0bjective The cognitive intervention effects of different forms of virtual reality technology in mild cognitive impairment (MCI) patients were systematically evaluated to find the best form of virtual reality intervention in MCI patients. Methods The computer searched of CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, Embase and Cochrane Library included literatures on virtual reality technology intervention for MCI patients for evaluation. Results 5 randomized controlled trials were included, a total of 232 participants were in, the intervention group was 115 participants, control group was 117 participants, the results showed that virtual reality memory training had greatly improved cognitive function (P<0.01), Virtual reality program training, double interactive virtual reality technology therapy and virtual reality rehabilitation training system combined with primary meridian acupuncture therapy can improve the cognitive ability of MCI patients (P<0.05). The virtual reality dual task training has no statistical significance for the improvement of cognitive function (P>0.05). Conclusions Virtual reality technology intervention for MCI patients is an effective way to improve the cognitive ability of patients.
3. Research progress of virtual reality technology in the rehabilitation management of breast cancer patients
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2019;35(13):1032-1035
This paper summarizes the application of virtual reality technology in rehabilitation management of breast cancer patients, and its impact on rehabilitation management of breast cancer patients. It mainly involves: improving psychological status, reducing anxiety; reducing the incidence of cancer-related fatigue; reducing pain, improving quality of life; improving patient compliance, effectively promoting the recovery of body function; increasing patients' knowledge of disease awareness rate. It is pointed out that the research of virtual reality in China is at the initial stage, and the types of virtual situation intervention are relatively few. In the future development, the evaluation criteria of rehabilitation training should be improved on the basis of adding virtual situation.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2019;35(27):2119-2123
Objective:
To explore the correlation between post-traumatic growth (PTG) and sleep quality among parents of children with epilepsy.
Methods:
In this cross-sectional study, 191 parents of children with epilepsy were selected from Shangdong Province Third Hospital by convenience sampling method, the questionnaire included socio-demographic questionnaire, the Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).
Results:
The score of PTGI and PSQI of parents of children with epilepsy were (28.63±10.85) and (5.97±3.72), respectively. The score of PTGI and PSQI in parents' health status with health, general, worse was (29.44±10.66), (25.28±11.26), (19.00±7.81) and (5.57±3.51), (7.23±3.53), (15.00±1.73), the difference was significant (

Objective:To explore the effect of healthcare failure mode and effect analysis (HFMEA) in reducing the incidence of nursing interruption with negative outcome in operating room, so as to maximize the smooth progress of the surgical process. Methods:This was a quasi experimental study. The gastrointestinal surgery room of Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University was selected for the study. According to the surgical sequence, 38 surgeries performed in the gastrointestinal surgery suite from August 15-30, 2021 were set as the control group, and the conventional healthcare cooperation model process was implemented; 42 surgeries performed from September 15-30, 2021 were set as the intervention group, and the operating room under the HFMEA model was implemented negative outcome care disruption event management process.A video tracking method combined with a surgical care disruption event register was used to investigate the occurrence of negative outcome care disruption events in the operating room, comparing the number, duration, source of disruption events and the incidence of near miss events in the operating room between the control group and the intervention group. Results:In the control group, there were 38 observed surgeries, 190 negative outcome care interruptions, negative outcome interruptions of (5.26 ± 1.02) min duration, and no near misses; in the intervention group, there were 42 observed surgeries, 84 negative outcome care interruptions, negative outcome interruptions of (2.06 ± 0.08) min duration, and no near misses. There were statistically significant differences in the number, duration of negative outcome care interruptions between the intervention group and the control group ( χ2 = - 18.71, t = - 20.28; all P<0.01). There was statistically significant difference in the source of negative outcome care interruptions between the intervention group and the control group ( χ2 = - 12.71, P<0.01). Conclusions:HFMEA model can effectively reduce the number of negative nursing interruptions in the operating room, shorten the duration of interruptions, and minimize potential safety hazards caused by nursing interruptions, which is conducive to ensuring the safety of patients.

General education in biological courses such as "Principal Biology" is an essential avenue for gaining an understanding of life science and developing an interest in the field. The reform of biological education teaching mode based on interdisciplinary approaches aims to foster cross-disciplinary talents, which is crucial for the rapid development of China's bioeconomy. Teaching method that simply superimposes different subjects is difficult to discover the value of interdisciplinary education. To address this, a novel teaching system and an innovative teaching mode were proposed for "Principal Biology" course by integrating science and engineering subjects, based on the cross-disciplinary feature in Beijing Institute of Technology. The system involves the design of cross-disciplinary course content and the integration of multiple disciplines and knowledge points based on students' majors, taking into account the characteristics of students' physical and mental development. To improve students' scientific literacy and interdisciplinary thinking ability, differentiated and major-driven teaching modes were applied by incorporating the "1+N" mixed and immersive cross-thinking training. The effectiveness of tailored cross-disciplinary teaching was evaluated using "in-teaching" and "post-teaching" data feedback models, which promote the optimization of teaching process and enhance the quality of education in cross-disciplinary biological science.
