Objective To study the effect of endoscopic devascularization of perforating vein(EDPV)on the treatment of varicose veins with perforating vein insufficiency in lower limbs. Methods Clinical data of 40 patients (53 limbs) with lower limbs varicose veins underwent EDPV were retrospectiely analyzed. Results All patients lower limb ulcers healed in 5～25 days after operation.All patients were followed up for 14 (5～19)months,and no reccurence was found yet. The pigmentation of leg greatly decreased. Conclusions The EDPV is an effective procedure with fewer complications in treating the patients with varicose veins with perforating vein insufficiency in the lower limbs,EDPV has great value of clinical application.

OBJECTIVE:To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of salicylic acid in serum and to apply this method to the pharmacokinetic and bioavailability study of salycylic acid in compound aspirin preparations.METHODS:Waters2690HPLC instrument was used with Diamonsil C 18 column(5?m,250mm?4.6mm)as stationary phase and methanol-ace?tonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid(18∶32∶50)as mobile phase at a flow rate of1.0ml/min,and the detective wavelength was237nm.RESULTS:Calibration curve of salicylic acid was linear in the range of0.40～101.00?g/ml(r=0.9999).CONCLUS_ ION:The method is simple,sensitive,rapid and suitable for pharmacokinetic and bioavailability study of salicylic acid.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of recombinant human Pro urokinase ( rhPro-uk) in treatment of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods 90 cases from 2014 to 2015 selected in three hospital diagnosed with STEMI were randomly assigned into experimental group and control group, 45 cases in each test group.Experimental group received rhPro-uk thrombolytic therapy, control group received urokinase thrombolytic therapy, thrombolytic efficacy and incidence of adverse events were observed and compared between two goups.Results After thrombolysis 2 h, ST segment decline ≥50% of patients in experimental group was 80.00%, ST segment completely fall rate was 55.56%, coronary recanalization rate was 77.78%, all significantly higher than that in control group(60.00%, 33.33%, 55.56 %,separately.P<0.05).After thrombolysis 2h, the difference of TIMI grade between two group was significant (Z=-3.198, P<0.05).After thrombolytic therapy, CTn-I, CK-MB peak levels between two groups were not significantly different.The peak time and average time of experimental group were significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of experimental group 13.33%, significantly lower than 33.33% in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Therapeutic effect of rhPro-uk on acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction is better than urokinase, and has higher safety.

Objective To observe the curative effect of repairing the distal foot skin and soft tissue defect by using flap.Methods We used nutrient artery flap and low external ankle to repair the foot distal skin soft tissue defect in 16 cases.Results The flap survived,necrosis happened in small skin edge part and distal skin flap of sural nerve nutrient artery flap in two cases,and the skin graft healing with dots after removed the necrotic tissue and changed dressing.16 cases were followed up for 3-16 months,2 cases of flap slightly bloated,1 case back to the hospital got thin skin flap repairing technique;14 cases of walking were as usual,2 lame cases,related to some tissue defect in patients with forefoot injury.The use of flap to repair the foot injury,could maximially recover the limb function,reduce the rate of the sick.Conclusion Skin flap is a kind of operation which is simple,with smaller cost for skin area,beautiful and effective to repair skin and soft tissue defect of foot.

To establish an ischemia-reperfusion injury model of rat cerebral microvascular endothelial cells (MVECs) in vitro, and to explore the relationship between nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kappaB) and the protective effects of Qingkailing effective components (hyocholic acid, taurocholic acid, baicalin, jasminoidin, Pinctada martensii) on MVECs.

Objective To study the mechanism of serum thyroxin and insulin change after hemihepatectomy. Methods The hemihepatectomy was performed in rabbits, the fasting peripheral blood samples were drawn on the day prior to surgery, and 24 hour, 48 hour, the first week, one month after operation respectively for monitoring the serum thyroxin and insulin.Results The level of TT 3 was (1.93?0.47) nmol/L, TT 4 (53.56?8.4) nmol/L preoperatively. The levels of TT 3 and TT 4 significantly decreased at 24 hour postoperatively, and gradually rose at 48 hour and up to normal levels in the first month postoperatively. The level of insulin rapidly rose immediately after operation, and began to decrease in the first week, and returned to the preoperative level in one month after operation. Conclusions The syndrome of normal thyroid disease and the syndrome of non thyroid disease can occur after hemihepatectomy; and hyperinsulinemia also can occur after hemihepatectomy.

BACKGROUND: Both MRI and transcranial Doppler can be used for ultra-early assessment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI), the former is considered as a reliable diagnostic means mainly for the morphological changes of ACI, however the latter is often used before obvious morphological changes appeared, but their combined diagnostic value is still uncertain. OBJECrIVE: To investigate the value of combined MRI and transcranial Doppler in ultra-early assessment of highly suspected ACI.DESIGN: Case analysis and double-blind design.SETTING: MRI Department of Daqing Oil-field General Hospital and Department of Clinical Epidemiology of West China School, and Medical-Economic Department of Public Health College, Sichuan University.PARTICIPANTS: From May 2000 to July 2001, totally 225 highly suspected ACI patients with stoke-like onset, 121 males and 104 females,aged of 33-86 years old with the means of (62±12), within 12 hours after onset, informed of the experiment, were selected from Daqing Oil-field General Hospital.METHODS: All cases subjected to transcranial Dopller examination and following MRI examination with interval of no more than 1 hour, then received follow-up MRI examination at 15 days later (as golden diagnostic standards for CI). MRI was performed to detect the position, morphology,size and signal of pathological changes. Transcranial Doppler was used to determine the blood flow velocity, peak value of systolic and diastolic stage, frequency spectrum and sound spectrum of blood flow of bilateral cerebral anterior, middle and posterior arteries, internal carotid artery and basal vertebral artery.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of ACI with MRI, transcranial Doppler and the combination of MRI and transcranial Doppler.RESULTS: Totally 225 cases were selected, and 5 excluded for not accordant to the inclusion standards, finally 220 statistical analyzed. The diagnostic sensitivity of MRI was 79.3%,. specificity of 98.4% and accuracy of 90.5%, comparing to corresponding 80.4%, 81.3% and 80.9% of transcranial Doppler, and 96.7%, 80.5%, 87.3% of the combination of MRI and transcranial Doppler.CONCLUSION: The combination of MRI and transcranial Doppler can be used to make rapid and accurate assessment of ACI due to higher sensitivity and specificity.

Objective To explore the effect of γδT cells on colonic cancer cell lines SW-1116 treated by resveratrol. MethodsAmplification γδT cells of human peripheral blood in vitro by using isopentenylpyrophosphate. Different density resveratrol induced γδT cells and colonic cancer cell SW-1 116, methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) detectde the effect of growth and proliferation when expression veratrol action to γδT cells and colonic cancer cell lines SW-1116. Flow cytometer( FCM )detectde the expression of porforin, granzymeB and CD107a on γδT cells before it treated by resveratrol and after that. γδT cells against colonic cancer cell lines SW-1116 were detectde by lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) releasing assay before and after treated by resveratrol.Western blot analyzed the liveness of extracellular signal-regulated kinase1/2 of γδT cells before it treated by resveratrol and after that. ResultsγδTcells would be proliferation when the density of resveratrol in 0.39-3.125 μmol/L, while the effect on colonic cancer cell lines SW-1116 was not significance. There was significant difference of the expression of porforin, ranzymeB and CD107a on γδT cells before it treated by resveratrol and after that ( P＜0.05 ). γδT cells against colonic cancer cell lines SW-1116 treated by resveratrol was enhanced compared with control group( P＜0.05 ) . The p-ERK 1/2expression of γδT cells enhanced when the density of resveratrol treated to γδT cells in 0.1-10 μmol/L( P＜0.05 ). Conclusion Resveratrol could promote γδT cells, proliferation and strengthen the cytotoxicity of γδT cells against colonic cancer cell SW-1116, the mechanism might concerned with activating p-ERK1/2 and enhancing the expression of porforin, granzymeB and CD107a on γδT cells.

Objective: To observe the expression of cell adhesion molecules ICAM-1 and VCAM-1of cultured rat brain microvascular endothelial cells(MVEC),expecting to explore the mechanisms of new QingKaiLing injection protecting brain from injury of inflammatory cascade in cerebral ischemia diseases.Methods: Rat cerebral MVEC were extracted by separating microvessel sections and collagenase enzymatic digesting,an in vitro ischemia reperfusion model was established(Kreb,95%N2+5%CO2),the protein and mRNA expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were detected by using immunocytochemical stain and RT-PCR method.Results:The expression of adhesion molecules of model group were significantly higher than those of noral group(P
