The etiology of uveitis is very complicated and the pathogenesis is not yet clear.In recent years,more and more evidences imply that the chemokines interleukin-8 (IL-8) is involved in the development of uveitis.Studies of IL-8 and its network features contribute to the understanding of uveitis pathogenesis and provide an important foundation for seeking new indication of activity of uveitis and new treatment target.This paper summarizes the progression in the study on IL-8 in uveitis,including the physiology functions of IL-8,mechanisms for ocular inflammatory,and the role and performance of IL-8 in uveitis.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety offlupentixol and melitracen (deanxit) in the treatment on the patients with post-stroke depression.Methods A total of 98 patients of post-stroke depression were randomly divided and assigned to a therapy group and a control group.The two groups was given a routine treatment of stroke.The therapy group was treated with deanxit (52 patients,4 weeks).Both groups were measured by Hamilton rating scale of depression (HAMD),China stroke scale (CSS) and Barthel index(BI)before treatment and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks.Results The efficiency rate in treatment group was much higher than that in control group [86.5％ (45/52) vs.43.5％ (20/26),P ＜ 0.01].HAMD score,CSS score and BI in therapy group were better those in control group 4 weeks after treatment [(9.38 ±1.80) scores vs.(14.56 ± 2.40) scores,(15.79 ± 0.83) scores vs.(28.91 ± 1.02) scores,74.6 ± 15.4 vs.59.2 ± 14.6,P ＜ 0.05].There was obvious untoward reaction in therapy group.Conclusions It is indicated that deanxit can reduce the degree of depression and promote the neurological functional rehabilitation.It is safe and effective in the treatment of post-stroke depression.

Objective To investigate the role of interleukin-22 (IL-22) in the pathogenesis of pityriasis rosea (PR).Methods Peripheral venous blood samples were obtained from 48 patients with PR in acute stage and recovery stage and from 20 healthy human controls.Real-time fluorescence-based quantitative PCR was performed to measure the mRNA expression of IL-22 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs),and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to determine the level of IL-22 in sera.Results The relative expression level of IL-22 mRNA in the patients with PR in recovery stage was significantly higher than that in the healthy controls (2.89 ±0.91 vs.1.91 ± 0.60,t =3.84,P ＜ 0.05),but lower than that in the patients in acute stage (2.89 ± 0.91 vs.4.15 ±1.36,t =3.61,P ＜ 0.05).Similarly,the level of serum IL-22 was significantly increased in the patients with PR in recovery stage compared with the healthy controls ((21.44 ± 7.33) vs.(13.22 ± 4.26) ng/L,t =4.49,P ＜ 0.05),and increased in the patients with PR in acute stage compared with those in recovery stage ((36.87 ± 10.63) vs.(21.44 ± 7.33) ng/L,t =5.01,P ＜ 0.05).The level of serum IL-22 was positively correlated with the stage of PR (r =0.883,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions IL-22 is overexpressed in PBMCs and sera of patients with PR,implying that IL-22 is involved in the pathogenesis of PR.

Objective The separation of various proteins in urine was used to differentiate the types of urinary protein to determine the site of diabetic kidney damage and lesions. Methods We used sodium dodeeyl sulfonate - agarosegel electrophoresis(SDS - AGE) to detect the unconccntrated urine on 108 cases patients with diabetic nephropathy urine specimens analysis. Results The results of urinary protein electrophoretic of 108 patients displayed: 4 eases for renal tubular proteinuria, 10 eases for physiological proteinuria, 22 eases for glomerular proteinuria, 72 cases for mixed proteinuria. Conclusion Urine protein electrophoresis for diabetic nephropathy patients with positive can distinguish the various components, and to understand the degree of kidney damage and lesions. This method is low -cost, non - invasive and highly sensitive. The film can be stored. It is worthy to be popularized.

Objective To investigate the effects of inhalation of different concentrations of nitrous oxide on intracuff pressure (ICP) of the laryngeal mask airway (LMA) in patients during general anesthesia. Methods Forty-right ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients aged 25-64 yr undergoing elective operations under general anesthesia were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=12 each): group C (100 %O2, group N2 (65 % O2 + 35%N2O), group N2 (50%O2 + 50 % N2O), and group N3 (35%O2 + 65%N2O). A suitable model of the LMA was selected according to height and weight. Anesthesia was induced with Ⅳ propofol 1.5-2.0 mg/kg, fentanyl 2-3 μg/kg, lidocaine 1-2 mg/kg and vecuronium 0.08-0.1 mg/kg and maintained with intravenous infusion of propofol and intermittent boluses of fentanyl and vecuronium. After the successful placement of LMA, the air was injected into the cuff to make intracuff pressure (ICP) reach 40 cm H2O (baseline). The ICP were recorded at 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 min (T1-6) following inhalation of N2O. Results The ICP grandually increased with the increase in the concentration of N2O (P<0.05). The ICP decreased at T2-6 in group C, but increased at T2-6 in group N1 and at T1-6 in group N2,3 as compared with baseline(P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between the ICP and inhalation time in group N1-3(r1-3=0.968,0.987,0.973 respectively, P<0.05). Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychological intervention combined with milrinone on the treatment of the children with congenital heart disease complicated with severe pneumonia and heart failure. Methods In the First People's Hospital in Jining City from February 2015 to December 2016, 100 children with congenital heart disease complicated with severe pneumonia and heart failure as the research object, randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 50 cases in each group. The control group were received routine treatment, including ECG monitoring, anti infection and oxygen therapy,and the treatment of rice farmers. The experimental group was treated with milrinone treatment, psychological intervention, pay attention to the mental health of patients. The therapeutic effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results after the corresponding treatment, the patients in the experimental group and the control group were mild and no serious adverse reactions occurred. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups, and there was no statistical significance. The experimental group of patients with respiratory stabilization time is (1.76±0.32) days, to eliminate irritability (7.12±1.12) hours, heart rate recovery time (1.82±0.74) days, pulmonary rales disappeared time was (8.12±1.41) days. The clinical symptoms of the patients in the control group were significantly longer than those in the experimental group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effective rate about psychological intervention combined with milrinone on the treatment of the children with congenital heart disease complicated with severe pneumonia and heart failure is high, which is worthy of clinical application.

Pulmonary arterial hypertension ( PAH) is a progressive lethal vascular disease, which is characterized by pulmo-nary vasoconstriction and vascular remodeling. Recent studies have indicated that the metabolic theory, centered on the loss of mito-chondrial function, plays a key role in the occurrence and development of PAH. This theory links mitochondrial-related changes of ap-optosis-resistance, glycolysis enhancement, mROS decrease and aberrant mitochondrial dynamics to multiple molecular abnormalities, which may provide new ideas for exploring more comprehensive and specific treatment strategies. This article reviews the progresses in mitochondrial abnormality in PAH.

Most colorectal cancers develop from adenomas. Environmental factors play an important role in the development and progression of adenoma. Recently,epidemiologic investigations on lifestyle change including diet and exercise and drug intervention studies have proved the relationship between environmental factors and colorectal cancer. Screening,polypectomy and surveillance via colonoscopy are the main measures of colorectal cancer prevention. However, the efficacy is unsatisfactory. Therefore,attention should be paid to studies on colorectal cancer prophylaxis via intervention on environmental factors. Emphasis should be put on various aspects of environmental intervention in clinical practice,and prophylaxis strategies should be generated individually in accordance with the local condition and situation.
