Spleen and Stomach is the central embodiment of Li Dongyuan's academic thought, which has an extensive and profound influence on the later physicians and clinical application. In this paper,based on the specific Herbal Prescription of Li Dong yuan’s Treatise on Spleen and Stomach,the use of the concept of wholism in TCM,as wel as the Thinking Characteristics of Syndrome Differentiation Dependent Therapy ,discussing the drug administer-ing characteristics of Spleen and Stomach in four aspects:the use of wind drugs,combined ascend and descend,adjusting the medication according to the climatic change of the four seasons,emphasizing dietetic therapy ,medicine and food have the same effect.Obtaining the fol owing conclusions :The Dong Yuan treatment of disease is good at starting from the spleen and stomach. Attach importance to the function of the spleen and stomach of qi activity,its legislation is rigorous, and the thought of harmony between man and nature,ect.The research is helpful to further study of Dong yuan ’s academic thought ,to provide a theoretical basis for treating spleen and stomach disease nowadays.

[Objective] Exploretreatment of simultaneous upper and lower diseases focusing on spleen and stomachin specific therapy of malignant tumors. [Methods]Through hackling origin of history,analyse clinical manifestations of cancer patients in viscera,limbs,guan orifices and so on.Combined with typical case,we explore concrete treatment method of treatment focusing on spleen and stomachand diet taboo and suitable. [Results]Patients with malignant tumor mostly perform simultaneous upper and lower diseasesin end-stage of disease or accepting modern medical treament frequently. According to therapeutic thoughts of paying attention to the spleen and stomach of past dynasty medical practitioners and strategic treatment methods oftreatment focusing on spleen and stomachof YE Tianshi,we proposed it should supplement the middle at first in therapy of cancer.Eliminating pathogenic factors and regulating should not damage the spleen and stomach.And we advocate using insect drug timely and appropriately to attack pathogenic qi.[Conclusions]TCM pays attention to regulating the function of the spleen and stomach in the whole treatment of cancer.

Objective: To develop a method to determine Astragaloside IV in spray-dry of Radix Astragali by HPLC-ELSD. Methods: ELSD was used to determine directly Astragaloside IV in spray-dry of Radix Astragali on Elite-OSD column, using CH 3CN-H 2O(36∶64) as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The temperature of drift tube for ELSD was 105 ?C and the flow rate of N 2 was 2.84 ml/min. Results: The recovery of the added sample was 91.68% and RSD 1.64%. Soluble amylum was helpful for spray-dry but it can influence was determination of Astragaloside IV. Conclusion: The method is accurate and can be used in the determination of Astragaloside IV in spray-dry of Radix Astragali. Better adjuvant should be found.

To establish an ischemia-reperfusion injury model of rat cerebral microvascular endothelial cells (MVECs) in vitro, and to explore the relationship between nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kappaB) and the protective effects of Qingkailing effective components (hyocholic acid, taurocholic acid, baicalin, jasminoidin, Pinctada martensii) on MVECs.

Objective To establish a method based on 3D printing radiology equivalent phantom for individual radiotherapy dose verification,and to offer an assurance for the safety of 3D conformal radiotherapy.Methods Two patients' CT data was collected,reconstructing the first patient's skull and brain tissue to generate a skull-brain phantom for the purpose of testing the equivalent material.The second patient's data was used for whole head tissue reconstruction to produce a head phantom with equivalent material.By inserting ionization chamber dosimeters to target region for radiotherapy program,equivalent phantom dose distribution of lesions location was obtained in order to verify and calibrate the actual radiation treatment planning for patients.Results DR,CT images of the phantoms revealed that the difference of X-ray gray value between brain skull phantom and patient's skull was 13 721,CT value difference between equivalent tissue of brain skull phantom and that part of the patient was 35-40 HU,and CT difference between head phantom temporalis and that of the patient tissue was 18-28 HU.The imaging data indicated that the radiation equivalence of 3D printing phantom was similar to that of human body tissue,and the equivalent dose distribution accorded well with the normal range of treatment.The dose verification of phantom model can effectively improve the accuracy of the radiotherapy system.Conclusions The personalized radiotherapy phantom which based on the 3D printing and tissue equivalent technology is suitable for personalized radiation therapy validation.With advantages of easy accessibility,highly-personalized degree and high precision,this technology provides a reliable and safe way for radiation therapy.

Objective To explore the potential mechanism of the relieves insomnia effect of Jiaotai pills by virtue of network pharmacology and molecular docking.Methods The active ingredients of Jiaotai pills are obtained by Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP),Integrative Pharmacology-based Research Platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCMIP).Related targets of Jiaotai pills were predicted by SwissTargetPrediction.The potential targets associated with insomnia were retrieved from DisGeNET,DrugBank.Venny 2.1 was employed to identify the common targets shared by active components,insomnia,and core nodes,and the key components and key targets were screened by further topological analysis.The key components and key targets were analyzed by the network analysis plug-in of Cytoscape 3.9.1 and the core components were screened out.The protein-protein interaction network and the core targets were built by STRING 12.0.Gene ontology(GO)functional annotation and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment were performed in DAVID.AutoDockTools1.5.7 was used for the molecular docking between the key targets and the corresponding key components.Apply Pymol was used to visualize the results.Results A total of 5 active components of Jiaotai pills were screened,including Berberine,Limonin,Obacunone,Moupinamide,Palmatine,and core targets such as solute carrier family 6 member(SLC6A4),dopamine receptor D2(DRD2),cholinergic receptor nicotinic alpha 4 subunit(CHRNA4),tumor necrosis factor(TNF),and prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 2(PTGS2)were screened.The signaling pathways of Jiaotai pills for insomnia mainly concentrated in regulating 5-hydroxytryptaminergic synapses and dopamine synapses.Molecular docking showed that core components Berberine,Limonin,and Obacunone and core targets SLC6A4,DRD2,CHRNA4,TNF,and PTGS2 and so on were well docked.Conclusion Berlambine,Llimonin,Obacunone in Jiaotai pills through multiple mechanisms to treat insomnia by affecting the expression of SLC6A4,DRD2,TNF,CHRNA4,and PTGS2.

Objective: To analyze the temporal variation patterns of sickness absenteeism among primary and secondary school students in Shanghai, so as to explore models suitable for predicting peaks and intensity of absenteeism rates. Methods: The seasonal and trend decomposition using loess (STL) method was used to analyze the seasonal and long term trend changes in sickness absenteeism among primary and secondary school students from September 1 in 2010 to June 30 in 2018, in Shanghai. A hierarchical clustering method based on Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) was employed to classify absenteeism symptoms with similar temporal patterns. Based on historical data, the study constructed and evaluated different time series algorithms and machine learning models to optimize the accuracy of predicting the trend of sickness absenteeism. Results: During the research period, the average new absenteeism rate due to illness was 16.86 per 10 000 person day for every academic year, and the trend of sickness absenteeism exhibited both seasonality and a long term upward trend, reaching its highest point in the 2017 academic year (22.47 per 10 000 person day). The symptoms of absenteeism were divided into three categories: high incidence in winter and spring (respiratory symptoms, fever and general discomfort, etc.), high incidence in summer (eye symptoms, nosebleeds, etc.) and those without obvious seasonality (skin symptoms, accidental injuries, etc.).The constructed time series models effectively predicted the trend of absenteeism due to illness, although the accuracy of predicting peak intensity was relatively low. Among them, the multi layer perceptron (MLP) model performed the best, with an root mean squared error (RMSE) of 8.96 and an mean absolute error (MAE) of 4.37, reducing 36.51% and 39.02% compared to the baseline model. Conclusion Time series models and machine learning algorithms could effectively predict the trend of sickness absenteeism, and corresponding prevention and control measures can be taken for absenteeism caused by different symptoms during peak periods.

OBJECTIVETo appraise the clinical efficacy, safety and compliance of the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction combined with dormancy hygiene education and the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction alone on sub-healthy insomnia of deficiency of both the heart and spleen pattern.

METHODStudy design took multi-centers, blind and randomized control trial, 107 participants with sub-healthy insomnia of deficiency of both the heart and spleen pattern were assigned to A group (52 cases) which was treated with the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction combined with dormancy hygiene education and B group (55 cases) which was treated with the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction single, compared by efficacy, PSQI score, CGI score, WHOQOL-BREF score and security.

RESULTThe efficacy of two group was 79.58%. There was no significant different between them. The PSQI scores before treatment was (11.80 +/- 2.08) and which afer treatment was (6.78 +/- 2.84) of A group. The PSQI scores before treatment was (11.61 +/- 2.00) and which afer treatment was (6.73 +/- 2.27) of B group. There was significant difference in PSQI scores both A group and B group after treatment (P < 0.01); the results of CGI score and WHOQOL-BREF score before and after measurement showed the same as PSQI. There were no significant difference between two groups in all scores after treatment and there was no interaction between time pots and treatment factors . Withdrawal reaction analysis: comparing CGI after withdraw 2 weeks and at the end of treatment course, there was no significant difference between two groups. The same result was in comparison among groups.

CONCLUSIONBoth the intervention of spleen-restoring decoction integrating with dormancy hygiene education and spleen-restoring decoction had obvious clinical efficacy on treating subhealthy insomnia of deficiency of both the heart and spleen pattern, and had high compliance and safety. The intervention of spleen-restoring decoction integrating with dormancy hygiene education showed no better clinical efficacy than spleen-restoring decoction did.
