OBJECTIVE:To obverse the efficacy and safety of tolynicate and napthylacetic acid and atorvastation combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of alcoholic hyperlipemia syndrome. METHODS:21 patients with alcoholic hyperlipemia syndrome were enrolled. All patients were given maintaining acid-base balance, oxygen inhalation and other conventional treatment. Based on it,they were orally given 75 mg Tolynicate and napthylacetic acid tablet,3 times a day+20 mg Atorvastatin calcium tab-let,once a day+4 ml Compound danshen injection, adding into 150 ml 5% Glucose injection by intravenous infusion, once a day. The treatment course for both groups was 30 d. Clinical efficacy,ALT,AST,TBIL,TC,TG,RBC and Hb before and after 6, 12,18,24 and 30 d,and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. RESULTS:After treatment, the total effective rate was 95.3%and incidence of adverse reactions was 28.5%. The ALT,AST and TBIL after 6,12,18,24 and 30 h and TC and TG after 18,24 and 30 h were significantly lower than before and gradually decreased by time;RBC and Hb after 12,18,24 and 30 h were significantly higher than before and gradually increased by time, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). CON-CLUSIONS:tolynicate and napthylacetic acid and atorvastation combined with Danshen injection is effective in the treatment of al-coholic hyperlipemia syndrome, with good safety.

Objective To explore the effects of computerized working memory training on working memory and brain functional activition for stroke paitents. Methods 3 stroke patients voluntarily joined in the study, 10 healthy adults were recruited as control group. The patients received computerized working memory training for 4 weeks. Cognitive psychological tests (the n-back task, Stroop task and Raven`s Advanced Progressive Matrices task) and neuroimaging test (task- state functional magnetic resonance imaging) were administered before and after treatment. Results Working memory training significantly improved the working memory, fluid intelligence and attention for each trained patient (P<0.001), and could renovate the abnormal functional activity model and reorganize the functional brain network. Conclusion Computerized working memory could be used as an effective cognitive rehabilitation intervention for stroke patients.

Objective To analyze the transcription level of new tumor suppressor gene SLC5A8 mRNA in colorectal cancer tissues. Methods Collected specimens of 23 cases with colorectal cancer and cut out carcinoma tissues and Pericarcinomatous tissue respectively, then used real time fluorescent quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR)to detect the transcription level of gene SLC5A8 mRNA,and the results of carcinoma tissues and pericarcinomatous tissues were analyzed by t test. Results The transcription level of new tumor suppressor gene SLC5A8 mRNA in colorectal cancer tissues is significantly lower than pericarcinomatous tissue (P =0.002).Conclusion The expression of gene SLC5A8 in colorectal cancer tissues is declining or missing, suggesting it has a certain relationship with the incidence of colorectal cancer.

Little is known about whether tamoxifen (TAM) can affect resting state microglia apoptosis and about the cellular mechanism that may account for this. To explore this question, we incubated the microglia cell line BV-2 cells with TAM at different concentrations. Cell viability was assessed by the MTT assay, and flow cytometric analysis was performed to detect the cell apoptosis rate. Furthermore, mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψm) was tested by flow cytometry, and Bax, Bcl-2, Fas, and Fas-L expression was detected by Western blot. The results demonstrated that TAM decreased cell viability and induced apoptosis of BV-2 cells in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. In addition, disruption of Δψm was followed by up-regulated expression of pro-apoptotic Bax, Fas and Fas-L, and down-regulated expression of anti-apoptotic Bcl-2. These results indicate that TAM may induce apoptosis of BV-2 cells through both mitochondria- and death receptor-mediated pathways.

Objective To evaluate the value of MRI in acute ankle distortion without evidence of fracture. Methods The MRI appear-ances of 21 cases with acute trauma in the ankles were retrospectively analyzed, focusing on the presence or absence injuries of lateral collat-eral ligamentous complex, bone and osteochondral lesions,MRI was performed within 48 h of trauma. Results Bone bruise was observed in 15 patients. There were injuries of the lateral ligaments in 4 cases and the medial ligaments in 1 case. Injury of the osteochondral lesion was in 5 cases and Achilles tear was in 3 cases. Conclusion MRI have diagnostic value for acute ankle injury.

Objective To screen for serum protein differentially expressed between women whose fetuses had congenital heart defects(CHD) and women who had normal fetuses. Methods Serum samples were collected from pregnant women whose fetuses had CHD and those whose fe?tuses had no CHD,including a CHD group of 40 women and a control group of 10 women. The CHD group included 4 subgroups as follows:tetralo?gy of Fallot, ventricular septal defects, persistent truncus arteriosus, and a mixture of relatively rare types of CHD(n=10 each). Samples in the same group were pooled to obtain equal amounts of proteins ,and the iTRAQ proteomic approach was used to identify and quantify the proteins dif?ferentially expressed among these groups. Results We successfully identified 606 proteins, among which 47 showed at least a 1.5?fold difference between the CHD and control groups. Among the 47 proteins,23 and 24 were upregulated and downregulated, respectively. Conclusion Several proteins associated with CHD could be identified by using the iTRAQ proteomic approach ,and various proteins were involved in the pathogenesis of CHD in this study.
