1.Research on the Method for the Limit Detection of Aconitine in Wuqi Shujin Tongluo Tablet

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the limit detection of aconitine in Wuqi shujin tongluo tablet. METHODS:TLC was conducted to identify the aconitine;TLC plate was silica gel G plate,developing solvent was toluene-ethyl acetate-chloro-form-acetone-ammonia(20:18:3:6:1,V/V/V/V/V),chromogenic agent was bismuth potassium iodide test solution and sodium ni-trite ethanol test solution;and durability investigation and detection limit detection were used to optimize the TLC plate,tempera-ture and humidity. RESULTS:TLC showed the aconitine had clear spots and negative control without interference. The durability was good;detection limit was 0.9 μg;available TLC plate was Merck HPTLC prefabricated plate, silica gel G TLC plate setf-made silica gel G TLC plate with adhesive of sodium carboxymethycellulose;temperature was 5-16 ℃ and humidity was 32%-72%. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple and reproducibility,and can be used for the limit detection of aconitine in Wuqi shujin tongluo tablet.
2.Diagnosis value on four biochemical indicator detection for the early renal impairment in multiple myeloma patients

Objective To explore the changes and comparisons of the four biochemical indicator detection for the early renal im‐pairment in multiple myeloma patients .Methods The 54 patients with multiple myeloma of early onset(MM group) and 54 healthy peoples(control group) were retrospectively analyzed .The levels of serum Cystatin C(Cys C) ,creatinine(Cr) ,β2‐microglobulin(β2‐MG) ,and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) were detected .And the results for statistical analysis .Results The levels of serum Cys C , Cr ,β2‐MG and LDH were higher significantly in the MM group than in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .In the MM group ,the positive rate of Cys C ,Cr ,β2‐MG ,LDH ,combined detection of Cys C and Cr ,combined detection of β2‐MG and LDH ,combined detection of Cys C ,Cr ,β2‐MG and LDH was 63 .0% ,42 .6% ,74 .1% ,61 .1% ,66 .7% ,85 .2% and 96 .3% respectively .The positive rate of Cys C was higher than Cr ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Between the positive rate of combined detection of β2‐MG ,LDH and Cys C ,Cr ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05) .The positive rate of combined detection of the four biochemical tests was the most highest .Conclusion In the early stage of the renal in‐jury in the patients with MM ,the combined detection of the four biochemical tests is most sensitive to discovery the early stage of the renal glomerular function injury .
3.Effect of hypothyroxinemia on the emotion in developing rats

Objective To investigate the effect of hypothyroxinemia on emotion and hippocampus neurons in developing rats.Methods Sixty-nine healthy postnatal day (PD) 1 rats were randomly divided into control group (n =36) and experimental group (n =33).On PD1,experimental group was bilaterally thyroidectomized to establish hypothyroxinemia model,the control group was only given thyroid exposure operation without thyroid resection.On PD10,21,40,serum triiodothyronine (T3),thyroxine (T4),thyrotropicstimulating hormone (TSH) were detected by radioimmunoassay.Tail suspension test,forced swimming test,the elevated-plus maze and open field were respectively employed to detect the anxiety/depression like behavior on PD30,31,32,33.Nisslg staining was used to determine the survival of neurons at PD10,21,40 in hippocampus CA1,CA3,DG regions.Results Serum T4 levels on PD10,21,40 in experimental group decreased significantly as compared with control group (P <0.01),while there was no significant difference in serum T3 or TSH level (P > 0.05).In the tail suspension test,immobility time of experimental group [(197.00 ± 19.50) s] was longer than control group [(158.33 ± 32.90) s,P <0.05].In the forced swimming test,immobility time of experimental group[(92.11 ± 35.24) s] was longer than control group [(62.00 ± 23.73) s,P < 0.05].In the elevated plus-maze test,total number of arm entries and closed arm entries in experimental group were increased as compared with control group(P < 0.05),percentage of closed arm/total time of experimental group was decreased as compared with control group(P < 0.05).In the open field,there was no obvious difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).On PD10,21,40,the amount of neurons in DG region of experimental group were less than control group(P <0.05),while there was no significant difference in CA1 or CA3 on PD10,21,40(P >0.05).Contusions Hypothyroxinemia can cause depression,hyperactivity and hippocampus neuron damage of developing rats.
4.Application of nanodrug carriers in the prevention and treatment of infection around orthopedic prosthesis.

Despite the continuous improvement in perioperative use of antibiotics and aseptic techniques, the incidence of infection continues to rise as the need for surgery increasing and brings great challenges to orthopedic surgery. The rough or porous structure of the prosthesis provides an excellent place for bacterial adhesion, proliferation and biofilm formation, which is the main cause of infection. Traditional antibiotic therapy and surgical debridement are difficult to determine whether the infected focus have been removed completely and whether the infection will recur. In recent years, nanotechnology has shown obvious advantages in biomaterials and drug delivery. Nano drug carriers can effectively achieve local antimicrobial therapy, prevent surgical infection by local sustained drug release or intelligent controlled drug release under specific stimuli, and reduce the toxic side effects of drugs. The unique advantages of nanotechnology provide new ideas and options for the prevention and treatment of periprosthetic infection. At present, the application of nano-technology in the prevention and treatment of infection can be divided into the addition of nano-drug-loaded materials to prosthesis materials, the construction of drug-loaded nano-coatings on the surface of prosthesis, the perfusable nano-antimicrobial drug carriers, and the stimulation-responsive drug controlled release system. This article reviews the methods of infection prevention and treatment in orthopaedic surgery, especially the research status of nanotechnology in the prevention and treatment of periprosthetic infection.
