Objective To evaluate the imaging characteristics of atypical teratoid/rhab doid tumor (AT/RT) of central nervous system(CNS), and to improve the diagnostic ability of the disease. Methods The clinical and imaging findings of 9 patients were retrospectively analyzed. There were 5 male and 4 female, ages 7 months to 5 years, median age was 1.4 years. MR enhancement studies were obtained in all the cases. One case had CT enhancement examination. Results The lesions were seen in brain in 8 cases and in lumbosacral spinal cord in one case. The tumors size varied from 4.8—7.8 cm, Necrosis was seen in nine cases, cystic change in eight cases and hemorrhage in five cases. The tumors had high signal on DWI, and low signal on ADC map. Dura matter invasion(2 cases), cerebrospinal fluid spread(2 cases)and intracerebral metastasis were seen. Conclusion There are some relatively specific imaging findings of primary CNS AT/RT that could assist their diagnosis.

Objective To investigate the normal development of anterior and posterior acetabulum in children through measuring anterior and posterior acetabular indexes with the baseline from the thinnest point of acetabulum to the center of femoral head. Methods MRI data in 165 normal children aged 0-12 years were collected. The baselines were drawn from the center of the femoral head to the thinnest point of acetabulum (method 1) and from the one midpoint of Y cartilage to the contralateral (method 2),then the anterior or posterior bony acetabular index (A/PBAI) and anterior or posterior cartilaginous acetabular indexes (A/PCAI) were measured. The consistency of above parameters measured using two methods and between two observers was observed, and the correlation with parameters-gestational ages was analyzed. Results The consistency of ABAI (ICC=0.832) measured with two methods was good, and the consistency of ACAI (ICC=0.535),PBAI (ICC=0.565) and PCAI (ICC=0.472) was fair. The consistency between two observers was good (all ICC>0.75).ABAI,ACAI and PBAI were negatively correlated with age (r=-0.762,-0.475,-0.368,all P<0.001),and PCAI had no correlation with age (r=-0.190,P<0.005).Before 4 years old,ABAI gradually decreased with age and gradually stabilized after 4 years of age.ACAI and PBAI decreased slightly with aging.PCAI did not change obviously with aging. Conclusion The measuring method of anterior and posterior acetabular indexes with the baseline from the thinnest point of acetabulum to the center of femoral head can accurately evaluate the normal development of anterior and posterior acetabulum in children.

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of non-specific ureteritis. Methods Considered by the Court left pelvis area occupying one case, and there are special non-specific symptoms in patients with treatment ureteritis recalled while literature and discuss the effective non-specific ureteritis diagnosis and treatment. Results Surgery did not undergo resection of the left kidney ureter, only stripping, removal of parcels renal pelvis, ureter choco-late-like substance. Conclusion Patients with a lower back pain, clinical history of macroscopic haematuria, imag-ingstudies revealed hydronephrosis, renal pelvis and ureter wall thickening, irregular, or beaded change, ureteral peri-stalsis is poor, should be carefully and spontaneous perirenal hemorrhage, ureteral cancer identification, If by related tests, imaging examination and cytological examination failed to diagnose patients, feasible with bilateral renal pelvis ureter surgical exploration, avoid blindly kidney ureteral resection.

ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of sertraline combined with low-dose aripiprazole in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder in children and adolescents. MethodsA total of 62 cases pediatric patients aged 9~16 years who attended the outpatient clinic of a psychiatric hospital in Xiamen from June 2018 to May 2020 and met the diagnostic criteria of International Classification of Diseases, tenth edition (ICD-10) for obsessive-compulsive disorder were enrolled in the study. The selected children were randomly classified into two groups for different treatments. Control group (n=30) received sertraline monotherapy, and study group (n=32) received sertraline combined with low-dose aripiprazole treatment. At the baseline and the end of the 2nd, 4th, 8th and 12th weeks of treatment, children were assessed using Children's Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (CY-BOCS) and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale (TESS). Thereafter, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. ResultsThe compulsive behavior dimensional score of CY-BOCS of study group was lower than that of control group at end of the 2nd and 4th weeks of treatment (t=-2.083, -2.176, P<0.05). At the end of the 2nd week of treatment, the effective rate was 40.63% in study group, which was significantly higher than 3.33% in control group (χ2=12.317, P<0.01). By the end of the 12th weeks of treatment, the incidence rate of side effects yielded no statistical difference between two groups (χ2=1.608, P=0.205). ConclusionCompared with sertraline monotherapy, its combination with low-dose aripiprazole treatment can effectively accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms in childrenand adolescents with obsessive-compulsive disorder, while the combination therapy and sertraline monotherapy have equivalent safety.

Objective To discuss the experience of surgical treatment for cerebral sparganosis and analyze the factors affecting the removal of live worms. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data and treatment experience of 49 patients with cerebral sparganosis, admitted to and accepted surgery in our hospital from January 2001 to December 2017.These patients were divided into two groups according to whether the live worms were removed during the operation, namely live worms removal group and live worms non-removal group;factors affecting the removal of live worms were analyzed. Results A total of 36 live worms were removed from 49 patients, one of them took out two live worms in the same lesion. In 45 patients with seizures before surgery,39 of them had seizure-flee after surgery (Engel grading I).Re-examination MR imaging showed that lesions disappeared and no new lesions were found in the brains of the 39 patients.Another two with original lesion enhancement had shadow disappearance;however, new lesions appeared behind the lesion;one of them was re-operated in the contralateral temporal lobe of the original lesion, and the other one continued follow-up observation. No new hemorrhage lesion, infarction or meningitis after operation was noted in all patients.Statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences in times from lesion discovery to surgery and lesion locations between patients of the live worms removal group and the live worms non-removal group (P<0.05).Conclusions Surgical treatment of cerebral sparganosis is safe and effective.Surgical treatment should be performed as soon as possible after the lesion is discovered. The times from lesion discovery to operation should be shortened to prevent the displacement of the worms. At the same time,it is necessary to select the specific surgical plan and timing of surgery in combination with lesion location to improve removal rate of live insects and reduce surgical complications. If necessary, surgery can be performed again.

Objective:
To explore the serological and genotypic characteristics of a pedigree with B(A).06 subtype.
Methods:
Serological methods was used to identify the ABO phenotypes. Exons 6 and 7 of the ABO gene and flanking regions were subjected to direct sequencing and TA clonal sequencing in order to determine the genotype of individuals with inconsistent results for forward and reverse serological typing.
Results:
Among 12 individuals from 4 generations, 5 were identified with a AwB phenotype, along with a c. 803C>G mutation in exon 7 of the B allele, which was named as

This article introduces the combined application of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) and chymotrypsin in the treatment of post-operative mandibular osteomyelitis. The lesion was washed by chymotrypsin (4000U) and saline (500 ml). VSD is effective in the treatment of traumatic mandibular osteomyelitis. This study investigates the effect of VSD combined with chymotrypsin in the treatment of patients with osteomyelitis after mandibular trauma. It is proved that it has a good effect in ensuring drainage, controlling infection and retaining internal fixation, and can create a good environment for fracture healing.
