Objective:To summarize the best evidence of rehabilitation exercise in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis surgery.Methods:The evidence-based questions were established based on PIPOST's principles, and Wanfang data, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, China Biology Medicine disc, UpToDate, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, American Medical Association, Orthopedic Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association and other databases and websites were searched by computer. The search period was from the establishment of the databases to October 31, 2022. Two researchers conducted quality evaluation, evidence extraction, and summarization of the included literature.Results:A total of 10 articles were included, including six expert consensus articles, three systematic review articles, and one meta-analysis article. A total of 16 pieces of evidence were summarized from nine aspects of rehabilitation exercise evaluation, principles, timing, methods, health education, psychotherapy, pain management, evaluation and post discharge follow-up.Conclusions:This study summarizes the best evidence for rehabilitation exercise in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis after surgery, and it suggests that healthcare professionals apply evidence based on clinical context and patient willingness.

Traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage commonly presents in traumatic brain injury patients, and it may lead to complications such as meningitis, ventriculitis, brain abscess, subdural hematoma or tension pneumocephalus. When misdiagnosed or inappropriately treated, traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage may result in severe complications and may be life-threatening. Some traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage has concealed manifestations and is prone to misdiagnosis. Due to different sites and mechanisms of trauma and degree of cerebrospinal fluid leak, treatments for traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage varies greatly. Hence, the Craniocerebral Trauma Professional Group of Neurosurgery Branch of Chinese Medical Association and the Neurological Injury Professional Group of Trauma Branch of Chinese Medical Association organized relevant experts to formulate the " Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage in adults ( version 2023)" based on existing clinical evidence and experience. The consensus consisted of 16 recommendations, covering the leakage diagnosis, localization, treatments, and intracranial infection prevention, so as to standardize the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic cerebrospinal fluid leakage and improve the overall prognosis of the patients.

Objective To investigate the effects of mental health and sleep quality of the armored military performance ,pro-viding a theoretical basis for improving the performance of military officers and soldiers .Methods 276 armored military were se-lected randomly to study the performance ,including military training program evaluation(40% ) ,armored vehicles operating assess-ment(40% ) and leadership assessment(20% ) ,the test results as a percentage of the sum to exceed 80 divided into good and poor performance for the military .Symptom Checklist(SCL-90) and Scale Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) were assessed ,and to evaluate the performance differences between good and poor military .Results (1)The good performance of armored military were 61 .2% ,and 38 .8% ones were poor .(2)The SCL-90 scores ,interpersonal sensitivity ,anxiety and hostility factors of good military performance were significantly lower than those with poor military performance(P<0 .05) .(3)The PSQI scores of Good military performance was 5 .83 ± 2 .94 ,and the poor was 7 .63 ± 3 .85 ;The sleep quality ,sleep latency ,sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunc-tion factors of good military performance subjective were significantly lower than those of poor military performance(P<0 .05) . Conclusion Psychological status and quality of sleep are important factors to influence performance of military armored force .

Objective To investigate the geographical distribution of plague host animals in residential areas and the association between plague and its distribution pattern in Yunnan Province.Methods A systematic investigation on fauna and community ecology of rodents was carried out in residential areas of 17 counties(cities) of Yunnan Province,southwestern China with different longitude,latitude and elevation from May 2007 to November 2012.The characteristics of the spatial distribution of flea communities along environmental gradients were analyzed using community structure indexes.Results A total of 390 small mammals were trapped in seventeen counties (cities),and the mammals were classified into 11 species and 7 genus in 4 families.Among all small host mammals,Rattus tanezumi,Rattus nitidus and Rattus norvegicus were dominant species of host animals in residential areas,accounting for 33.85％ (132/390),20.77％ (81/390) and 16.92％ (66/390),respectively.The horizontal distribution of rodents showed that Rattus tanezumi was the widest species in residential areas,which was found at the longitude 98°-105°,followed by Rattus norvegicus,Rattus yunnanensis and Mus musculus.The vertical and latitudinal distributions of rodents were similar in residential areas.Rattus tanezumi was also the widest distributed species,which was observed at the latitude 21°-＜ 28°N and at the altitude 500-＜ 3 500 m; the constituent of Rattus tanezumi showed similar trends of leaning peak curves,first gradually increasing and then decreasing with the increase of latitude and elevation; Rattus tanezumi gradually changed into Rattus nitidus and Apodemus chevrieri,et al.The richness spatial distribution patterns of host animals showed similar trends of leaning peak curves which gradually increased and then decreased with increasing of longitude and latitude; the highest richness was observed at the longitude 98°-＜ 101°E and at the latitude 23°-＜ 28°N.While,the richness spatial d istribution patterns of host animals were relatively poor in the low or the high altitude range.The highest richness was observed at the altitude between 1 000-＜ 1 500 m and 2 000-＜ 2 500 m.Conclusions All spatial patterns of indoor host animals have shown an aggregated spatial distribution in Yunnan Province.Moreover,important environmental factors such as longitude,latitude,and altitude play a substantial role on the distribution patterns of indoor host animals among various focus,therefore directly impact on the modes of prevalence and transmission of plague.

Objective To compare with the effect of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) between the left and the right prefrontal on refractory negative symptoms and serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). Methods 80 hospitalized schizophrenics with refractory negative symptoms were divided into study group (n=40) and control group (n=40) randomly. Both groups were received 4-week treatment of 10 Hz rTMS. The stimulus lo?cation of the study group was the left prefrontal, and the control group was the right prefrontal. The type and dose of anti?psychotics remained unchanged during the treatment. The evaluation of positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) and the measurement of BDNF concentration before treatment and after 4 weeks treatment was analyzed. Results Com?pared with before treatment, the total score of PANSS after treatment significantly decreased (P<0.05) both in the study group [(71.2±13.8) vs. (63.3±11.4)] and the control group [(70.3±13.4) vs. (63.7±12.2)]. The score of negative symptoms in the study group decreased [(22.8±6.6) vs. (18.4±5.9), P<0.01]. The BDNF concentration increased in the study group ](6.78±2.16) vs. (8.74±2.76)] and the control group [(6.83±2.32) vs. (8.66±2.70)]. Conclusion 10Hz rTMS on the left pre?frontal combined with drugs are helpful to improve the refractory negative symptom of the patients with schizophrenia. Stimulation on both left and right prefrontal lobe could increase serum BDNF concentration.

Spleen tyrosine kinase(Syk) has been considered to be a signaling molecule of hematopoietic cells,which play an important role in lymphocyte maturation and activation of immune cells.Recent studies showed that Syk plays a crucial role in regulation of proliferation and migration in vascular smooth muscle cells.Prominent pathways include mitogen-activated protein kinases,phosphatidylinositol 3-kinases,Src and Rho-activated protein kinase.In this review,the role of Syk in those signal pathways is summarized.

Objective: To determine the appropriate time of early administration of dopamine (DA) before nitroglycerin (GTN) for establishing rat model with vasomotor abnormalities. Methods: Rats were divided into 5 groups: normal group, DA Group and other 3 groups in accordance with DA at different time points (10, 30, 45 min) plus GTN .Common carotid artery (CCA) blood flow velocity was dynamically measured with pulsed Doppler flow probe to evaluate the influence of DA, GTN on blood flow velocity rate(BFVR). Results:The blood flow velocity rate induced by DA of All medication administration was different from the normal group within 10 minutes(P < 0.05). However, the differences were not statistically significant after 11 min(P > 0.05). The BFVR of 10min interval group had differences with the DA group at 45min, 50min, 55min, 60min, 65min and 70min(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). CCA BFVR of 45 min interval group was statistically significant different from the DA group at 80, 85, 90, 95 min and 100 min(P < 0.05). No statistically significant differences existed between CCA BFVR of 30min interval group and DA group (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Subcutaneous injection of DA, 45m in after injection of GTN can induce vasomotor abnormalities in rat with phase characters. The model may be useful for vasoactive screening of anti-migraine drugs.

To investigate the expression of CD151 in human atherosclerosed artery and explore its clinical implications, Western blot and immunohistochemical techniques were used to determine the protein expression of CD151 in arterial tissues with atherosclerosis taken from 36 patients, including 26 cases who received bypass operation for peripheral artery atherosclerosis and 6 cases who died from coronary heart disease. The expression of CD151 in normal artery tissues from 15 healthy organ donators were also measured to serve as control. The results showed that expression of CD151 protein in atherosclerotic arteries was significantly higher than that in normal artery. In ath erosclerotic arteries, CD151 expression was localized in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) in all tunica media and in partial subintima, while in normal artery, sparse expression was found in tunica media near adventitia. It is concluded that high CD151 protein expression in artery is associated with atherosclerosis and CD151 plays an important role in the atherosclerosis related to VSMC. The expression of CD151 in human atherosclerotic artery depends on the extent of atherosclerotic dam age, it's independent of risk factors.

The effect of nitric oxide donor sodium nitroprusside (SNP) on resting membrane potential (Em) and potassium currents of the bronchial smooth muscle cells from rats was investigated. All experiments were conducted in conventional whole-cell configuration. The changes of Em and potassium currents after addition of 0.1 mmol/L SNP were measured under the current-clamp mode and the voltage-clamp mode respectively. Results showed that (1) SNP could decrease the Em from -33.8 +/- 7.4 mV to -43.7 +/- 6.7 mV (n = 10, P < 0.01); (2) SNP could increase the Ca(2+)-activated K+ channel peak currents under ramp protocol from 466.9 +/- 180.1 pA to 597.7 +/- 237.6 pA (n = 7, P < 0.01), and the currents under pulse protocol at mV were increased from 544.2 +/- 145.4 pA to 678.1 +/- 206.2 pA (n = 6, P < 0.05); (3) SNP also could increase voltage-gated K+ channel peak currents under ramp protocol from 389.6 +/- 84.1 pA to 526.7 +/- 98.7 pA (n = 7, P < 0.01), the currents under pulse protocol at mV were increased from 275.7 +/- 85.2 pA to 444.3 +/- 128.5 pA (n = 6, P < 0.01). It was concluded that SNP increases the activities of Ca(2+)-activated K+ channels and voltage-gated K+ channels and leads to K+ efflux and hyperpolarization of the cell membrane, resulting in a decrease of the cell excitement.
