1.OBSERVATION ON SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE ABOUT A CASE OF MESENCHYMAL CHONDROSARCAOMA
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
Mesenchymal chondrosarcoma is a rare malignant tumor. Most of the documents about this tumor are concerning of LM description, the ultrastructural observation was seldom reported and its superficial morphological investigation about this tumor was not seen yet.The case of mesenchymal chondrosarcoma was identified by biopsy.Through SEM, we discovered a large number of mesenchymal tumor cells which have an "umbilical-li-ke"hollow at the central part of their surfaces and some semi-spherical processes, these processes are transformed into cartilage, where shows the original and transitional site. Tumor cartilage is different from the normal, it seems petal-like and crystal-like and is hyaline in nature, Through SEM, we have further defined the relationship of the two main components of this tumor and have learned some morphological charcteristics which can not be studied by LM.It is useful in differentiated diagnosis.
2.A PATHOLOGIC OBSERVATION OF EXPERIMENTAL THOERAPIES AFTER LETHAL DOSE MUSTURD GAS POISONING IN DOGS
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
Thirty male dogs poisoned by lethal dose (21 mg/kg LD) of musturd gas were treated by 4 kinds therapeutic programs and observed by pathological examinations. The results showed that the 3rd therapeutic program was the best one.The survival rate of dogs reached 90.9%.The clinical therapeutic effects were supported by histopathological observation. The mucous epithelia of small bowel, spleen, lymph nodes, bone marrow, adrenal glands and testes, all of these tissues and organs were predominantly restord and regenerated after the 3rd therapeutic program treatment within 2 weeks. However, some problems require further research such as the restoration of immune function and the cortical functional changes of adrenal glands.Observations supplied histopathological evidences to improve further therapeutic program.
3.Analysis on Heart-Lung Correlation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Concomitant Coronary Artery Disease
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(5):112-115
Clinically, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and coronary heart disease (CAD) often interact to promote disease progression. This article discussed that zongqi is the heart-lung correlation functional basis and yingwei relevant is heart-lung correlation core. Zongqi deficiency is the incidence basis of COPD and CAD from the pathology. Communication and transformation of nutrient and defensive qi is the core mechanism of COPD combined with CAD. Phlegm and blood stasis are toxic intricate. Further damage to jingqi is the key to combination of COPD and CAD. It lays the foundation for next clinical syndrome differentiation, development of comprehensive treatment programs and clinical research.
4.Proliferation and differentiation of transplanted neural stem cells in the damaged striatum of Parkinson’s disease rats
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(36):5843-5847
BACKGROUND:In recent years, cel transplantation therapy is widely used in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease with satisfactory outcomes. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the proliferation and differentiation of transplanted neural stem cel s in Parkinson’s disease rats, thereby providing a new theoretical basis for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. METHODS:Neural stem cel s from the brain tissues of rats were isolated and cultured in vitro using col agenase digestion method. Unilateral rat model of Parkinson’s disease was made by 6-hydroxydopamine method, and the successful rat models were divided into model group and cel transplantation group, with seven rats in each group. The rats in the model group were given 4 mL normal saline at the damaged striatum, and those in the cel transplantation group were injected 5μL green fluorescent protein-labeled neural stem cel s (1×109/L) into the damaged striatum. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:After cel transplantation, the positive area of tyrosine hydroxylase was significantly lower in the cel transplantation group than the model group. Compared with the model group, the expression level of Ptx3 mRNA was significantly higher in the cel transplantation group at 7, 14, 28 days after cel transplantation and the expression of SHH mRNA was significantly higher in the cel transplantation group at 14 and 28 days after cel transplantation. However, there was no difference in the expression of Nurrl mRNA between the two groups. These findings indicate that neural stem cel s injected into the damaged striatum of rats can differentiate into dopaminergic neurons, which bring a breakthrough in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
5.In vitro Proliferation and Cytotoxicity of PBMC Induced by Autologous Tumor Specific Antigen Costimulated with IL-2
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1996;0(04):-
To observe its proliferation and cytolytic activity in vitro induced by autologous soluble tumor antigen and IL-2, PBMC costimulated with TSA extracted from gastric tumor by biochemical procedure and IL-2 was cultured. The proliferation and cytotoxicity were evaluated by MTT method and the phenotype was analysed by APAAP method. TSA alone did not induce PBMC proliferation while TSA (10?g/ml) with IL-2 presented syngenic stimulating effect which was time and concentration dependent. The cytolytic unit of PBMC induced with IL-2/TSA was 86.3% vs 48.6% with IL-2 alone. The phenotypic measurement demonstrated that TSA enhanced CD25 and CD8 expression significantly. The observation offered experimental data for further research work about tumor activated killer(TAK) cells. The results indicated that TAK cells would be a new type of immunoactive cells in adoptive immunotherapy against tumor.
6.Mitochondria abnormality and pulmonary arterial hypertension
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(2):204-207
Pulmonary arterial hypertension ( PAH) is a progressive lethal vascular disease, which is characterized by pulmo-nary vasoconstriction and vascular remodeling. Recent studies have indicated that the metabolic theory, centered on the loss of mito-chondrial function, plays a key role in the occurrence and development of PAH. This theory links mitochondrial-related changes of ap-optosis-resistance, glycolysis enhancement, mROS decrease and aberrant mitochondrial dynamics to multiple molecular abnormalities, which may provide new ideas for exploring more comprehensive and specific treatment strategies. This article reviews the progresses in mitochondrial abnormality in PAH.

8.Surgical treatment for 70 cases chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis
Journal of Endocrine Surgery 2010;04(6):394-395,408
Objective To discuss diagnosis and surgical treatment for chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis (CLT). Methods Records of 70 patients who were diagnosed as CLT from 2005 to 2009 were retrospectively reviewed. They were divided into two groups according to pathological results. Results There were 6 patients of CLT accompanying with papillary carcinoma. The rest 64 patients were diagnosed as CLT accompanying with benign nodules. All cases were confirmed by pathology and treated with operation. Conclusions Coexistence of nodules which can not be excluded from carcinoma is the main reason for surgical treatment in case of CLT. CLT patients especially for those associated with single nodule and/or microcalcification inside nodules should be given surgical treatment. The operative method depends on pathological results during operation.
