Objective To discuss the MRI characteristics of pituitary abscess,so that to improve the diagnosis of it.Methods MR imaging data in 8 cases with pituitary abscess proved by operation and pathology, and antibiosis therapy were retrospectively analyzed in combination with review of literatures.Of 8 cases,3 were male and 5 were female, the mean age was 53.3 years(ranged 36~62 years). Results MRI findings included hypophysis enlargement, isointensity in 6 cases and slight hyperintensity in 2 cases on T1WI;isointensity in 4,hyperintensity in 2 and mixed iso-and hyperintensity in 2 on T2WI;hyperintensity in one on DWI.On contrast-enhanced scan, all pituitary masses showed ring enchancement,6 cases showed thickened walls which were slightly lamellar;7 cases demonstrated pituitary stalk thickening and enchancement. Conclusion Pituitary abscesses are of certain typical MRI characteristics.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of oxaliplatin, mitomycin and doxorubicin combined with three-di-mensional conformal radiotherapy for patients with lack of blood supply hepatocellular carcinoma. METHODS:62 patients with lack of blood supply hepatocellular carcinoma who lose the opportunity of operation were randomly divided into control group(31 cas-es)and observation group(31 cases). Control group received puncture through the femoral artery by Seldiner, selectively interven-ing in hepatic arteries for DSA angiography, then intravenously injected 130 mg/m2 Oxaliplatin for injection via the catheter, once every 2 weeks+Mitomycin for injection 10 mg,intravenously, once every 1-3 week(s)+Doxorubicin for injection 1.2 mg/kg,once every 3 weeks, then giving Iodinated oil emulsifier and Gelatin sponge particle for hepatic artery embolization, appropriate Iodinat-ed oil emulsifier and Gelatin sponge particle once a month, for 3 times. Observation group was additionally received three-dimen-sional conformal radiotherapy 2 Gy,for 25-30 times with total dose of 50-60 Gy,once every 3 days. They were treated for 3-month. Clinical efficacy, the survival rate and median survival time after the first administration of drug for 1,2 and 3 years in 2 groups were observed, and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded. RESULTS:The total effective rate, the survival rate and median survival time in 1,2 and 3 years in observation were significantly higher than control group, with statistical signifi-cance (P<0.05). The incidences of neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, hemoglobin decreased and radioactive disease in observation group were significantly higher than control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Oxaliplatin,mitomy-cin and doxorubicin combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy have good efficacy for patients with hepatocellular lack of blood supply carcinoma, also can prolong the survival time, they show poor safety.

Objective:
To investigate the effect and safety of intensive hyperthermia combined with low-dose cisplatin plus radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with locally advanced NSCLC.
Methods:
From January 2012 to December 2015, 104 patients with locally advanced NSCLC were chosen in the Second People's Hospital of Weifang and randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table, with 52 patients in each group. The control group was given low-dose cisplatin plus radiotherapy, and the observation group was given intensive hyperthermia on the basis of control group. The ORR, DCR, median OS, median PFS, KPS score, the levels of coagulation function index and tumor markers before and after treatment and incidence of side effects in the two groups were compared.
Results:
The DCR of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.54% vs.69.23%, χ2=8.24,

OBJECTIVE
To investigate the effect of bs-5-YHEDA iron chelating peptide combined with semaglutide on the cognitive ability and pathological characteristics of D-Gal-induced Alzheimer's disease(AD) model mice.
METHODS
Forty mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely the healthy control group, PBS group, bs-5-YHEDA iron chelating peptide group, combined treatment group and positive control group, with 8 mice in each group, half of each sex. Except for the healthy control group, D-galactose was injected to induce the AD mice model for 6 weeks. For 3 consecutive weeks starting from the 4th week, the bs-5-YHEDA iron chelating peptide group was injected with bs-5-YHEDA(1 mg·mL–1) once every other day at 200 µL in the tail vein; the bs-5-YHEDA iron chelating peptide(1 mg·mL–1) and semaglutide(25 nmol·kg–1·d–1) were given alternately once a day in the combination treatment group; the positive control group was given memantine(3.3 mg·kg–1·d–1) by gavage every other day. The healthy control group and PBS group were injected with the equal dose of PBS. At the end of treatment, the learning memory ability of mice was detected by the Morris water maze method, whole brain and whole blood were dissected, and pathological changes in hippocampal region were observed by HE staining, and Aβ expression and Tau protein phosphorylation levels were detected by immunohistochemistry, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunoblotting.
RESULTS
In the Morris water maze spatial exploration experiment, the differences in the number of times the mice traversed the platform, the ratio of swimming distance to the target quadrant, and the time ratio were statistically significant in each group(P<0.05); compared with the PBS group, the ratio of swimming distance to the target quadrant increased in the combined treatment group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The results of HE staining showed that compared with the healthy control mice, the hippocampal area in the PBS group showed reduced levels of pyramidal cells, disorganized arrangement, cell edema, and deep staining of nuclei consolidation. Cellular disorganization, deep staining of nuclei and apoptosis in the hippocampus were significantly improved in each treatment group after drug treatment. Immunohistochemistry and Western blotting results showed that the Aβ expression levels and Tau protein phosphorylation levels were significantly higher in the PBS-administered mice compared with the healthy control mice, and the Aβ expression levels and Tau protein phosphorylation levels were reduced in each group after drug treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.01 or P<0.001 ).
CONCLUSION
The combination of bs-5-YHEDA iron chelating peptide and semaglutide can effectively improve the learning and memory ability and pathological characteristics of AD mice, but from the results of immunohistochemistry and immunoblotting experiments, the improvement of pathological characteristics of AD mice in the combination treatment group is not obvious compared with the single bs-5-YHEDA iron chelating peptide group, suggesting that there may be a threshold effect of our designed dual-target combination treatment on the cognitive improvement of AD mice, and the optimization and validation of the effect of multi-target combination treatment need further study.
