Objective To investigate serum levels of β-human chorionic gonadotrophin (β-HCG) and progesterone (P) in early pregnant women,and their relation to luteal maintenance therapy for early pregnancy protection.Methods One hundred and thirty five infertility women treated in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital from January 2007 to December 2011.Total 150pregnancy cycles,including 84 with intrauterine insemination (IUI) and 66 with natural conception,were divided into two groups:normal intrauterine pregnancy group (group A,n =80) and early pregnancy loss group (group B,n =70).Medical history,ultrasonic findings,serum female hormone,P and β-HCG levels at early pregnancy stage were analyzed.Results The age of group A and group B was (30.0 ± 3.9) years and(30.7 ± 4.9) years,respectively (P ＞ 0.05).The follicle-stimulating hormone/luteinizing hormone in group A and group B was 1.57 ±0.96 and 1.56 ± 1.08 ; the estradiol levels in two groups were (152 ±66) pmol/L and (147 ± 69) pmol/L,respectively (both P ＞ 0.05).There were no differences in dominant follicles and endometrial thickness between groups A and B (P ＞ 0.05).Ovulation promotion and luteal support treatments were adopted in both groups:50％ (40/80) of cycles in group A received ovulation promotion,73％ (58/80) of cycles received luteal support,while 44％ (31/70) and 76％ (53/70) received in groups B,respectively.The levels of serum progesterone in group A during 14-21 d,22-27 d and ≥ 28 d after ovulation were higher than those in group B at each time points (P ＜ 0.0l).There were no significant differences in serum progesterone levels between women with luteal support treatment and those without luteal support treatment in both groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Dynamic monitoring of serum progesterone level in early pregnancy may be used as an auxiliary index for prediction of pregnancy outcome,but it may not be an indicator for luteal maintenance therapy.

Objective To discuss the feasibility and effect of labeled antibody on targeting therapy of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) associated thrombocytopenia.Methods MTX-IVIG conjugate was prepared by indirect and direct cross linking,and the binding ability of it to Fc fragment was detected by indirect immunofluor-escence.The killing activity of the conjugate was detected by MTT method using murine macrophage with Fc receptor and strain U937 of human monocytic leukemia cell as targets.Results Conjugation showed stronger cytotoxicity upon target cells than free MTX,and it showed less cytotoxic effect on Fc receptor negative cells compared with the positive ones.IVIG-HSA-MTX restrained the phagocyte of macrophage.The killing effect of IVIG-HSA-MTX was significantly stronger than that of IVIG-MTX.Conclusion The conjugation can show a highly specific cytotoxicity upon mononuclear-macrophage in vitro.

Objective To investigate the effect of liraglutide combined with insulin on the HbA1c, T lymphocyte subsets and islet function in patients with type 1 diabetes.Methods 46 cases from endocrinology department of Tangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital with type 1 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into two groups each group had 23 patients.Control group were given recombinant human insulin to control blood sugar according to the blood glucose level, and experimental group were given liraglutide on the basis of control group.HbA1c, T lymphocyte subsets, C-Peptide ( CP) and islet function were compared after treatment.ResuIts Compared with control group after treatment, HBAlc level in experimental group was lower (P<0.05); CD4 +T was higher, CD8 +T was lower, and CD4 +/CD8 +T was higher (P<0.05); the fasting plasma glucose (FPG) level was lower (P<0.05);2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2 hPG) was lower (P<0.05); CP and 2-hour postprandial C-Peptide (2 hCP) were higher (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between two groups.ConcIusion Liraglutide combined with insulin could significantly reduce serum glycated hemoglobin level, increase CD4 +T level and reduce CD8 +T level, improve islet function in patients with type 1 diabetic.

Objective To transfect PCDNA3.0-HIF1-? into the endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs),in order to provide the foundation for exploring myocardial vascular repairing capacity and angiogenesis of the EPCs transfected with HIF gene.Methods The EPCs were separated by the method of density gradient separation in the human bone marrow,and then the cells were inoculated in the fibronectin-packaged petri dishes complete medium with the concentration of 1?106?mL-1,and cultivated for 14 d. One hundred and ten postmenopausal women,complaining vaginal discomfort,recurrent urinary tract infections or painful intercourse and visiting the hospital between March 2014 and February 2015 were enrolled in the study.Among them,58 patients received vaginal administration of estriol estriol ointment (group A) and 52 patients received conventional treatment (group B).There were no significant differences in mean age of menopause and mean menopause duration between two groups.The clinical symptoms,vaginal health scores,pelvic organ prolapse were observed after treatment.After 6-month treatment,the female vaginal health score was significantly improved in women group A,the rate of urinary orifice was reduced (78％ vs.7％),and the rate of pelvic organ prolapse was decreased (36％ vs.21％).The geritourinary syndrome of menopause is a new term for vulvovaginal atrophy with clinical characteristics of multi-system changes in postmenopausal women,including atrophic vaginitis,female urogenital diseases,and pelvic organ prolapse.The new diagnostic criteria are needed for evaluation and management of geritourinary syndrome.

BACKGROUND:The severity of tissue injury varies with the causes of the amputated finger. Simple soft tissue, vessels or nerves injury could be easily repaired by adjacent finger flap or abdominal flaps. However, these treatments are short of long repair time, reoperation and unsatisfactory appearance of the finger. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficiency of Flow-through flap from the fibular side of great toe to repair skin and soft tissue defects in digital replantation. METHODS:From January 2011 to October 2013, Flow-through flap from the fibular side of great toe was applied to repair soft tissue injury in digital replantation for 11 cases (8 males and 3 females, age ranged from 23 to 42 years. Skin defects ranged from 2.0 cm ×1.5 cm to 4.0 cm×2.2 cm; vascular defect ranged from 1-3 cm, 1.5 cm averagely; and the flap size ranged from 2.2 cm×1.7 cm to 4.5 cm×2.5 cm. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The folow-up time of al patients was 6-18 months. Digital replantation was successful in al the 11 cases. Ten cases were healed by first intention, and one case was gradualy rescued after dressing change. Patients were satisfied with the flap and the peripheral sensation. The peripheral discrimination of patients was 4 to 10 mm. The fingers functioned wel in flexion and extension. Of the 11 cases, 9 cases were valued excelent and 2 cases was rated as good, according to the upper extremity function evaluation standard of the Hand Surgey Branch of Chinese Medical Association. Flow-through flap from the fibular side of great toe is an ideal method to repair skin soft tissue and vascular defects in digital replantation.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic right hemihepatectomy under selective hemihepatic inflow occlusion.Methods In performing this procedure,first dissect the right hepatic portal,and under selective hemihepatic inflow occlusion,laparoscopie Peng's multifunctional operative dissector (LPMOD) was used to transect the hepatic parenchyma by stepwise curettage and aspiration.Results Procedures were successful in all six patients of benign liver diseases,though a small subcostal auxiliary incision was needed in one case to control the middle hepatic vein branch hemorrhage.Operation time was 300-540 min[mean,( 399 ± 75 ) min].The time of hepatic portal dissect was 30-75 min[mean,(51 ± 16) min].The time of liver parenchyma transection was 60-160 min[mean,( 116 ± 32) min].Intraoperative blood loss was 600-3000 ml[mean,( 1486 ± 809 ) ml].The level of ALT increased to (302-557) U/L[mean,(386 ± 85 ) U/L]after the operation,and back to normal level in 5-11 d[mean,( 7.1 ± 2.0) d].The postoperative hospital stay was 10-18 d[mean,( 12.4 ± 2.6 ) d].No severe complication occurred after the operation.Conclusions Laparoscopic right hemihepatectomy under selective hemihepatic inflow occlusion is safe and feasible.

Objective:To investigate the effect of esculentoside (EsA) on apoptosis of murine thymocyte. Methods:Using electronic microscope, DNA agarose electrophoresis and flow cytometry analysis,the effect of EsA on apoptosis of murine thymocyte was examined. Results:The result showed that apoptosis of activated thymocyte by ConA was markedly promoted by 2.5, 5, 10 ?g/ml EsA in murine thymocyte culture for 3 h, but the spontaneous apoptosis was not affected by EsA. Conclusion:The results suggest that EsA has the positive effect on apoptosis of activated murine thymocyte.

Objective To study the signal transduction pathway for myocyte contraction induced by Substance K (SK) in rats. Methods The fluorescent Ca 2+ indicator Fluo 3AM was used to quantitate the calcium signal directly in the primary cultured myocardial cells. Changes of free Ca 2+ concentration in cardiac myocytes were detected by flow cytometry. The phospholipase C (PLC) inhibitor, neomycin and IP3 receptor antagonist, heparin, were used to block signal system of phosphates Ca 2+ in order to investigate whether they took part in the SK induced changes of [Ca 2+ ]i in myocytes. Results SK(1.78?10 -5 mol/L) elevated [Ca 2+ ]i in myocytes. The effects could be blocked by neomycin and heparin. Conclusion SK can elevate [Ca 2+ ]i in myocyte, which may be mediated by a signal system of phosphates Ca 2+ .

Objective To study the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic left lateral sectionectomy using the Glissonian pedicel approach.Methods The root of the round ligament of the liver was exposed and the Glissonian pedicel of the left lateral section was dissected,starting from left and using the lapa roscopic Peng's multifunctional operative dissector (LPMOD).After the Glissonian pedicel of segment Ⅱ and Ⅲ was dissected,clipped and cut,the ischemic boundary showed up.The liver was transected at the boundary of the ischemic liver,and the left hepatic vein and its branches were cut. Resutts The surgery was successtully performed in 8 patients.There was no conversion to open operation.The operative time was 110- 190 (151.0±35.4) min.The time of Glissonian pedicel dissection and liver resection was 70- 135 (101.0±24.1) min.Operative blood loss was 100-300(210.0± 89.4) ml.The ALT increased by 35- 102 (75.4± 26.5) U/L after operation and decreased to a normal level in 2-6 (3.0± 1.7) d.The postoperative hospital stay was 6-10 (8.2± 1.6) d.There was no major complication.Conclusion Laparoscopic left lateral sectionectomy using the Glissonian pedicel approach is safe and feasible.
