Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(02):-
Objective To study the situation of pathogenic bacteria of neonate infection in hospital, and to help shepherd clinical doctors use antibiotic rationally. Methods MIC and K-B methods were used to test 1098 specimens. Results 142 pathogenic bacterias were isolated.According to our materials S.aureus was the main pathogenic bacteria and the next were S.haemolyticus,S.epidermidis,E.coli,E.cloacae and K.pneumoniae respectively. The MRSA-positive rate in 28 strains of S.aureus was 54%;ESBLs-positive in E.coli was 21.4%;ESBLs-positive in K.pneumoniae was 20.0%.Now the drugs of sensitivity for Grgm positive were vancomycin(0%),clindamycin(8.4%) and cipnofloxacin(12.0%).The drugs of sensitivity for Grgm negtive rods were imipenem(3.6%),cipnofloxacin(7.1%) and amikacin(12.5%).Conclusion It is instructive to use antibiotic rationally for controlling neonate infection in hospital.

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic treatment of hepatic hydatid cysts. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with hepatic hydatid cysts who received laparoscopic endocyst extraction were retrospectively analyzed .Results The procedure was successful in all cases with no intraoperative leakage of fluid from the hepatic hydatid cysts or occurrence of anaphylactic shock. Postoperatively, there were 4 cases of recurrence , 8 cases of biliary fistula, 8 cases of residual cavity hydrops, and 1 case of postoperative bleeding. All of the cases were cured. The mortality in our study was zero. Conclusions Laparoscopic extraction of endocyst of hepatic hydatid cysts is a safe and effective procedure.
