Objective To research a set of information system to improve the ability of rescue on mobile hospital. Methods The industry server and shelter client were used for establishing the network system of medical information, which used telemedicine in satellite communication, analyzed hardware topology and software demand. The measures of increasing safety and reliability were provided. Results The medical information was transmitted by network to share; the transmitting speed of remote diagnosis was 768Kb/s and dynamic image in 25 frame per second. Conclusion The level of the hospital informationization was improved for designing the IMS in modular thought.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Magnetorheological fluid(MRF) is a sort of newly developed intelligent material.Because of the quick and adjustable magnetorheological effect of MRF,it is widely used in shock absorbers, clutches, polishing devices, hydraulic valves, etc. This paper mainly introduces magnetorheological fluid, magnetorheological effect, the work mode and characteristics of magnetorheological fluid shock absorbers as well as its application prospect in the wounded transport vehicle.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
Since vibration highly influences the performance of vehicles, the effective improvment of vibration isolation has a great significance for enhancing the economy, balance, stability and reliability of vehicles. Based on the variable viscosity properties of magnetorheological(MR) fluids with the variation of a external magnetic flied resulted from adjustable and controllable electric current, a magnetorheological vibration isolator is developed. Through experiment and application, it is proved that the magnetorheological vibration isolator can highly increase vibration isolation efficiency.

To fulfill the plane-beam junction, this paper applies the simplified finite element modeling to the plane-beam composite structures. The finite element modeling of the teleconsulting vehicle compartment and its model analysis are performed. The results show that the finite element model can improve the design of the compartment and lays a foundation for the realization of the engineerization and sequencing of compartment dynamic strength design.

Objective:To investigate the association between the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) of transporter associated with interleukin2(IL-2),interleukin4(IL-4)and the susceptibility of hepatitis B in north China. Methods:Genomic DNA was extracted from the peripheral blood leukocytes of hepatitis B patients and healthy controls. Two fragments covering -330 of the IL-2 gene and -590 of the IL-4 gene were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).The SNPs were revealed by restriction fragment length polymorphism (RELP).Software PHASE 1.0was used to construct the haplotype of every individual.Unconditional Logitic regression model was used to analyze the statistical association of genotype or haplotype in two groups adjusted by gender and age. Results:There was significant difference in the SNPs of IL2 between the healthy controls and the heptitis B patients in north China.Significant difference was also found in the combination of --/GT to the two groups. Conclusion:SNPs of IL2(-330) may have relation to the susceptibility o heptitis B.--/GT was also related to the susceptibility of heptitis B.These findings suggest that SNPs of IL2 is one of the important host factors to the infection of the heptitis B.

Objective To detect the expression of VIP1R and VIP2R mRNA in gallbladder tissues of patients with gallbladder diseases. Methods The expression of VIP1R and VIP2R mRNA in gallbladder tissues were detected in 25 patients with gallstone, 8 patients with gallbladder polyps and 7 control liver transplantation donors by RT-PCR. Results The VIP2R mRNA level of the control group (1. 09 ?0. 58 ) was lower than that of the gallbladder polyps group (1.64?0.56 ),P

This article reports the clinical data, diagnosis and treatment plan and prognosis of 3 patients with breast cancer under 20 years old. The clinical pathological features, treatment and prognosis were discussed in the literature, and compared with the biological characteristics of young (under 35 years old) breast cancer patients, providing a reference for the clinical individualized treatment of the disease.

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2011;27(4):274-276
OBJECTIVE:
To analyze and explore the value of MRI in distinguishing fresh from old vertebral compression fractures.
METHODS:
The features of MRI in 43 cases with compression fractures of thoracic or lumbar vertebral bodies were analyzed. MRI sequences included T1WI, T2WI and STIR.
RESULTS:
Fifty-five vertebral bodies in total were found compression fractures in 43 cases. Forty-six vertebral bodies, which showed low signals or low signals mixing a few high signals on T1WI, high signals on T2WI and significantly high signals on STIR, were identified as fresh compression fractures. Nine vertebral bodies were identified as old compression fractures, because they showed the same signals as normal vertebral bodies on T1WI, T2WI and STIR.
CONCLUSION
MRI could accurately distinguish fresh and old vertebral compression fractures, so it is valuable for the distinguishment in forensic identification.
