Objective To investigate the Toxoplasma gondii infection status in pregnant women with history of adverse preg?nancy and risk factors in Bazhou area,Hebei Province. Methods A total of 302 pregnant women with the history of adverse pregnancy were chosen as respondents(an experimental group)in the hospital from March 2012 to December 2015,and 197 pregnant women without the history of adverse pregnancy as a control group. TOX?IgG and TOX?IgM were detected by using ELI?SA in two groups. The risk factors of Toxoplasma infection were surveyed by questionnaires. Results The total positive rate of Toxoplasma antibodies was 28.15%(85/302)in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than that[9.64%(19/197)]in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=24.76,P<0.05). The positive rates of TOX?IgM,TOX?IgG and TOX?IgM+TOX?IgG were 6.95%(21/302),18.54%(56/302),and 2.65%(8/302)respectively in the ex?perimental group, which were higher than 2.03%(4/197),7.61%(15/197),and 0%(0/197)respectively in the control group (χ2=6.07,11.67,3.76,all P<0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that the proportions of keeping pets, cutting board re?gardless, liking to eat hot pot or barbecue, eating raw meat, often eating in the restaurant in the pregnant women with Toxoplas?ma infection were higher than those in the pregnant women without Toxoplasma infection, and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=22.57,3.96,5.87,7.40,4.86,all P<0.05),and therefore, the above unhealthy habits may be important risk factors. Conclusions Toxoplasma infection could lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes. Therefore, the above?mentioned unhealthy habits should be avoided, especially during pregnancy period.

Methods:
A total of 740 university students were sampled from five universities in Binjiang District, Hangzhou City using a cluster random sampling method. The mobile phone addiction, aggressive behaviors and self-perceived identity were assessed using the Mobile Phone Addiction Index Scale, the Athens Insomnia Scale, the Chinese college students' version of the Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire, and the Self-Perceived Identity Scale, and the mediating effect of insomnia among mobile phone addiction, aggressive behaviors and self-perceived identity was examined using Process macro program and Bootstrap method.
Results:
A total of 740 questionnaires were allocated, and 700 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 94.59%. The respondents included 221 men (31.57%) and 479 women (68.43%), and there were 607 respondents with a specialty of medicine (86.71%). There were 331 participants detected with mobile phone addiction (47.29%), 90 with aggressive behaviors (12.86%) and 289 with low-level self-perceived identity (41.29%), and the prevalence rates of mild, moderate, severe and extremely severe insomnia were 28.00%, 26.14%, 26.43% and 19.43% among respondents, respectively. Mobile phone addiction had a direct predictive effect on aggressive behaviors (β=0.301, P<0.001) and self-perceived identity (β=-0.129, P<0.001), and presented an indirect predictive effect on aggressive behaviors (effect of mobile phone addiction on insomnia: β=0.083, P<0.001; effect of insomnia on aggressive behaviors: β=0.999, P<0.001; effect of insomnia on self-perceived identity: β=-0.698, P<0.001). The contributions of mediating effects caused by insomnia were 21.61% and 31.02% to total effects.
Conclusions
Insomnia presents partial mediating effects among mobile phone addiction, aggressive behaviors and self-perceived identity among university students. Mobile phone addiction may directly affect aggressive behaviors and self-perceived identity, and indirectly affect aggressive behaviors and self-perceived identity via insomnia.

Objective To raise the level of clinical diagnosis for the patients with pituitary stalk interruption syndrome (PSIS). Methods Five patients (4 males) with PSIS were retrospectively analyzed with respects to the clinical features, endocrine status and image characteristics. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan was performed at hypothalamic-pituitary region. Results The clinical manifestations of all patients consisted of growth retardation and delayed puberty without polyuria. Deficiency of multiple anterior pituitary hormones was revealed in all patients by the evaluation of endocrine status. The features of MRI included a lack of visible pituitary stalk, absence of posterior lobe hypersignal in the sella turcica and a hyperintense spot in the region of the thalamus opticus. Conclusion The clinical characteristics of patients with PSIS are growth retardation and delayed puberty. The evaluation of anterior pituitary function is necessary. The detection of an anatomical abnormality around hypothalamic-pituitary region by MRI is important diagnostic evidence.

Chinese Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery 2020;23(10):944-948
The detection rate of submucosal tumors in the gastric cardia increases year by year. Most of these tumors are benign or borderline tumors, among which leiomyoma and gastrointestinal stromal tumor are more common. The functional preservation of the gastric cardiac region is closely related to the anatomical structure of the esophagogastric junction. The esophageal reflux is mainly evaluated directly or indirectly by upper gastrointestinal radiography, gastroscopy, CT examination and manometric measurements of the lower esophagus. For tumors at this specific region, the risk of lymph node metastasis is very low, and according to the tumor free principle, usually only complete removal of the tumor is required. We aim to introduce the minimally invasive and function preserving procedures, including endoscopic therapy alone, laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery , and totally laparoscopic surgery. The selection of this tailored treatment should be based on the tumor location, size, shape and growth pattern (intraluminal or extraluminal), and the experience of the surgical team, so as to improve postoperative quality of life of the patients.
