students and the Han medical students were 319/67.6％ and 259/73.8％ respectively(P=0.009 3),and the overall satisfaction rate reached 579/70.3％.In the habit of learning the ideological and political theory course,38/8.1％ minority medical students selected the library to learn,while 132/37.7％ of Han medical students chose Library(P=0.007 9、0.037 0).In the choice of place of study and the way to find information there was statistically significant difference between minority medical students and Han medical students.Conclusion According to the differences of minority students' and Han students' learning ideological and political theory course,we can carry out differentiated autonomous learning training strategies through the establishment of new education ideas,innovative education carrier and method to improve both the minority medical students'and Han medical students' autonomous learning ability of Ideological and Political Theory Course

Objective To explore the factors affecting the duration of secondary prophylaxis for penicilliosis marneffei in patients with acquired immunodeflciency syndrome (AIDS).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted.The study included 92 adult patients with AIDS and penicilliosis mameffei which were confirmed at the Guangxi Centers for Disease Control and Prevention/Medecins Sans Frontieres clinic.The patients were divided into two groups based on the counts of CD4+ T cells at the time of discontinuation of secondary prophylaxis with itraconazole.The patients with a CD4+ lymphocyte count ＞ or =200 × 106 cells/L at the discontinuation of secondary prophylaxis were assigned to Group Ⅰ,and those with a CD4+ lymphocyte count ranging from 100 × 106 to 200 × 106 cells/L to Group Ⅱ.The treatment duration and clinical outcome were compared between the two groups,and factors which might affect the duration of secondary prophylaxis,including organ involvement,complications,antifungal regimen,antiviral treatment timing,and so on,were assessed.The SPSS 13.0 ~ftware package was used for statistical analysis.Results All the 92 patients received highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART).No significant difference was observed in the sex ratio,age,follow up duration,number of organs involved,occurrence of complications,composition and duration of antifungal treatment regimens between the two groups (all P ＞ 0.05).The duration of secondary prophylaxis was significantly shorter in Group Ⅱ than in Group Ⅰ (8.13 ± 5.13 vs.12.44 ± 9.51 months,P＜0.05).The commencement of HAART after the treatment of penicilliosis,coinfection with other pathogens or mycobacterium tuberculosis were associated with a longer duration of secondary prophylaxis,and the influence degree of these factors decreased in order,whereas the commencement of HAART before the treatment of penicilliosis was associated with a shorter secondary prophylaxis (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions For AIDS/PSM patients receiving HAART,secondary prophylaxis could be discontinued 3 to 6 months after the CD4 +lymphocyte count restores to 100 × 106 cells/L or more.The duration of secondary prophylaxis may be extended by the commencement of HAART after the treatment of penicilliosis,coinfection with other pathogens or mycobacterium tuberculosis,but shortened by the commencement of HAART before the treatment of penicilliosis.

Found in the recent years, Th17 cells are a new subset of T cells and closely related with inflammatory disorders, autoimmune diseases and cancer. Its differentiation, regulation and biological effects are widely noted as a hot area of research. This review explores the discovery of differentiation and regulation of Th17 cells, the relationship between related cytokines and chronic rhinosinusitis, in order to have a beteer knowledge of chronic rhinosinusitis. This review regards Th17 cells as the main clue, nevertheless, lacking consideration of the impacts of other factors on chronic rhinosinusitis.

Objective To explore the outcome of the tibial bone-skin flap grafts in the management of severe traumatic osteomyelitis complicated with bone and skin defect in leg.Methods Twenty-seven cases of the traumatic osteomyelitis complicated with bone and skin defect in leg were treated with vascularized tibial bone-skin flap grafe from August, 2007 to November, 2013.Reconstruction of limb tibia continuity and cover the wound.Results The tibial bone-skin flaps were completely survived in 26 of the 27 cases except 1 ease which was repaired by adjacent flap because of the disorder blood circulation.The followed-up showed that all flaps had good blood circulation.The infection was controlled completely.The leg function and contour were satisfactory.Conclusion The tibial boneskin flap has the advantages of abundant blood supply, full bone-skin flap supply, shortens hospitalization and suitable for treatment of traumatic osteomyelitis complicated with bone and skin defect in leg.

Objective To investigate Treg and Th17 cell numbers in the peripheral blood of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA),with an aim to elevate their potential for predicting pregnancy outcomes.Methods Peripheral blood was collected from 60 URSA pregnant women and 56 healthy pregnant women during their first trimester in the Department of Reproductive Endocrinology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 2014 to June 2015.The counts of regulatory T cell (Treg),T helper cell 17 (Th17),CD4 positive T cell (CD4+ T cell) and total lymphocytes in the peripheral blood were determined by flow cytometry.Calculated the ratios of Treg/CD4+ T cells,Treg/total lymphocytes,Th17/CD4+ T cells,Th17/total lymphocytes and Treg/Th17,then the pregnancy outcomes were followed up.According to the different pregnancy outcomes,the patients were divided into three groups: URSA successful delivery group (23 cases),URSA re-miscarriage group (37 cases) and normal successful delivery group (44 cases).Non-parametric test were used to compare the differences between groups.Results There were no difference between the URSA re-miscarriage group and URSA successful delivery group in the CD4+ T cell counts[(1 570.16±519.56) vs (1 571.83±450.37),t=0.01,P=0.99]and total lymphocytes[(4 497.11±975.48) vs (4 558.52±1 032.54),t=0.23,P=0.82].However,the ratios of Treg/CD4+ T cells[(1.09±0.62) vs (3.32±2.30),t=4.55,P=0.000 1],Treg/total lymphocytes[(0.42±0.24) vs (1.31±1.14),t=3.67,P=0.001 3]and Treg/Th17[(0.56±0.41) vs (2.51±2.38),t=3.89,P=0.000 8]in the URSA miscarriage again group were significantly lower whereas the ratios of Th17/CD4+ T cells[(1.85±0.92) vs (0.93±0.36),t=5.40,P<0.001]and Th17/total lymphocytes[(0.64±0.31) vs (0.31±0.14),t=5.52,P<0.001]were significantly higher.Similarly,There were no difference between the URSA re-miscarriage group and normal successful delivery group in the CD4+ T cell counts[(1 570.16±519.56) vs (1 566.86±651.36),t=0.03,P=0.98]and total lymphocytes[(4 497.11±975.48) vs (4 720.91±1 572.92),t=0.78,P=0.44].However,the ratios of Treg/CD4+ T cells[(1.09±0.62) vs (3.17±1.81),t=7.16,P<0.001],Treg/total lymphocytes[(0.42±0.24) vs (1.03±0.51),t=7.08,P<0.001]and Treg/Th17[(0.56±0.41) vs (1.87±1.68),t=4.98,P<0.001]in the URSA re-miscarriage group were significantly lower whereas the ratios of Th17/CD4+ T cells[(1.85±0.92) vs (1.12±0.50),t=4.29,P<0.001]and Th17/total lymphocytes[(0.64±0.31) vs (0.36±0.15),t=5.01,P<0.001]were significantly higher.Conclusions Treg and Th17 cell counts in the peripheral blood of patients with URSA might be useful in predicting their pregnancy outcomes.The decrease of Treg cell counts and the increase of Th17 cell counts might imply another abortion.

Monoclonal antibody-targeted therapy has been a hot spot in current clinical cancer treatment. As current antibody drugs have large molecule sizes leading to poor tissue penetration, and high dosage in clinical application leading to high cost, to overcome the problems, the development of new antibody drugs with miniaturization and high potency has become a new trend. In recent years, the conjugates of monoclonal antibodies and cytotoxins, called antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), have entered the arsenal of anti-cancer drugs, becoming a new format of antibody drugs and attracting extensive attentions. The ADC molecule usually consists of antibody, linker and effector molecule. According to different effector molecules, ADCs can be divided into three categories as chemo-conjugates, immunotoxins and radio-conjugates. When ADC molecules are internalized into cancer cells, cytotoxins will be released by chemical, enzyme degradation or by action of lysosomal proteases, then kill targeted cells by inhibiting protein synthesis, depolymerizing microtubules or breaking double-strand DNA. Recently, two ADC drugs have been approved by the US FDA and more ADC drug candidates are in clinical phase II or III trials which show significantly clinical effects and attracting much attention and competition of pharmaceutical enterprises. In this review, antibody conjugates in the past and present will be summarized and the future development trends and challenges of this type of antibody drugs will be discussed.

Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) belongs to the transmembrane glycoprotein receptor family. Overexpression of HER2 could directly lead to tumorigenesis and metastasis. This phenomenon could be observed in the breast cancer, ovarian cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer and prostate cancer. Compared with the conventional chemotherapy, the targeted treatment of antibody is more specific and has lower side effects. This review describes the current status of monotherapy and combination therapies of anti-HER2 antibodies, trastuzumab and pertuzumab, with chemotherapeutic drugs. The development trends of new formats of anti-HER2 antibody drugs such as bispecific antibody, immunotoxin are also discussed.

Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Zhiqian Capsule;To provide evidence for researches on preparation into new Chinese medicine. Methods The main influential factors of extraction technology included the quantity of water, extraction time and immersion time. The extraction effect was evaluated with the content of aesculetin and the extract yield as indexes. The optimal extraction technology of Zhiqian Capsule was selected by single factor experiment and central composite design-response surface method. Results The best extraction conditions were as follows:reflux extraction for twice, the first time adding 10-fold of water and extraction for 2.5 h, the second time adding 8-fold of water and extraction for 2 h. Conclusion The optimal extraction technology of Zhiqian Capsule is efficient for extracting aesculetin, as well as economical, reasonable, easy and feasible.
