Objective To investigate the status of AmpC β-lactamase and extended spectrum β-lactamases (ESBLs) production and drug-resistance characteristic of Enterobacter cloacae.Methods Enterobacter cloacae was isolated and cultured from variety of specimens from April 2005 to July 2007. VITEK32 automatic microbial analytical system was applied to performing identification of bacteria and susceptibility test. ESBLs were confirmed by NCCLS double disc assay, and three-dimensional test was used to detect AmpC.Results A total of 63 strains of Enterobacter cloacae were isolated, including 13(20.6%) single AmpC producing strains, 24(31.8%) single ESBLs producing strains, 6(9.5%) both AmpC and ESBLs producing strains, and 20(38.1%) neither AmpC nor ESBLs producing strains. The resistance of lactamases producing strains was significantly higher than that of lactamases non-producing ones. Especially in both AmpC and ESBLs producing strains, the drug resistance was serous.Conclusion The prevalence of AmpC β-lactamases and/or ESBLs producing strains is a higher level in Fuyang area. The drug resistance of AmpC β-lactamases producing Enterobacter cloacae isn′t identical to that of ESBLs producing one. Different categories of antibacterials should be chosen according to the different types of producing lactamases.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of rebamipide triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer with bleeding. METHODS:130 patients with gastric ulcer with bleeding were randomly divided into control group(65 cases)and obser-vation group(65 cases). Control group received Omeprazole enteric-coated capsule 20 mg,orally,twice a day+Aluminum magne-sium carbonate tablet 500 mg,orally,once a day;observation group was additionally received Rebamipide tablet 0.1 g,orally,3 times a day. They were treated for 12 weeks. Clinical efficacy,remission time of belching,abdominal pain,bloating,hematemesis/hematochezia,clinical symptom score before and after treatment,rebleeding and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group,remission time of symptoms and signs were significantly shorter than control group,the incidence of rebleeding was significantly lower than con-trol group,with statistical significances (P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the clinical symptom score (P>0.05). After treatment,the clinical symptom scores in 2 groups were significantly lower than before,and observation group was lower than control group,with statistical significances (P<0.05). And there was no significant difference in the inci-dence of adverse reactions (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Rebamipide triple therapy shows obvious short-term efficacy in the treat-ment of gastric ulcer with bleeding,which can effectively improve patients'gastrointestinal symptoms,reduce rebleeding risk,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.

Objective To explore sleep quality and mental health status of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients with respiratory failure.Methods From October 2015 to June 2016,COPD patients with respiratory failure hospitalized in our hospital were selected as study group.Patients without COPD hospitalized in our hospital were selected as the control group.The sleep quality and mental health were compared between the two groups.Results The age and body mass index (BMI) between the two groups showed no significant difference (t =0.753,0.693,all P ＞0.05).The forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1％) expected value,arterial oxygen pressure (PaO2),oxygen saturation (SaO2) in the study group were (52.34 ± 12.25) ％,(9.21 ± 1.83) mmHg,(90.36 ± 3.47) ％,which were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =25.199,5.414,16.439,all P ＜ 0.01).The somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,terror between the two groups had significant differences (all P ＜ 0.05),the differences in hostility,paranoia and psychosis were not statistically significant (all P ＞ 0.05).The quality of life scale (GQOL-74) scores in cognitive function [(74.47 ± 6.13) points],psychological function [(71.28 ± 7.36) points],physical function [(73.73-± 8.85) points] and social function [(74.35 ± 7.18) points] in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t =9.735,13.972,5.739,10.040,all P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The sleep quality and mental health status of COPD patients with respiratory failure is poorer,we should pay more attention and intervention in clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To observe the treatment effect of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods LMWH (0.4～0.6 ml Bid) was used through subcutaneous injection in 36 cases of unstable angina pectoris for 14 days on end.Results The clinical effective rate was 66.67%.The drug was effective in the decreasing of the frequency and time of angina pectoris,and also in the decreasing of nitroglycerin consumption as well as in the improvement of the scope and severity of cardiac ischemia by ECG.Conclusion LMWH is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.

Mitox is used as contraposition to the peroxidation of ADM which is enhanced by DHA for peroxidation of mitox is low.Results:There have been obvious changes on the contents of MDA of the lipid peroxidation has paralled increased while NO has decreased. There is recitilinear correlation relationship among the contents of MDA and NO from cell extracts and the cytoxicity.Conclusions:It is obvious that DHA can add the cytoxicity of cell line of MDA-MB-435s with ADM, particularly after add non-cytoxicity oxidant. It is lipid peroxidation of oncocyte that one of the mechanisms of DHA can enhance anti-breast cancer effect of ADM.

Objective To investigate the proliferation and the change of antigen on the cord blood CIK cells. Methods Cord blood CIK cells were generated by culture cord blood mononuclear cells in the presence of ?-IFN on day 0 and rhIL-2, antiCD3 MCAb on day 1. CIK cultures were analysed on different time point by FACS(Fluorescence activated cell sorter). The killing efficacy in tumor cell lines and primary leukemia cells were detected by MTT assay. Results After 2~3 weeks of culturing cord blood CIK cells expanded about 64.14?16 folds and CD+3 CD+56 cells which were the major cytolytic effector in CIK cells proliferated about 900 folds. Cord blood CIK cells have great cytotoxity against tumor cell lines as well as primary leukemia cells. Conclusions Cord blood MNCs can be cultured to CIK cells and the times of expansion are very high. Cord Blood CIK cells are highly efficient cytolytic effector cells.

Objective To investigate the factors and the preventive methods of gastrointestinal leakage.Method 32 cases of gastrointestinal leakage from 1996 to 2001 were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 32 patients,19 cases were benign diseases and 13 cases were malignant diseases.25 cases were selectively operation and 7 were emergency operation, 11 cases treated by re-operation and 21 cases by other methods.24 cases were cured and 8 cases were died.Conclusions Main cause of leakage was operative method unsuitable.Anastomostic skill was deficiency,local condition was bad and ignored postoperative treatment and so on.Preventive methods should be selected to decreasingintestinal leakage.
