1.Histopathology and biology of epithelial ovarian cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(12):942-945
Ovarian epithelial cancer is the most common type of ovarian cancers. It can be further classified according to the histopathology and cell differentiation of the tumor, which are key factors determining the biologic behavior and prognosis of ovarian epithelial cancer. Understanding the subtype-specific histopathology and molecular biology of ovarian epithelial cancer may provide clues to novel tumor markers for early detection and new therapeutic intervention strategies.
2.Progress of tumor immunotherapy research
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2013;36(3):180-183
Through a series of immune evasion mechanisms, tumor cells can evade immune attack and breed wantonly in human body.In recent years, with the rapid development of oncology, immunology and molecular biology and other related disciplines, immunology treatment method which can effectively kill tumor cells and have fewer side effects draws more and more attention, while the immunotherapy method is different in therapeutic evaluation from the general treatment of solid tumors due to its special feature. This article briefly introduces the latest progress of tumor immunotherapy.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(11):-
Icarrin is the main monomer extracted and purified from Epimedium koreanum Nakai. Using dependentcell lines and LDH release assay, the synergistic effects of icarrin on inducing IL-2, 3, 6 and enhancing NK,LAK cell activity were studied. Results showed that icarrin can induce tonsil mononuclear cells to produce IL-2, IL-3,and IL-6 in collaboration with PHA in a dose-dependent manner. IL-2 and IL-6 peaked at 48h after reaction, and IL-3 peaked at 72h. Icarrin enhanced NK and LAK cell activity dose-dependentlylthe LAK activitypeaked on the 5th day. These results suggested that icarrin may be an effective BRM agent

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2006;0(16):-
Objective To observe the effect of intravenous thrombolysis on TIMI flow of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 229 patients with AMI analysed retrospectively were divided into two groups:intravenous thrombolysis(IVT)group(n=131)and primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)group(n=98).The treatment time and acute-phase outcomes were compared between the IVT group and the PCI group;104 patients in the IVT group received rescued or delayed PCI(IVT+PCI);TIMI flow was analysed between the IVT+PCI group and the PCI group. Results The time from the emergency room door to initiation of treatment was shorter in the IVT group than in the PCI group(67.79 min vs 134.54 min,P=0.000).At the initial coronary angiography,TIMI 3 flow and TIMI 2+3 flow were higher in the IVT+PCI group than in the PCI group(40.4% vs 24.5%,P=0.016;63.5% vs 36.7%,P=0.000 respectively). There was no significant difference between the IVT group and the PCI group in terms of major adverse cardiac events(MACE).Conclusion IVT as an initial treatment for AMI might achieve earlier reperfusion at TIMI≥2 flow, and it should be popularized in the primary hospitals.

AIM: To establish a RP-HPLC method for determining ephedrina hydrochloridum and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Chuanliting Spray(Herba Ephedrae,Folium Artenisiae argyi,Radix et Rhizoma Asari,etc.). METHODS: HPLC conditions were as follows: C_(18)(4.6 mm?250mm,5?m) column,0.2% phosphoric acid—acetonitrile(96∶4) as mobile phase with flow rate of 1mL/min,and the detection wavelength at 205nm.(RESULTS:) The calibration curve of ephedrina hydrochloridum was linear between 0.448-3.416?g(r=(0.999 8,) n=7).The average recovery was 100.26% and RSD=2.17%(n=5).The calibration curve of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was linear between 0.16-1.12?g(r= 0.999 1,n=7).The average recovery was 101.60% and RSD =2.19%(n=5). CONCLUSION: The method is convenient and efficient, and can be used for quantitative analysis and quality control of this preparation.

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 2000;0(06):-
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Puerarin in Huanglian Jiangtang Tablets. Methods The sample was extracted with 30 %ethanol. The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Diamonsil C18 chromatographic column(250 mm?4.6 mm,5?m)with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5 %glacial acetic acid, the detection wavelength being at 250 nm and the flow rate being 1.0 mL?min-1. Results A linearity was obtained from 0.338 ?g to 2.336 ?g of Puerarin in Huanglian Jiangtang Tablets with a good correlation (r=0.999997,n=7).The average recovery was 100.2% and RSD=1.80%(n=6). Conclusion This method for determination of Puerarin in Huanglian Jiangtang Tablets is easy, sensitive, specific and accurate.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2001;0(08):-
Objective We categorized chronic constipation according to colonic transit time (CTT) and transit index (TI), and investigated the abnormalities of anorectal motility and sensory function in patients in different categories. Methods Each subject ingested 20 radiopaque markers, and abdominal X rays were obtained at 72 h. Chronic constipation was categorized according to CTT and TI. Anorectal manometry was carried out in all subjects to investigate the abnormalities of anorectal motility and sensory function in patients in different categories. Results Chronic constipation was divided into four types: normal transit constipation (NTC), slow transit constipation (STC), outlet obstructive constipation (OOC), and mixed type constipation (MC). Patients with constipation displayed significantly lower anorectal resting pressure, squeezing pressure and larger rectal maximum tolerate volume than controls ( P

Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2014;23(2):194-196
Objective:To explore the coronary angiographic (CAG)characteristics of young male patients With type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)and coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:Clinical data of 233 young male CHD inpa-tients,Who Were confirmed by CAG and admitted in Beijing Shunyi Hospital from Jan 2011 to Jan 2013,Were retro-spectively analyzed.According to suffering from T2DM or not, they Were divided into T2DM + CHD group (n=71)and pure CHD group (n=162),baseline data and CAG results Were compared betWeen tWo groups. Results:Compared With pure CHD patients, there Were significant rise in levels of total cholesterol [TC,(4.11 ± 0.26) mmol/L vs.(5.79±0.37)mmol/L],loW density lipoprotein cholesterol [LDL-C,(2.31±0.32)mmol/L vs.(3.91 ±0.45)mmol/L],triglyceride [TG,(1.60±0.25)mmol/L vs.(3.28±0.56)mmol/L],P<0.01 all;CAG indi-cated that there Were significant increase in percentages of multi-vessel coronary disease (15.4% vs.35.2%),seg-mental lesion (13.6% vs.35.2%)and diffused lesion (31.5% vs.57.7%),and significant reduction in percentage of collateral circulation (50.6% vs.29.6%)in T2DM + CHD patients,P<0.01 all. Conclusion:There are more multi-vessel lesions, diffused lesion and less coronary collateral circulation in young male patients With type 2 diabe-tes mellitus complicated coronary heart disease.
