1.Comparative efficacy of Salmeterol assigned powder inhaler and Aminophylline Tablets treating female COPD with remission
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(13):2016-2018
Objective To explore the comparison of efficacy of Salmeterol assigned powder inhaler and Aminophylline Tablets treating female COPD with remission. Methods Selected in remission of COPD in female patients of 114 cases. With digital method were divided into observation group and control group with 57 cases in each group. The observation group inhaled salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder, while the control group oral amin-ophylline tablets for treatment.Effect and Lung function index, such as IC,FEV1 ,FVC,FEV1 % etc.were compared between the two groups after the treatment. Results The observation group treatment effects achieved significantly accounted for 47.37% (27 /57),which was significantly higher than 26.32% (15 /57)in control group, and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(χ2 =4.150,P =0.042).In addition, the IC,FEV1 ,FVC,FEV1 %index increased significantly in the observation group after treatment, and the TDI,6MWD was also higher. The difference was statistically significant (t =5.077,4.746,P =0.000,0.000).Conclusion Salmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhalation and aminophylline tablets in the treatment of female remission of COPD showed a high efficient results, but the relative effect of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhalation therapy effect is better, the degree of dyspnea alleviated better.

Objective To analyze the different doses of mifepristone in treatment of menopause induced by perimenopausal uterine leiomyoma , and to explore the clinical application of the effective dose of mifepristone. Methods 141 cases with perimenopausal uterine leiomyoma were divided into group A, group B and group C randomly, 47 cases in each group.Three group of patients were given mifepristone.Group A were treated with dose of 12.5 mg/d, group B was treated with 10.0 mg/d, group C was given with 5.0 mg/d.Three groups of patients continued treatment for three months. Uterine volume and leiomyoma volume were observed after treatment, and recorded status of induced menopausal after six months. Results Three groups with uterine volume and leiomyoma volume post-treatment were significantly less than pre-treatment (P<0.05);induction of menopause success rate of group A was 89.4%, menstruation incidence was 6.4%, vaginal bleeding was 2.1%, which was significantly better than the other two groups ( P<0.05) .Conclusion Different doses of mifepristone orally in treatment of perimenopausal uterine leiomyoma has a significant effect, but with 12.5mg/d induced menopause can effectively enhance the success rate , it could be used as the optimal dose of clinical treatment.

Objective To analyze the status quo of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) of the elderly in recent years in Shenzhen, to explore the characteristics of temporal and spatial distribution, and to establish prediction model of STDs of the elderly in Shenzhen. MethodsUsing the surveillance system data of STDs from 2005 to 2009 in Shenzhen city, the incidence, temporal and spatial distribution of syphilis and gonorrhea were analyzed in the elderly aged 50 years and over by SaTScan. The incidence prediction model of STDs was established by Eviews 5.0.Results (1)The incidences of the two kinds of STDs from 2005 to 2009 in Shenzhen were on the rise and on more marked increase in male than in female. The rising velocity in over-60 year age group was similar with in 50-59 year age group. The rising velocity of syphilis was faster than gonorrhea. (2)The space-time distribution analysis showed there were clusters of the STDs in elderly men in 2005 in Lianhua and Meilin districts (P = 0. 026, RR= 2.13). (3) ARIMA (0, 1,1) (0,0, 1) 12 model was a suitable forecasting model for STDs in elderly men in Shenzhen. Conclusions
